Now entering Shop'N'Bag where the fun starts to come on as I try to do my shopping, on today's shopping list we have sentry guns on the roof, the nuke pig cop and the crazed alien things that shoot out the shrink ray balls while moving super quick.
That are so many enemies in this level in shorter succession that you just happen to run into when least expecting it!
What gets me if running low on ammo for most weapons and needing to use some of the big boy guns.
Eventually I manage to find the way out when I have gotten passed all the other enemies and working out which way I had to go.

Sorry it's taken a while to get this next episode up. It's being a chaotic bunch of months. Among getting forms and things sorted for my new job to Christmas and my daughters 2ns birthday, I am wanting to finally get back to doing more this year as I will get a proper routine with the new job!
Off to Duke Burger to get myself some burgers and friessss.
There are the flying pig cop just cruising about the place which they are annoying to hit as I am shooting with a controller and not a mouse.
What gets me close to death are the robo pig cops with mini nukes built in in case you feel like pressing the button on the back, if you can get to it but I did not realise that and wasted ammo instead. Then I got nuked down with those gatling guns!
Once I got through clearing these bastards out it allowed finally exploring and working out the way forward including the keycard and which spot had the way to go.
The inside isn't too dangerous right now which is good as I don't want to keep having issues.
Drinking from the toilet to regain some health is a little nasty but hey if it keeps me alive longer, I aint complaining haha.
But you get to see it keep being tough for me further in including watching the new weapons being used, exploding a tank thing and ending this stage to prepare for what's like to be some tougher upcoming stages.

Welcome to my current testing of what is playable for this great gem, Cube which is based off the 1997 sci-fi horror movie and it has so many elements that are similar which stays true to a dedication game of a movie.
Upon loading in to the game it provides a basic tutorial, very basic for now of using the left mouse button and spinning to open a hatch or mouse button near the ladder then moving.
I provide the last updated information of what they were wanting to implement into the game and this looks to just be one person solo making this.. props for what they have made so far!
I am not sure how much has been done since the Youtube video I watched where they tested this, it was 3 years ago so not sure if there has been an update since to the information or what is happening.
Anyways onto the gameplay which you see me move out of the first room and unable to open my inventory at this point in time, hop into the new room thinking it is safe as I land..
I explain about how many choices you have which is 5 new doors to go through between the top, 3 walls and the floor hatchs, 6 if you include going back where you were and heading in a different direction after changing your mind haha.
Then like in the movie for Alderson, it hit me, dead!
Watch as I now have the inventory and boot to be used which allows me to better test out rooms and I have some more attempts to see how far I get but also what other traps there may be.
Below are the links to the Game Jolt site where you can sign up and download the game for free to play and test yourself, plus the Youtube video I originally found this on.

Onto the last two levels for this chapter and the pig cops come out to play while my aiming is a bit off, maybe I need to practice some more?
No doubt it is interesting with the amount of enemies in this level and just how well I am able to use the shrink gun, making light work of these enemies as I squish them into the ground.
Busting out the cool guns like the pulveriser missile sort of gun makes this much more fun!
Time for the final stage which is the boss, the missiles fly around everywhere and I have to go out with a bang this time around, bang indeed is what happens.
I have to load back up numerous times while working out how to win.. well it turns out I just speed around and fire missiles and dodge his.
So now in the new chapter I am back to the pistol and almost getting killed off by the lightning in the water I stand in.
I make my way through and kill as best as possible, wanting to stock up on more weapons and ammo, but run into trouble trying to kill and then running out of ammo.
Continuing on there are more areas to explore and more enemies to kill!
Watch the carnage unfold and how badly it goes for me!

Welcome to the Thirteenth episode of me playing Pokemon Emerald Nuzlocke, modified with a randomiser to change up the starter Pokemon you choose from, what appears in the wild and trainer Pokemon plus some other tweaks.
I head back out of Fallabor Town back down, showing off my Steelix which has some strength in that metal claw.
So I go exploring while I work out exactly where I need to go, Mt Chimney is the place, I stopped off at the daycare to get Bulbasaur which among those levels at daycare, I got another level to get my Ivysaur. I also picked up my Numel.
Pupitar and Shelgon are my go to for fights right now, which the double battle ends up being super easy.
After another Team Magma grunt is beaten I face off against the boss, Maxie who starts off with a Piloswine at level 24 which could have been bad but it wasn't. Cradily on the other hand... the healing is horrible to face and I was close to losing Numel!
Finally there are some additional grunts and trainers on my way to the next town, I will leave the how it went part up to the video to show.
The Nuzlocke challenge has 2 rules you MUST use.. You may only catch the first Pokemon in each area which if it is a double battle, you can choose which of the two you catch but if it faints or runs away then bad luck. Other rule is if a Pokemon in your party faints, it must be released and cannot be used (but like others you can replace it with the optional rule, or storing it in the box for good which I do).
Streamlabs OBS used for recording and setting the scene with the Pokemon font, my avatar and the game picture for what I am playing.
Emulator used: RetroArch
ROMS: They are the games
Saving: (Only for crashes and not to load since it is a Nuzlocke challenge.)

