On May 13, 1970, an F-4 Phantom "Cobra 84" with two crew members Capt ALAN ROBERT TRENT and Capt. Eric Huberth of the 480th Tactical Fighter Squadron, 12th Tactical Fighter Wing departed Phu Cat Air Base, in (South) Vietnam, as the second of two aircraft on a strike mission against a bridge in Cambodia.Under the direction of a forward air controller (FAC), the aircraft flew an identification pass over the target and the FAC warned the crew to expect enemy ground fire from around the target. Lieutenant General Richard Nugee, CB, CVO, CBE was commissioned into the Army in 1986. He completed operational tours of Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq, Cyprus and Afghanistan. As a Three-star General, Richard talks about his first operational deployment to Northern Ireland in 1987.

Mark Ormrod is a former British Royal Marine, Invictus Games athlete, author and motivational speaker. On Christmas Eve 2007, Mark was out on a routine foot patrol in the Helmand Province of Afghanistan when he stepped on an (Improvised Explosive Device IED). He lost both legs, amputated above the knee and his right arm, amputated above the elbow.
Today, Mark is an internationally acclaimed motivational speaker, a peak performance coach, and the author of the award-winning auto-biography Man Down.

Anthony ‘Harry’ Moffitt recently retired from the Australian Defence Force after almost 30 years, most of which was spent with Australia’s elite Special Air Service (SAS) Regiment as a Team Commander and Team Specialist. Harry tells his story about an incident in Afghanistan that saw him injured and the loss of a close colleague.
He served with the Parachute Regiment and 22 Special Air Service (SAS) from 1972 to 1984. He took part in several famous missions including the SAS Embassy Siege in London on May 5th 1980 and a suicide mission into Argentina in 1982. Shot, stabbed and the victim of an attempted bombing in Northern Ireland before the age of twenty-one, these are just some of his many exploits plus others as a sniper, mercenary and bodyguard. An acclaimed martial artist, in recent years he started placing philosophical maxims on social media and became known as 'The Wise Old Paratrooper.'
