  3. One-11 consulting is a services company that provides advisory and coaching to high growth, entrepreneur led businesses. Through non-exec, chairman and strategic advisor roles the aim is to help individuals and businesses communicate, build and realise their vision while navigating growth, governance and exit planning demands.

In addition, Chris Chairs Independent Graphene Ltd to help its exec and shareholders to realise value from an exciting technology breakthrough to produce high performing pure 3D Graphene Foam.

David Sole OBE is well known both in rugby circles and business, having won 44 caps for Scotland and three caps for the successful 1989 British and Irish Lions. Highlights include winning a Grand Slam in 1990, made famous by his determined march onto the Murrayfield turf, in addition to leading Scotland to a semi-final of the Rugby World Cup in 1991.

The first episode features Scottish rugby hero turned talent and coaching expert – Tony Stanger. Tony represented Scotland 52 times at Rugby Union and is their joint record try scorer of all time.  He was part of the victorious British Lions Tour to South Africa in 1997 and scored arguably the most famous try in Scottish rugby history to win the Grand Slam in 1990.

Tony discusses the human element of leadership and its importance. He brings his experience from team sports to the boardroom and explains how some of the traits he learned as a professional rugby player and now a keen golfer have helped him to succeed as an executive coach.
