This week listen in and be encouraged on your identity and access in God that allows you live an excellent and fulfilled life.

The amazing thing about God is that he has a clear understanding of our feelings, situations, reactions and decisions and he looks on lovingly ready to be and do whatever we need him to do. Psalms 34vs 15
Colossians 2vs15 Jesus on Good Friday went and destroyed the hold of Satan and his cohorts on mankind. In the eyes of heaven, hell and the universe it was as if I did it because as Christ is so are we . I have the authority over Satan and his cohorts.
Psalms 34 vs 18 says the lord is close to the broken heart. In times when we feel hurt, disappointed, overwhelmed with negative emotions the lord is closer than you think. Be encouraged and dare to believe his word in the midst of overwhelming feelings of sadness
Welcome to 2022 and a brand new season of BUWT. This year I am committed to studying God's aka the bible . Studying the bible helps us know God for who he is, who we are and what we have has his children. This year being committed in growing our knowledge of God will cause faith to see us through the challenges this year brings. Plus without faith we can't please God Hebrews 11vs 6 so growing in our studying of God through the word will please him and our way becomes prosperous.
Christmas is a time of celebration around the world. However, this time for people can be a harsh reminder of the difficulties that they may have to go through. Join me in this episode and I find out my reason for celebrating Christmas.
Depression is often rooted in fear of the future, hating ones current status and fall from personal values. Generally these thoughts trigger feelings of hopelessness which leads to a pause in normal activities. It happens to the best of us. Join me this week as a I look at the story of Elijah and provide some practical tips to help deal with depression. Remember 2 Timothy 1 vs 7 God has not given us the Sprit of fear, but of love, power and a soundmind.
The holiday season oftentimes brings with it feelings of sadness, anxiety and discouragement along side joyful happenings. Join me this week as I briefly share my thoughts on Joshua 1 vs 9 and Isaiah 43 vs 2 to inject hope and encouragement in place of despair.
I always saw Leah as weak and pitiful because I saw her through the lenses of her situationship with Jacob and Rachel. Reading her story again, I see her in a different light. I see a strong but imperfect woman express constant faith in God. Waiting is inevitable. At some point we will also have wait on God. I like to think about waiting on God in terms of how we can serve him as a waiter waits on tables. Most people think worshiping God is what we do on sundays in church when the choir is singing or when we listen to a gospel music. Worshiping God is about how we live our lives-interact with people around us, how we show up and conduct our affairs. We as christians are the salt and light of the earth,thus how we show up matters to God, in that we either bring glory or dishonour to God. This week I share practical insights on worshiping God with our bodies.
God loves when we live in peace and have unity in our relationships. Psalms 133 vs 1. However, choosing peace entails getting rid of ego, pride, our need to be right and self-centeredness in our interactions with others, especially in reconciliation. I share from Rick Warren's The Purpose Driven Life the outlined steps in restoring relationships after conflict.
Strife, self-centeredness,bitterness, anger or resentment are the devil's tools which he uses to hinder us from experiencing God first for ourselves and God in our relationships -James 3vs14-16. Choosing peace is God's will for us as christians to abide by in our relationships so that we experience him in our relationships.
Many of us are in difficult seasons resulting from our poor choice or disobedience to God and it seems as though, we deserve the bad break as punishment. God loves us and longs to break this feeling of shame and guilt plaguing us and acting as a barrier, preventing us from experiencing his love and goodness in our lives. Find out how to break the feeling of condemnation.
How can we have joy whilst going through life tough challenges? This week we look at some practical tips to engage in to have joy in the midst of disappointments.
Many times we believe that God can and he loves us but because we are waiting or in the middle of negative circumstances we doubt his willingness to come through for us. Take courage in this truth that his thoughts and ways are different from ours and he will accomplish his promises to us in his own way and time.
Knowing that we are loved perfectly by God encourages us to believe and hope for his best in our lives even when we are going through tough times. Take courage in his love and live free of worry and doubt.
