We all know those stories, lies and excuses we came up with that stopped us from getting better. This is not to shame anyone. But this chapter is beneficial whether or not your a parent because every addict and alcoholic has used excuses. But then, eventually, pulled themselves out of the depths and became honest people.
In Chapter 4 you will hear the common struggles in sobriety. Chapter 5 is about involving your children in your sobriety and telling them why you do a recovery program in a child-friendly manner.
Chapter 3 discussing how addiction affects our children and how it has affected us now as adult children. I have created an instagram account and telegram chat for discussion on these topics.
