Season 2, Episode 4: In this episode, Morgan and Mike learn about Leap Castle in Ireland, built between the 13th and late 15th centuries. It is infamous for its dark history. The O'Carroll clan, known for poisoning guests, witnessed a brother killing another, a priest, in the room now called "The Bloody Chapel." Legend claims the priest's spirit haunts it. Moreover, during 20th-century renovations, a hidden dungeon filled with numerous human remains was discovered. This dungeon had a particularly terrifying feature called an oubliette. Victims were dropped through a trap door and were then impaled on wooden spikes, suffering agonizing deaths while the malevolent clan listened above. In this episode we take a look at a few rather terrifying creatures that are said to roam the Canadian wilds. In her part of the show, Morgan will talk a few of these including the Gugwe, thought to be giant, vicious and baboon like was named by the mic-maw peoples of eastern Canada. Cultures have been telling stories of Shadow People for eons, often explaining their presence through the lens of their particular cultures, including their religious beliefs. The Quran, for example, has stories of pitch-black entities with human-like shapes, called Jinn, that were created from fire. These things were neither purely spiritual or physical in nature, but something in between. It’s arguable whether or not the star of this week’s episode, the Hat Man, is one of these Shadow People. In this episode Morgan tells us about Dog-men such as the beast of the Land Between the Lakes in Kentucky. This creature is said to resemble a gigantic half man, half wolf that walks on two legs and has five-fingered human hands ending in vicious claws. The creature is said to stand over seven feet tall, with massive crushing jaws, and glowing eyes. On October of 1903 a strange creature was said to have paid a visit to the small town of Van Meter in Iowa. Several respected members of the community told of a mysterious winged creature that terrorized some of the town's residents during several nights in the course of the week. Descriptions of the beast suggested that it had large bat-like wings, left a terrible stench wherever it went, and, even stranger, it fired beams of bright light from its forehead.

In this episode, you will hear Morgan first talk about psychokinesis, also called telekinesis. Psychokinesis in parapsychology, the action of mind on matter, in which objects are supposedly caused to move or change as a result of mental concentration upon them. In this episode, we learn of the inspirational story of the father of parapsychology J.B. (Joseph Banks) Rhine. Rhine rejected faith early on in favour of a hard scientific education obtaining a Ph.D. in botany. He was eventually drawn to the paranormal, after learning of a number of cases of what he perceived as legitimate “psychic occurrences”. His intuition began to nag at him. Naturally sensitive from a young age to things psychic, as an adult Eileen began to formally hone her skills under the direction of James Hewat McKenzie at the British College of Psychic Science in the 1920s. “I have a gift, a capacity — a delusion, if you will — called ‘psychic,’” Mrs. Garrett wrote in her book of personal memoirs, Adventures in the Supernormal (1943). “I have been called many things, from a charlatan to a miracle woman. I am, at least, neither of these.” First Morgan tells Eileen’s life story, highlighting some of the famous medium’s involvement in some well-known experiments in psychical research with the aim to gain a better understanding of supernormal perception. She is known for her co-founding of, and tireless work within, The Parapsychology Foundation. In this episode Supernatural Circumstances we take a look at the possible involvement of the Yeti in one of the most enduring mysteries of modern times, the Incident at Dyatalov Pass and whether Yeti might have been involved. The story began in 1959, in the Northern Ural Mountains on Kholat Syakhl, which translated from the local Mansi dialect means "Dead Mountain". A group of nine experienced hikers, two women and eight men, on a skiing expedition from the Ural Polytechnic Institute in Yekaterinburg, Russia, died on the mountain that February under mysterious circumstances. The site was later named Dyatlov Pass in memory of the group’s leader, 23-year-old Igor Alekseyevich Dyatlov. There are many theories about what happened - some say avalanche, some say something more sinister occurred. No one is left to tell us the truth. In this episode Morgan first tells us about her clients' encounters with an upright walking, dog-like creature on their Alberta property.
