This week, we're speaking with Eva Vila-Massanas.

CEO. Entrepreneur. Board Member. D&I Expert. In Eva's 25+ plus year career, she has worn a lot of impressive hats. Now, having successfully climbed the rungs of the corporate world, she is focusing her attention on elevating and improving women's issues through all the work she does within three businesses she has co-founded; WeROCK Capital, a female-run angel investing network which invests exclusively in women-led businesses; WeEQUAL, a consultancy that exists to help companies increase their D&I initiatives; and, most recently, Juno House, Barcelona's first women's club, designed by and for women with an emphasis on professional development and holistic well-being. Fun fact: an IESE event is actually where the two existing Juno House founders pitched the idea to Eva and she jumped on board!
