If you have followers, you're a leader. To serve them well, you need to lead well. But that doesn't just mean learning to lead effectively in terms of getting things done; it means learning to lead faithfully, loving God and others with genuine integrity and Christlike character. None of us can be failure-free leaders, but by God's grace, all of us can learn to be faithful leaders.

Mission Central is for emerging leaders: both young leaders and those who are getting their start in leadership, regardless of their age. We want to help you start right, leading faithfully from the beginning.
