To build a team, or not, that is the question!
In today's episode, we touch on the shift of the market (after being spoiled with a hot seller's market the last 2 years), then discuss the questions real estate agents should ask themselves when contemplating building a team.
It can be stressful with many factors to consider…but if done right, it can be really rewarding!
Part 1 (of however many sessions it takes to answer your questions).

Life Coach, Pati Hoyt, had more than a fear, it was a true phobia, of speaking in front of people. She strategically chose career paths, that made her VERY uncomfortable (to become comfortable) to keep pushing her beyond limits.
This did not come easy, and with many progressive and consistent baby steps (watch/listen to learn how) and change of mindset, Pati got out of her own way...and no, SHE DID NOT DIE!
She now teaches others to live free of their fears and taking power back to live their best lives and stop missing opportunities!

Speaking with Lidia Champion-Peterson, she shares her story of "Jace's Journey" transitioning as a male and adapting with the new changes. We hope to educate and inspire others who are transitioning to know that you are not alone.
Welcoming Lidia Champion-Peterson to talk about her journey with diversity, inclusion and equality.
Starting as a Specialist in the Army and working her way as an Executive Director with a Department of Defense Contracting company, she is no stranger to overcoming obstacles in an industry that is male dominated.
This Hispanic/Filipino is also a daughter, wife and mother of 2. After working through many of the difficult challenges throughout her career, and now trailblazing professionally, she had the most significant adaptation introduced in her family life in 2018.
