Autoimmune disorders affects about 20% of the US population. 2/1 people living with autoimmune disorders are women. This is not to take away from the men that are also living with autoimmune disorders. Every life is valuable and everyone is worthy of empathy. I pray that one day the medical field can understand autoimmune disorders and cure the diseases. Also pray for a breakthrough in cancer and other illnesses that kill millions of Americans every year. One thing I want to tell you everybody I don't care how young you are or how old you are, take your health seriously. Go to your doctor offices every 6 months. Every American should have a health care doctor, dentist and urologist/ gynecologist. When I say we need more affordable Healthcare that is what I'm talking about those basic three things.

Many people ask me what can reading do for them? why is it so important to read? I definitely believe reading can be fun if you're interested in the topic. you have to want or have a yearning to learn something. Reading can be boring when you're forced to read American literature in fourth grade lol or a college class; it can be boring. Most people will never be a fan of reading anything from literature to Comics nothing. Reading starts off like math! if your parents read to you as a baby or bought you toys that came with math problems then you will develop this natural routine of reading and doing math. But for most people their parents don't take the time so many never develop the " routine" but like anything in life we can definitely teach ourselves and start developing that daily routine.
