This is Episode 9 with Sarah Marie Safar and the season finale of Season 1.

“If you do not tell the truth about yourself you cannot tell it about other people.” - Virginia Woolf

I created A Grateful Gal to share my story and journey with mental health. It has expanded to telling the stories of the people who have entered my life, one way or another. This podcast has been so fulfilling and I hope that my story, today, brings you some type of healing, love, and a new understanding of life. I love you, I appreciate you, and I am so grateful for you.
