Pro. 28:1 The righteous have afflictions! The righteous shall never be shaking. Ps. 112:6 God's eye is on him, glory! 1 Peter. 3:12 Only the righteous can fall and rise! Only the righteous can stumble and still keep moving forward!
The wicked, the unrighteous don't have in them what it takes to rise when they fall. They have no God. God's eye is not on them. The wicked are those who have chosen not to retain in their mind, the knowledge of God. The wicked have a reprobate, corrupt & degenerate mind.
