After coming to Canada in 2014, I rented a unit in "Yonge and Sheppard" for a year thereafter I went on to buy my first condo and sold it thereafter. At the end of this episode you'd know why paying a rent is a waste of money and instead of paying a landlord it's always better to pay your own mortgage and build equity.
I came to Canada in 2014 but before then, I had to enquire from my friends who were already here about how it was like in Canada, I also had to choose between three cities in Canada which were Toronto, Vancouver and Montereal and yeah I finally choose Toronto. At first, I had to share an apartment with a friend of mine after which I rented a one bedroom condo apartment and a year later, I bought my first property. PS: I had great friends that made my journey to and initial stay in Canada a great one, cheers to them all.

Growing up as the only girl in the midst of two brothers, Nikki was challenged towards leadership and this was the building block of her career as an architectural lecturer.
