There are relationships we have that I call our Ring Of Fire for they each come into our lives with a spiritual fire of their own. These are people who make up our inner-circle. They are the ones who influence us the most. They consist of our spouses, our children, our family members, and our closest friends. On one hand, we have those who bring with them a holy fire. They are the people through whom the Lord works to continue that refining transformation process He began when Jesus sent Holy Spirit to dwell within us. On the other hand, we have those who bring with them an unholy fire. They are the people through whom the enemy works - both knowingly and unknowingly. And if we’re not wise and careful, the enemy will use what burns within them to burn us. So let’s see what the Lord has to say about the managing, and mismanaging, of our inner-circle relationships – that all-consuming inner-circle Ring of Fire.
Every decision we make comes with consequences and every seed we plant bears fruit of its kind. The Lord extends His mercy when we are truly repentant of our sin but He does not withdraw the consequences of our actions. We can clearly see this reality in the life of king David and others throughout Scripture. If we look closely, we can also see it in ours. But because of our soul ties and bonding to certain family members and friends, we often struggle to maintain toxic relationships. In the natural this makes perfect sense because our heart (and the world) tells us to follow our emotions, but it is written: “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?”...
“Now the Lord had said to Abram: “Get out of your country, from your family and from your father’s house, to a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed. So Abram departed as the Lord had spoken to him, AND LOT WENT WITH HIM...”
The father of the girl confirmed everything I was saying about the dream was true for his daughter had told him herself that she was inviting demon spirits to come in and possess her body. He said they were giving her the ability to transform, or shapeshift, into a dog which she believed was her alter ego and they were also giving her the ability to astral-project, or transport, from one place to another in the spirit. And just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, it does…

The world may consider one who has reached the age of eighteen a mature adult who is responsible and ready to take on all aspects of adulthood in this world, but God looks at the heart - not the age - to determine the true level of a child’s spiritual maturity. The age of accountability is different for every child. What one child may discern at ten years old is not necessarily the same for another child who is the same age. Just as spiritual maturity differs in adults, it also differs in children. The world may assume, by their age, what a child is or is not capable of doing but only God knows the true state of a child’s heart...
