Welcome to the FIC podcast series produced by the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC). The FIC was established to identify proceeds of crime, combat money laundering, and the financing of terrorism.
The podcast consists of interviews with subject-matter experts and other information to help inform and educate South African businesses and individuals about the work of the FIC and its efforts to prevent, detect and disrupt financial crime.
Topics covered do not relieve the listener from the responsibility to exercise their own skill and care in relation to the users’ legal obligations.
The Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) has published a new podcast. In this episode, the FIC’s Christopher Malan – Executive Manager for Compliance and Prevention gives an update about the risk and compliance return that identified sectors are required to complete and submit to the FIC.
