You know that list of things you want - new clients, dream house, the car, the trip, and how some people just seem to call them in effortlessly?
It’s not luck.
It’s not even strategy.
It’s regulation.
In this episode, I’m breaking down why you cannot manifest (or close deals, land clients, or hit the next level) if your nervous system is dysregulated.
I’ll share exactly how me and Antoine have manifested advisory roles, dream homes, a Tesla, and even trips to Asia, not from “working harder” but from doing the regulation work first.
Here’s what we’ll get into:
→ Why your body state is the foundation manifestation
→ How regulation unlocks actual capacity to take action on what you want
→ My personal process for getting regulated and into full embodied manifestation mode
→ Real-life examples of this working in both life and business
📍 Try my 3-step nervous system reset, the exact one I use before big pitches, decision-making, or manifesting anything.

The step-by-step reset for when you’re showing up but feel...like sht.*
You’re technically working…
You’re answering emails, showing up to meetings, doing the thing.
But it all feels flat.
You’re exhausted. Numb. Disconnected.
And you have sooo much to do.
If that sounds familiar, this episode is for you.
Inside, I break down:
✔ What functional freeze is and why it's behind burnout (and why no one talks about it)
✔ How it’s silently stalling your energy, execution, and motivation
✔ The subtle signs you're in freeze—even if everything “looks fine”
✔ A simple way to start thawing out and reconnecting with your business again
This isn’t burnout. It’s a nervous system state.
And once you know what to look for, you can actually shift it.

If you hate mornings—or just feel like you’re dragging yourself through them—this episode is for you.
We all know the feeling. Waking up tired, stressed, or already overwhelmed by the day ahead. And if your mornings feel like a sprint you didn’t sign up for, it’s time to change the game.
In this episode, I’m breaking down my exact morning routine that I use to generate energy, clarity, and focus before the day even starts.
This isn’t just about productivity hacks or willpower. It’s about training your nervous system to work for you—not against you.
Here’s what I cover:
✔ Why the way you start your day impacts everything—your focus, your stress levels, and your revenue
✔ The specific steps I take to regulate my nervous system and boost energy (even when I wake up feeling like sh*t)
✔ How to make your mornings feel like a launchpad—not a hurdle
✔ The somatic exercises I use to ground, focus, and start my day feeling good
✔ How to use this routine to get your nervous system on board with your goals, instead of fighting against them
If you’ve been feeling drained before your day even starts, this episode will give you a step-by-step process to change that.

Your revenue problems aren’t because of your team's performance. They’re because of your nervous system.
If you wake up already bracing for what’s waiting in Slack…
If you plan to work on strategy, but end up firefighting execution issues instead…
If you’ve built systems, hired smart people, and things still aren’t moving fast enough…
Your team isn’t the problem. Your default stress response is.
Inside this episode, we cover:
- Why execution keeps breaking down—even with the right people in place
- How your nervous system state is directly controlling execution speed & revenue
- A simple somatic tracking exercise to start shifting things today
If you want execution to move faster, smoother, and without you constantly checking in, this is the shift you need.
And if you take anything away from today: **learn to do somatic self-inquiry please!

If you secretly need someone to tell you you’re doing a good job just to believe you’re not screwing it all up—this one’s for you.
After years crushing it in corporate, Donna and Cheryl built a business from scratch. But the real shock? Losing the constant feedback loop—no performance reviews, no gold stars, no ‘great work’ emails—and realising they didn’t actually know how to trust themselves.
This episode is the real talk about why female founders crave validation (even when we think we’re confident) and how that craving silently slows down your decisions, messes with your leadership, and keeps you playing smaller than you realise.
Here’s what we get into:
If you’re building a business but still secretly hoping someone will tell you you’re doing it ‘right,’ this is your wake-up call.

From Slack wars to leadership transparency, here’s how to make hybrid work… well, work.
In this episode, I’m chatting with Rory Brimmer, Director at Turo UK, about what it really takes to create a culture that doesn’t suck in a hybrid work environment. Rory’s journey is wild—from turning down a Big Four gig (mid-interview, no less) to jumping headfirst into startup life at Turo. Spoiler: it worked out.
We talk about why culture matters (like, really matters), how to build trust when half the team is remote, and the sneaky ways burnout creeps in when you’re leading from your kitchen table. Rory also spills on a brilliant idea called the “Great Debate,” where even interns bring game-changing ideas to the table.
If you’ve ever felt like hybrid work is a constant battle between flexibility and connection, this one’s for you. It’s equal parts relatable and packed with takeaways you can steal for your team.
Here’s What We Get Into:
It’s the perfect mix of practical tips, good vibes, and some solid perspective shifts on how to lead in a way that feels good—not draining.

Embarking on the Web3 journey as an entrepreneur can be like navigating a new planet—exciting yet full of unknowns.
That's why we've enlisted Regan from the Organized Chaos podcast [ Was Marketing on the Moon ] , a guru in demand generation, to guide startups through the labyrinth of making their first marketing hires.

