The cyclical women, who is she and how does she support the cycles of her menstrual cycle.

We are earth beings, everything on Mother Earth is affected by the ocean a phenomenon called tidal force, which is what causes our ocean tides to change.

You can think of your menstrual cycle as a tidal force being affected by hormones that are constantly rising and falling to produce a cyclical gland called the corpus luteum, this is responsible for how we bleed. An unhealthy corpus luteum results in pms.

Welcome to Rise of Matriarchy! In this episode I share parts of a text written by Anne McClintock Double Crossings: Madness, Sexuality And Imperialism.

About the author: Anne McClintock is a writer, feminist scholar and public intellectual who has published widely on issues of sexuality, race, imperialism, and nationalism; popular and visual culture, photography, advertising and cultural theory. Born in Zimbabwe in 1954. McClintock has published over 50 articles, essays and reviews on sexualities and gender, race, nationalism and imperialism, and material and visual culture.

This opens up the conversation about westernized approaches towards female mental health in the nineteenth century to present, how "civilization" is destroying our planet and breaking down words that are new to me and may be new for you.

I hope you enjoy!
