Ken told Sam that had be derailed by the Criminal Appeals Court when they declared that the only way state officials can step in and prosecute local officials is at the request of local prosecutors. So even if the Texas Rangers find that the Election Administrator acted criminally, the Rangers cannot prosecute them. Ken said that if the legislators do not authorize the AG’s office to prosecute these crimes before the statute of limitations runs out, then the criminals will be emboldened. Then he said on a different subject that the bidden administration is still fighting against deporting illegal alien murderers and rapists.

He said it also reveals the dishonesty of the Left who embrace anti-Semitism in rhetoric and policy, but rail against Trump for not vetting his dinner guest better.

Steve said the movie was not as horrific as the actual battle, but the depiction was realistic to the degree it could be. Then they covered the importance of the concept of ‘overcome & adapt’ in the corporate world. Col. Bucci said the difference between a winning company and a company on its way out of business is whether they make a way or an excuse.

He said the treatment system has to maintain a constant pressure of about 35 P.S.I. in order to ensure enough water is exposed to the chemicals and things to kill all the germs. Failing that, they have to do extra testing to ensure the safety of the water. Instead, they waited till the system failed, had a 4 hour meeting to discuss if they could hide it from the public, and if not, who they could blame. Paul compared Sylvester Turner with the previous Democrat mayors, and concluded that they are all worthless. Then he went on to say that the Texas Rangers have begun the investigations into the election fraud and gave a few details of what they have found so far.

Frank said the life-blood of NYC is the subway, where the crime is up 40% over last year.

Chris Licht made an announcement to his staff that he does not want CNN to be “Centrist” in a “Vanilla” kind of way, and John said he thought that meant to be fair by being equally hard on everyone.

He said the Republicans need to choose a new Speaker of the House: one who would make changes, not excuses.

He said that some of the judges were elected with less than 2,000 more votes than their opponents. The discussed the tens of precincts who had disenfranchised voters because Lina Hidalgo’s handpicked election administrator told election judges that they did not need paper even though they had people standing in line to vote, but no paper to use in the printers and scanners. Bob said it was massive voter suppression by the Democrats.

The fiasco started with Judge Hidalgo’s hand-picked Elections Administrator allowing the polls to open without enough supplies to operate. When the problem was brought to their attention, the officials threatened the staffers who were trying to have supplies replenished. The problem was not resolved until an hour before the close of the election, and effected 19 out of 20 primarily republican districts. Paul said that he contacted the Chronical, but they did not publish the story – Only Talk Radio is carrying the story.

This particular election administrator had a history of not scandal. There will be lawsuits coming due to the illegalities of this election. Much of the problem was redrawn district lines in addition to the problems with the election administration. When the county clerk and tax assessor were in charge of the elections, there was never a problem polling or counting. Since the unaccountable administrators were appointed, we have not had an election were the results were trustworthy.

First, the record minority turnout in the South proves that voter suppression is either not being done, of is an abysmal failure. Second, the fact that there are so many hotly contested races proves that there is no threat to democracy. JJ said the greatest threat to democracy was HR1, a House bill designed to steal the authority to run elections from the states and give it to the party in charge at the time so that instead of the variety of local idea coalescing into an election result, the result would be determined by the people already in power. The other thing HR1 would have done was make it easy for illegals to vote with no ID.

He and Sam discussed how messed up the idea of early voting is, as illustrated by John Fetterman telling Pennsylvanians that he is pro-life and is glad that the SCOTUS struck down Roe vs Wade and that he would destroy the Coal Industry in Pennsylvania after half of Pennsylvanians had already voted. That information might have changed votes, but came too late. Steve said the Republicans who get the power of the purse will have to work hard because everything that goes wrong will be blamed on them, and we need to take the Presidency in 2024.

Then he and Sam talked about the 3 time loser Beto O’Rourke. He said border patrol doesn’t have time to hunt down the “got away” illegals. Bob said Lina was elected because Beto was at the top of a single party voting ticket. Commenting on her recent commercial, he said if she was the kind of tough on crime candidate she claimed to be, she would have at least one endorsement from a law enforcement officer.

Judge Poe said he hopes McCarthy is up to the challenge of being Speaker of the House. He said if the Republicans take the majority, they need to stand up to the Democrats.

But then someone challenged the tweaked law, and so SCOTUS took it up this time. John said that Roberts wants to leave Roe vs Wade in place and is trying to persuade the other justices to side with him, but John doesn’t think he can do it.
