What does living life unfiltered really mean? It means living life by your own rules, your own timeline, and being completely vulnerable with who you are. It also means loving every inch of yourself no matter what and giving yourself a chance to be the best version of yourself without living by someone else’s standards because YOU are enough. Join certified life coach Rosario Toral every Thursday evening as she talks about how to navigate through life’s journey. Whether you’re looking for some direction, a starting point, or someone to relate to, this is the show for you.
In this week’s episode, we are listening to the stories of five individuals who have shared what they are going through this week. Someone whose husband has cheated and is now filing for annulment, someone who is psychologically tired of her husband of 40 years, someone who is suicidal, someone who is unmotivated, and someone who is not sure if they have a mental illness or not.

Mental health is not a destination, but a process. Where are you in your life right now and what’s holding you back? Are you ready to move forward?
Welcome to the my podcast of Living Life Unfiltered where I talk about who I am, my struggle with depression, my lifelong commitment to remove the stigma that surrounds mental illnesses, why I became a recovery coach, and a little bit of push for those of you who think there is no way out. Having a mental illness has affected my life in so many ways, but I will never let it stop me from becoming my best self and reaching my goals. I chose to become a life coach because I want to help those who have a mental illness know that there is a way to be your best self even when you don’t feel your best and a life coach to those who feel like they are stuck and don’t know where to go from here. No matter what stage you are in your life, I believe that you can never stop dreaming and achieving. I always tell myself that the best is yet to come even on my darkest days because there’s always a rainbow after the storm.
