As a self-professed biohacker, Gianni embarked on a new journey of self-discovery. Gianni felt he was not living life to the fullest and knew there was more. After endless hours of devouring podcasts and reading books on the many biohacking modalities, he started experimenting on himself, continually tweaking and refining what works and what doesn't. Through trial and error, Gianni discovered that sleep optimization, meditation, exercise and nutrition, and breathwork were vital in achieving physical, mental, and spiritual growth. Which inspired him to share his newfound knowledge with friends and family, and the results were so encouraging; it led him to take a course in breathwork and authentic relating. Now a certified breathwork and cold therapy facilitator, Gianni coaches clients who share similar inspiring results.
"I've come to understand that I will always be on this journey of self-discovery and experimentation. What works for one person does not necessarily work for another; we all have specific needs." His approach to each client is about connecting and finding what works best for each individual.