In this episode of Web 3 and Thrive I go deep on my rollercoaster of a career journey and it's multiple failures.
From the nitty-gritty of freelance life to juggling the hats of a business owner, I unpack it all in today's episode.
Yep, there were bumps on the road. Failed business ventures? Check. Setbacks? Plenty. But guess what? Every stumble made my comeback story all the more compelling.
In today's chat, I throw a curveball at how we perceive failure. Instead of a big nasty monster, what if it's a wise old mentor? Intrigued? Stick around.
I've got a tale to share about a business venture that went off-road, big time. One where I had to sell the Bitcoin I bought at $900 to pay off the debt I as in.
But instead of keeping me down, it was the kick I needed to bounce back even stronger.
Today I am tearing down the idea of failure as 'the end'. Instead, let's chat about how it can be a launching pad to our next big thing.
So, buckle up for this ride of trials, transformations, and triumphs. Got your coffee ready? Let’s go!

In this week's show I touch on something all of us struggle with at one point or another.
Finding our WHY.
That why, that one thing, that motivation that keeps us showing up time and time again to our jobs, our businesses, ourselves and our relationships.
In Web 3 it’s easy to get that overwhelming feeling of ‘wanting to be good at everything’, wanting to know everything, wanting to jump on all the trends, but then you end up kind of stretched, not feeling like you know anything at all.
If that sounds like you, you have to listen to this episode.
I take you through my journey of finding my one true WHY and how that’s constantly evolving, how that makes me feel every day and how that helps me not give a F*UCK what anyone else thinks about what I am or aren’t doing- or even how much I know- because here’s a secret…NOBODY is an expert in Web 3.
Listen in to hear more tips and insights that have helped me and many others become successful leaders in this industry over the last 7 years.

In this episode we discuss the much debated topic we are seeing on our Linkedin feeds right now- the absence of GREAT user experience or product marketing in Web 3. I am a product marketer by trade and have been doing this a good while now, for exchanges, launchpads and Metaverse products and time and time again I see the same things occur; Lack of understanding around who to hire to take a product to market and most importantly teams not understanding why they need product marketing, or what even a product marketer is.
If you’re a marketing leader, c-suite or a founder in Web 3, this episode breaks down why we have a problem, how we can fix it and how this will ultimately set us ahead of every other project NOT getting it right in Web 3 and the blockchain space.

In the first episode of Web 3 and Thrive, I dive straight into a topic that many of you will be familiar with, work anxiety, being ' fed up' and just...tired, of everything, especially from the web 3 space and dysfunctional work cultures.
In fact, working in Web 3 is a huge deal emotionally and physically for many of us and if we let it, anxiety can creep in and paralyse us when we need to be at our most productive.
I faced this challenge and overcame it multiple times, and finally once and for all! Hopefully you can learn from my experiences and apply the tips I use daily to get grounded in your own life, today.
In this episode, I cover the top 6 strategies and tactics you can use to optimize your web 3 marketing strategy today.
I have been doing marketing in Web 3 a good while now…and have picked up a ton of knowledge and tips on the way. However- nobody and I repeat this… nobody is an expert in Web 3 marketing and it really changes month by month.

In this episode, I talk to Akina Ho, Global Head of Business Consultancy and Lead Ambassador for AsiaPacific at the AllStarsWomen DAO.
She is helping to build a network of female ( and male! ) investors from both Web 2 and Web 3 who want to safely and fairly invest in Web 3 projects and businesses + get a ton of perks from doing so.
In the show, we discussed what AllStarsWomen DAO is and the problems it’s solving like; transparency in the due diligence process, having affordable buy-in's so anyone can invest, and giving members and projects free access to a team of business strategists and VC’s.
Akina is a Web 2 ‘baby’ and we spoke about how Web 2 and Web 3 differs in terms of inclusivity and really gave clarity on what we MUST learn and take from Web 2 to be successful with Web 3.
It was a really interesting chat and if you’re working in Web 3 or even Web 2 and want to learn more about the concept of collective investing with a bunch of super connected women or having access to a pool of ready to go investors for your project, this one's for you!
In our first guest episode we talk with Web 3 Gender Diversity expert and Founder of The Bigger Pie, Bridget Greenwood. We chatted about the imbalance of female vs male workers in Web 3, and how she is working to change that–we also discuss how it helps to have a female (and non binary) community like the Bigger Pie to create a supportive, safe space for women to grow, and thrive in Web 3.
If you are already a woman working in Web 3, you will be very well aware of the problem of Gender Diversity, and probably also wondering 1. Why it’s an issue and 2. What can be done with it.
Bridget focuses on how ‘just hiring more women’ isn’t the answer and what actually works to create diversity in a workplace.
By the end of this episode you will have key takeaways that can be applied to your team and/or business to create an environment that not only attracts women in web 3, but nurtures, supports and most importantly- keeps them.
