Have a cup of coffee and listen to Sue spout on about finances, kids, painting, philosphy. You never know what you'll get. Sue lives in Central Florida, right outside Orlando. She raised three daughters, has been in the mortgage business for 35+ years, and ijust got her real estate license. She never thought she could draw a stick figure, but she learned recently that she has a little bit of talent as a painter, and she's milking that for all she's worth! Sue spreads her time between her real estate and mortgage businesses, consulting, coaching, and loves to spend time with her family and kitties. I find myself so often trying to control the things around me. Today, I remembered that what SHOULD happen WILL happen if I'm willing to accept it.
Clubhouse is a social audio app https://www.clubhouse.com/. It's a place where people can talk about topics they're interested in. Your friends can join or you can allow the general public to join in your room. You can create your own room or you can just join rooms that other people have created. There are topics like "becoming a dolphin trainer" or religion, politics (I stay away from those if I can). There are rooms about meditation and personal finance. So I created a "Coffee with Sue" room and did my first meeting this morning. I was joined by one friend, Declan - check out @hypeboyz407 on Instagram.
I'll start opening the Clubhouse room of Coffee with Sue as much as I can. Let's see how it goes.

Sometimes I am too self-contained. I take care of myself and I rarely rely on other people for help. This morning, though, I'm reflecting on how important it is to connect with the people in your life. I'm blessed with wonderful daughters, beautiful grandchildren, fabulous siblings, and true friends. To have those people in my life helps me stay connected to the world. This weekend, I'm going to make sure to each out to people and let them know how much I appreciate them. Maybe you'll do the same!

It’s an old saying. But it’s true. You can’t make the journey of 1000 miles unless you take the first step. Overcome your fear. Overcoming your doubt. Take the first step. Look at where you want to go and then just start.
Learn to go with the ebbs and flows of life, the ups and downs, the highs and lows. Life is like a figure 8 as my great friend Lisa told me!
People ask me why I started Coffee with Sue. It's because I am FILLED WITH JOY (even when I have a bad day), and I wanted to send some of that joy back into the universe. I want to spend time getting to know more and more people, and to hopefully help them be filled with joy, and succeed at the things they want to accomplish in this lifetime.
Make sure to spend time reflecting on how things have been going, and thinking about how things might change in the future. Take time for yourself. All work and no play makes Sue a dull girl.
