searching for the truth beneath a bunch of lies. are you living in your truth or your ego? as humans i truly don’t understand why we run away from our shadow selves. the side of us the deserves to be nurtured too. it’s our ego that minimizes and invalidates that part of us. embrace every part of you. the part of you that’s not accepted around your surface level reality. release control of EVERYTHING and watch your life shift. we’re not here to control, we’re here to live.
searching you is unlocking certain levels of yourself you had neglected. why do we search for love so hard when we haven’t even secured it with ourselves yet? what is love to you? do you love you? real love exists and the craziest part is realizing it starts with you. you are lovable. you aren’t hard to love. if you feel like this, what/who is making you feel this? self love is so important as only you can validate the authenticity of you. that’s the opinion that matters. anything less is a lack of self awareness of love in yourself. and anything else is a bonus. be sure those around you add value to you and not chaos.
