I’ve never know that self-help books can be so engaging and stimulating. Always found and experienced that suspense thriller is gripping but this book proved me wrong. It was an absolute page-turner. At each point of time, I was like “just one chapter more”. I just couldn’t feel like keeping this book aside even for a moment.

I guess each and every person encounters these phases at some or the other point in a lifetime.
