I will guide you through how you can bring nature into your life, by growing your own, simply and quickly in your own home. We will be focusing on plants and herbs with supportive properties and how to incorporate them into our diets to enhance our wellbeing.
In a time when our food security is being challenged, we will consider how engaging with our food and where it comes from, has the potential to draw us back into a meaningful and healing relationship with nature.

In this episode, Alicia Sunflower shares an important groundbreaking theory about the deep interconnections between our personal trauma and collective ancestral trauma through exploring the co-creative process of cultural pattern formation that happens between the individual and the collective. Integrating psychology, quantum science, sociology, shamanism, epigenetics, and esoteric spirituality, this theory helps us to understand how our deep interconnectedness and unity underlies the cultural and collective traumas that we share.
This theory argues that understanding the fractal nature of consciousness is key to our co-creation of collective healing for all of humanity and for Gaia. This theory also highlights and explains how as individuals when we deeply and courageously take on our own personal trauma healing work, how we are actively impacting the collective and helping to heal humanity.
