Acts 10:11-16 “He saw the sky open, and something like a large sheet was let down by its four corners. In the sheet were all sorts of animals, reptiles, and birds. Then a voice said to him, “Get up, Peter; kill and eat them.” “No, LORD” Peter declared. “I have never eaten anything that our Jewish laws have declared impure and unclean.” But the voice spoke again: “Do not call something unclean if GOD has made it clean.” The same vision was repeated three times. Then the sheet was suddenly pulled up to heaven.”
Proverbs 8:6-11 “Listen to me! For I have important things to tell you. Everything I say is right, for I speak the truth and detest every kind of deception. My advice is wholesome. There is nothing devious or crooked in it. My words are plain to anyone with understanding, clear to those with knowledge. Choose my instruction rather than silver, and knowledge rather than pure gold. For wisdom is far more valuable than rubies. Nothing you desire can compare with it.”
Lamentations 3:25-28 “The LORD is good to those who depend on HIM, to those who search for HIM. So it is good to wait quietly for salvation from the LORD. And it is good for people to submit at an early age to the yoke of HIS discipline: Let them sit alone in silence beneath the LORD’S demands.”
Isaiah 40:32 “But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.”

Joshua 5:10-12 “While the Israelites were camped at Gilgal on the plains of Jericho, they celebrated Passover on the evening of the fourteenth day of the first month. Luke 10:19-20 “Look, I have given you authority over all the power of the enemy, and you can walk among snakes and scorpions and crush them. Nothing will injure you. But don’t rejoice because evil spirits obey you; rejoice because your names are registered in heaven.”
2 Timothy 2:20-21 “In a wealthy home some utensils are made of gold and silver, and some are made of wood and clay. The expensive utensils are used for special occasions, and the cheap ones are for everyday use. If you keep yourself pure, you will be a special utensil for honorable use. Your life will be clean, and you will be ready for the MASTER to use you for every good work.”
Ruth 2:12 ”May the LORD, the GOD of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuge, reward you fully for what you have done.”
Hebrews 4:13 “Nothing in all creation is hidden from GOD. Everything is naked and exposed before HIS eyes, and HE is the one to whom we are accountable.”
John 20:11-16 “Mary was standing outside the tomb crying, and as she wept, she stooped and looked in. She saw two white-robed angels, one sitting at the head and the other at the foot of the place where the body of JESUS had been lying. “Dear woman, why are you crying?” the angels asked her. “Because they have taken away my LORD,” she replied, “and I don’t know where they have put HIM.” She turned to leave and saw someone standing there. It was JESUS, but she didn’t recognize HIM. “Dear woman, why are you crying?” JESUS asked her. “Who are you looking for?” She thought HE was the gardener. “Sir,” she said, “if you have taken HIM away, tell me where you have put HIM, and I will go and get HIM.” “Mary!” JESUS said. She turned to HIM and cried out, “Rabboni!” (which is Hebrew for “Teacher”).
Joshua 10:12-14 “On the day the LORD gave the Israelites victory over the Amorites, Joshua prayed to the LORD in front of all the people of Israel. He said, “Let the sun stand still over Gibeon, and the moon over the valley of Aijalon.” So the sun stood still and the moon stayed in place until the nation of Israel had defeated its enemies. Is this event not recorded in The Book of Jashar? The sun stayed in the middle of the sky, and it did not set as on a normal day. There has never been a day like this one before or since, when the LORD answered such a prayer. Surely the LORD fought for Israel that day!”
Genesis 13:12-13 So Abram settled in theland of Canaan, and Lot moved his tents to a place near Sodom and settled among the cities of the plain. But the people of this area were extremely wicked and constantly sinned against the LORD.”
Genesis 1:26-27 “Then GOD said, “Let US make human beings in OUR image, to be like US. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth, and the small animals that scurry along the ground.” So GOD created human beings in HIS own image. In the image of GOD he created them; male and female HE created them.”
Matthew 13:30 “Let both grow together until the harvest. At harvest time I’ll tell the reapers: Gather the weeds first and tie them in bundles to burn them, but store the wheat in my barn.”
Genesis 30:41-43 “Whenever the stronger females were ready to mate, Jacob would place the peeled branches in the watering troughs in front of them. Then they would mate in front of the branches. But he didn't do this with the weaker ones, so the weaker lambs belonged to Laban, and the stronger ones were Jacob's. As a result, Jacob became very wealthy, with large flocks of sheep and goats, female and male servants, and many camels and donkeys.”

Mark 8:23-25 “HE took the blind man by the hand and brought him out of the village. Spitting on his eyes and laying HIS hands on him, HE asked him, "Do you see anything?” He looked up and said, "I see people, they look to me like trees walking." Again JESUS placed HIS hands on the man's eyes, and he saw distinctly. He was cured and could see everything clearly.”
Matthew 6:23 “But when your eye is unhealthy, your whole body is filled with darkness. And if the light you think you have is actually darkness, how deep that darkness is!”
Luke 5:1-7 “One day as JESUS was preaching on the shore of the Sea of Galilee, great crowds pressed in on HIM to listen to the word of GOD. HE noticed two empty boats at the water’s edge, for the fishermen had left them and were washing their nets. Stepping into one of the boats, JESUS asked Simon, its owner, to push it out into the water. So HE sat in the boat and taught the crowds from there. When HE had finished speaking, HE said to Simon, “Now go out where it is deeper, and let down your nets to catch some fish.” “MASTER,” Simon replied, “we worked hard all last night and didn’t catch a thing. But if YOU say so, I’ll let the nets down again.” And this time their nets were so full of fish they began to tear! A shout for help brought their partners in the other boat, and soon both boats were filled with fish and on the verge of sinking.”
Ephesians 3:20 “Now all glory to GOD, who is able, through HIS mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.”
Revelations 3:20 “Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends.”
2 Corinthians 9:10-11 “Now the ONE who provides seed for the sower and bread for food will provide and multiply your seed and increase the harvest of your righteousness. You will be enriched in every way for all generosity, which produces thanksgiving to GOD through us.”

