Laura’s passion is to help women who have been riding the diet roller coaster, with the aim of getting them off the ride for good.

Her style focuses not on excessive dietary restriction or through burning out in the gym. To the contrary, her style provides her clients with a proven system that includes "building sustainable habits and mental resilience"

Laura is very much on a mission to STOP the diet culture nonsense and get to the core of what is really going on.
