Oh, and she dates her husband too! In this lesson, Rachel talks about covering all facets of parenting in love, and because of that love, requiring obedience and respect, like God requires of us. She talks about having a justice system in her home and implementing natural consequences to help them learn. She talks about paying close attention to the conditions of their hearts, and always trying to reach them where they are. She gives practical examples of consequences they have allowed in their homes, ways they parent against cultural normals and things they expect from each child in their home. In this lesson Rachel encourages women to dismantle the lies that have been birthed in our minds through other people's words, to turn to the Holy Spirit and refuse to give the enemy victory. She also talks about the impact our speech has on our families, as well as the discipline and training our children need in the area of their speech.
