What is diversity, and what does it mean to different people? These are the questions that guide our new podcast Diversifying Diversity. In the first season, we talk to different Champlain College faculty members and dive into how their backgrounds and their professions shape what diversity means to them. This podcast was created by Gabe Aviles and Dr. Kylie King as a fellowship project with the Center for Community and Social Justice. The goal of the podcast is to help educate people in different ways to talk about diversity in a fun and interesting medium. We hope that you enjoy listening to it as much as we enjoyed making it.
