Woman Enough with April is an intimate space where April opens up the floor to spark conversations about self-worth, taking the first steps, moving through seasons of change, heartaches, failures and all the things people don't always talk about on social media because it doesn't look 'aesthetic'. In a world where we are constantly told to 'Man up', this podcast explores the new paradigm of being vulnerable and tender. We are not interested in crushing the patriarchy. This space is an invitation for you to soften. This podcast will also gather amazing guests to share their journeys and unique perspectives on self-worth and embracing vulnerability.
You don't get to decide how someone feels about you or the friendship. Navigating friendships in my 30s has been one of the most profound lessons I've had to learn in 2022. In this episode I invited a dear friend and self-care blogger, Adriana Thani, to have an open conversation how navigating friendships have evolved for us from our 20s to 30s. We reflected on deep lessons we've learned from tough friendship lessons we had to go through.
I truly believe that learning to navigate these challenging moments we experience within friendships is a form self-care. We got to take care of ourselves better. This topic is extremely close to my heart and I'm so excited to share it with you.
We hope this episode supports you in your healing and took away someone valuable for your beautiful journey.

I'M BACK! Ngl, keeping up with a podcast channel is not the easiest but here we are.
In this episode, I've Jed, a tarot reader and energy healer based in Singapore as a guest. He shared openly about his journey of discovering his intuitive gifts as an energy healer after a tough break up and heard a voice to tell him.
I particularly resonated with Jed on his journey with self doubt and taking the leap of faith to do something unconventional (quitting school to pursue a career as an energy healer!). If you're feeling lost on your journey, I hope this episode inspires you to take that first step towards what you truly want to do. Let us know what you think of this episode!

It's finally here!! I'm so excited to share this debut episode with the world.
In this episode, I invited one of my favourite humans, Katie Jonzen, as a guest to share her unbecoming journey to become who she truly is. We had such a deep conversation about getting intimate with our fears, letting them become part of our team and moving through them with ease and so much more! This is going to be an episode I'll be coming back to.
I'd love to hear your feedback, so slide into our DMs!

Mom, I started a podcast!
Hi, I'm April, the host of Woman Enough. I'm a life coach based in sunny Singapore and I can't wait to share this journey with you. I want to create a space where you can drop in anytime to soften and be vulnerable with me. I have space for your joy and tears.
This is a little introduction of what to expect and meet my edge to actually start a podcast.
