Welcome To The Spiral, I'm your host! If you’re anything like me, some of life's situations and circumstances can often times lead you right into that “spiral” behavior, i.e., thinking of every possible outcome (good or bad) until you reach the point of exhaustion only to realize that everything is truly okay and life happens. You’d think after about 1 million times down “the spiral” I’d have a decent level of chill—but you’re wrong, haha! That being said, every day I get better and better at managing life’s curveballs. My goal with this podcast is to share my stories in a raw and real way. I will focus on topics that I feel are important and hope to positively impact the lives of people that I would not be able to reach without this platform. We are all connected in more ways than you think. I cannot wait to share my stories with you and make you laugh, cry, and feel a little less insane. Life’s a spiral, but you’re in control! With Love, Payton Ali Boner
Welcome to the Season 2 Finale of Welcome To The Spiral! We did it!
In this finale episode, Payton sits down with Lucas Boto, Dave Wilson, and Dru Wilson to discuss who God really is. It is easy to get tangled up, discouraged, and lost in our world today. But we can be encouraged in knowing that God is good, God loves us, God wants us to know him, and most importantly God is FOR us. The hope for this episode is to bring clarity into the discussion of who God Is, and of course, to encourage listeners no matter where they are in their exploration of God, Jesus, and what this all means.
"Give this episode a chance. I know it's not my typical type of topic, but I can promise that no matter where you are in your journey with Jesus, this will give you something to think about...and if you're open to it, this just might change your heart." - Payton

You've got this!

In this episode, Payton covers being a sensitive and emotional person and why that is okay!
She goes into more detail by discussing her journey to becoming emotionally in tune and aware. She also acknowledges that every person is different and has different emotional thresholds. One of Payton's biggest points in this episode is that she wishes that everyone would become comfortable letting their emotions in and dealing with those emotions is whatever way is healthiest and most productive. Not everyone needs to be a sensitive type, however, we all feel things and shouldn't feel shame or insecurity when we have those moments.