GOD has graciously given you all those who are sailing with you.’ Therefore, take courage, men, because I believe GOD that it will be just the way it was told to me.”

2 Corinthians 2:6-11 “The punishment inflicted by the majority is sufficient for that person. As a result, you should instead forgive and comfort him. Otherwise, this one may be overwhelmed by excessive grief. Therefore I urge you to reaffirm your love to him. I wrote for this purpose: to test your character to see if you are obedient in everything. If you forgive anyone, I do too. For what I have forgiven — if I have forgiven anything — it is for you in the presence of CHRIST. I have done this so that we may not be taken advantage of by Satan. For we are not ignorant of his schemes.”
Exodus 7:9-12 “When Pharaoh tells you, “Perform a miracle,” tell Aaron, “Take your staff and throw it down before Pharaoh. 1 Kings 17:22-24 “So the LORD listened to Elijah’s voice, and the boy’s life returned to him, and he lived. Then Elijah took the boy, brought him down from the upper room into the house, and gave him to his mother. Elijah said, “Look, your son is alive.” Then the woman said to Elijah, “Now I know you are a man of GOD and the LORDS’ word from your mouth is true.”
Psalms 16:11 “YOU reveal the path of life to me; in YOUR presence is abundant joy; in YOUR right hand are eternal pleasures.”
Mark 11:23-24 “I assure you: If anyone says to this mountain, “Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,” and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, all the things you pray and ask for — believe that you have received them, and you will have them.”

Luke 5:17-25 HCSB “On one of those days while HE was teaching, Pharisees and teachers of the law were sitting there who had come from every village of Galilee and Judea, and also from Jerusalem. And the LORD’S power to heal was in HIM. Just then some men came, carrying on a mat a man who was paralyzed. They tried to bring him in and set him down before HIM. Since they could not find a way to bring him in because of the crowd, they went up on the roof and lowered him on the mat through the roof tiles into the middle of the crowd before JESUS. Seeing their faith HE said, “Friend, your sins are forgiven you.” Then the scribes and the Pharisees began to think: “Who is this man who speaks blasphemies? Who can forgive sins but GOD alone? ” But perceiving their thoughts, JESUS replied to them, “Why are you thinking this in your hearts? Which is easier: to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Get up and walk’? But so you may know that the SON OF MAN has authority on earth to forgive sins” — HE told the paralyzed man, “I tell you: Get up, pick up your mat, and go home.” Immediately he got up before them, picked up what he had been lying on, and went home glorifying GOD.”
Recorded on September 2, 2021: this is a bonus episode for this season. I tell the story of how being in an unfamiliar place & being in fear of the unknown had me repeating a lesson I thought I had learned the year prior.
1 Kings 19:11-13 HCSB “Then HE said, “Go out and stand on the mountain in the LORD’S presence.” At that moment, the LORD passed by. A great and mighty wind was tearing at the mountains and was shattering cliffs before the LORD, but the LORD was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the LORD was not in the earthquake. After the earthquake there was a fire, but the LORD was not in the fire. And after the fire there was a voice, a soft whisper. When Elijah heard it, he wrapped his face in his mantle and went out and stood at the entrance of the cave. Suddenly, a voice came to him and said, “What are you doing here, Elijah? ”
Exodus 1:19 HCSB “The midwives said to Pharaoh, “The Hebrew women are not like the Egyptian women, for they are vigorous and give birth before a midwife can get to them.”
Mark 4:35-40 HCSB “On that day, when evening had come, HE told them, “Let’s cross over to the other side of the sea.” So they left the crowd and took HIM along since HE was already in the boat. And other boats were with HIM. A fierce windstorm arose, and the waves were breaking over the boat, so that the boat was already being swamped. But HE was in the stern, sleeping on the cushion. So they woke HIM up and said to HIM, “Teacher! Don’t You care that we’re going to die? ” HE got up, rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Silence! Be still! ” The wind ceased, and there was a great calm. Then HE said to them, “Why are you fearful? Do you still have no faith?”
Recorded on 3/15/2021: I initially deleted this episode out of fear of being judged on how I shared the story from my then perspective (I’ve even considered editing it), but time & time again GOD keeps showing me that HE USES IMPERFECT PEOPLE! I pray that seeing my growth over the last year & a half is a double blessing for someone who needed to hear this 🙏🏾

🗣 Season 2 what it do? I am giving an update on the new season GOD has me in & what’s been taking place for the last 2 months..
In this episode I use the analogy of how a mustard seed produces mustard to show how our reaction of being frustrated is what causes us to appreciate when GOD provides the overflow.

Philippians 4:6–7: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to GOD. And the peace of GOD, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
No one wants a friendship without equal balance. Ensure that both parties are benefitting from the exchange.
Romans 12: 17-19 “Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Try to do what is honorable in everyone’s eyes. If possible, on your part, live at peace with everyone. Friends, do not avenge yourselves; instead, leave room for His wrath. For it is written: Vengeance belongs to Me; I will repay, says the Lord.”
Love is choosing to be your best even when the other person isn’t being their best.
Inner peace is not reacting to people who use others as mirrors to project their unresolved wounds onto.
Genesis 1: 3-5 Then God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. God saw that the light was good, and God separated the light from the darkness. God called the light “day,” and He called the darkness “night.” Evening came and then morning: the first day.”

I call them challenges now & when they come “I challenge myself” to overcome them. Adapting the reparenting method has helped to push through them in a healthier way.
