I felt like climbing the rocks at the coastline at the naked beach between Alicante and San Juan
My feet hurt a lit in the end so I used shoes to walk home on the asphalt. flip flops.
the next day I did the same without luggage.
Ah i should mention that I had my sweet dish, tea,... in my backpack. i guess it was about 10 kg of weight and you could see it on my feet the next day.
the 2nd day was hirrible and the pain on the 3rd day would have made some people cry
i on day 3 i preferred gras and soft ground for walking barefoot.
only one day later my feet recovered and I am dtronger than ever before.

about a week ago I tried to enter a SPA to enjoy some sauna sessions bu I was informed that access is restricted to victims who are vaccinated.
I thought about eating outbut I would also need a vaccine pass for that and as the is no organic restaurant here I don't care much about it.
Now fascism has reached my home or got worse. Just a few weeks ago I was told to not use the kitchen or bathroom after 22:30. when i moved in I was told bot to smoke on the balcony although nobody uses the living room that is attached to it. so i just went on the balcony for smoking and got my silent agreement.
Hopefully I can afford an own flat very soon and finally can behave like a free human also at home.

for my birthday I prepared a special treatment.
for some weeks now I take care of sourdough and now I made a pizza out of it also using the super intense goat cheese I got from the farmer in the mountains.
the pizza was incredible and the vegan cheese was pretty cheesy.
i enjoyed a movie and ate all of it with some lentil and soja sprouts and half an avocado.
