We talk about our memories of 80's and 90's arcade's, what made them special, and why they couldn't exist in today's society, or could they?  I personally do not think so but it's something we discuss in this episode.

One of my favorite things to collect recently has been the 1/6th scale replica arcade machines from New Wave Toys.  They also have so much other stuff, but these machines are high quality, limited runs, and when they sell out, go for much higher prices on EBAY.  These aren't your cheapo $20 Wal-mart specials!

H3rb from Lost Astronaut Studios joins me to talk about his game Apolune 2 which hopefully will be releasing soon for the Atari VCS as it's been a long time coming, and we go into those details as well where Atari isn't necessarily making it easy for developers to get content on the VCS which it needs desperately.

Apolune 2 is a pixel art, casual couch co-op deep space mining/survival game.   The game has simple gameplay mechanics, it's pick up and go, and players can drop in an out of games on the fly.  There's action, humor, and enough content to keep you buys for the price and I enjoyed the game very much when I was testing it.

This week RelicGamer and Mockduck join me and we discuss our top 10 Atari 2600 lists.  The great thing with Atari 2600 is there's so many good and fun games that none of the games between the 3 of us shared a ranking and there was only 1 game that repeated!

I used to give the 5200 a lot of hate way back in the day before I actually owned one because the screen shots and stuff really do not do the system justice.  Yes it has it's issues, but if you can get a controller that mostly works,  you can have a really good time, plus we'll look at Atari Age again where you can still buy new games for the 5200!!

The main topic is Gravitar Recharged.  As a tester for the VCS, I have played the game even though it's not scheduled for release until late May.  Is this going to be the best in the series so far??  Also, we'll look at a couple of upcoming games from the same developer that brought us Pedra!,  puzzle tile game.