What better way to start off being in the subway than with trip mines going off?!
I had to clear a couple of them out of the way so I could hop on the train to progress this level, which I had no idea what to expect, same as all the new levels.
Round and round we go, what will come next and when will I hop off the track in order to see what else is here?
Well I find the blue key card and after waiting for the train and watching it go pass me, I hop onto the track and have a bit of a look.
After some time I find my way to the next section, find out I have the red key card and go rocketing the upcoming enemies to watch them explode!
Turns out the level isn't all that big and I find the exit pretty easily.
So next sees me heading back outside into an interesting level. Nothing like a quick dip to the attacking bubble brain creatures.
After opening the blue key card door I am charged at with multiple enemies and well my aim just goes out the damn door!
This level is jam packed full of carnage and enemies, mass killing and I find myself having trouble for a short time as I clear them out, while trying to avoid death..

This series is a best and favourites of picks for games to play on the Nintendo 64.
Starting it off with Banjo Kazooie as a tribute to my father, whom passed away November 2021 and this game was one of his favourites from back in the day. Roughly 19 or 20 years ago which we all played a lot of and loved.
Next in the series is likely to be Pokemon Stadium 1 as a massive favourite, which will see me go through the gym leader castle and likely also the pokemon cups to beat them.
This won't be for a few weeks though as I got to get around to playing it still.
I use the bee from Click Clock Wood to grab the outside jiggy piece before moving on to the start of Gruntilda's game show, required to be beaten in order to face off against her.
So this game show being held requires some saving and loading using states so I am not stuck spending a long time on it, due to mistakes.
Getting something wrong will hurt you and you will have to keep being careful, but it is definitely a fun time to test your knowledge and skills.
I get some questions wrong and have a tough time with the bees, I load the saved state multiple times to lessen the blow to the health even though I don't like doing so.
Keep watching as I continue through the different questions, pass the skull squares and defeat this game show and finally reach Gruntilda!
You do have to go through the first ending scene until they realised it isn't over yet...
After filling up my items I head on up to the final showdown!
Dodging Gruntilda a few times allows you to hit her while her broomstick is conked out, I do get hit a couple of times though in this phase and then from the next spell she throws at me.
Next part involves shooting eggs at Gruntilda to move her onto phase 3..
This one involves taking to the skies to go head on as you beak bomb charge at her, being carefuly to not do what I do once and end up dead haha!
Final phase is the jinjo phase, requiring shooting eggs into the statues so they can help you to defeat her once and for all.
Finally with the big middle jinjo released you have defeated Gruntilda and finished Banjo Kazooie!

Welcome to the Thirteenth episode of me playing Pokemon Emerald Nuzlocke, modified with a randomiser to change up the starter Pokemon you choose from, what appears in the wild and trainer Pokemon plus some other tweaks.
I mention the Pokemon I got a couple levels trained in the grassy areas, but saved more of the trainer fights to see how it goes.
Slugma needs a bit of leveling but I may focus on some others soon.
So I decide to focus on Bitey as it's almost going to evolve which is important!
But finally after so many trainer battles you will see it, you will see Bitey evolve into Pupitar as an exciting milestone!
When I get into Meteor Falls I am faced off with Team Magma and Aqua grunts and their trouble always being caused.
Not too much more exciting, just a new catch and other fights, I get outside and continue the leveling per usual so I can keep my Pokemon safe.
Heading toward the next gym so I can earn that new badge!

I realised a month ago I hadn't finished my Banjo Kazooie run and got back into it. This is continuing on and I linked the previous posts from last year too, with the previous post.
Gold feathers make you invincible for as long as you have some, needed for the fly trap chomping things holdings notes, skulls etc.
I continue collecting notes so I get close to having them all from this stage, before having trouble getting up to a higher spot I need to get things from...
What about the nuts?! The squirrel needs me to get his nuts for him!
There is a lot of looking about to be able to find all the nuts and caterpillars but in the end, the looking does matter as I find them all.
This is where I now get a couple more jiggies before heading into Winter.
I tell you what.. these snowmen are a pain though with their snowballs while I just try to make my way around to complete this stage.
But even though I make it through after having trouble when sliding or jump flapping poorly I was able to get through and complete Click Clock Wood, that made me happy!
Gruntilda here I come!

This LA Rumble stage be full of pig cops and machinegun dudes. Be crazy to start with as the pig cops keep spawning in to the same sort of location, can't they leave me alone?!
Never fear for the shotgun is hear!
But my face decides to try block some rockets and is met with some major pain.. I do have a lot of rockets and keep getting more, so watch them fly and the bits explode everywhere!!!
I persevere through though to keep finding the way to progress through this level.
Seriously, why do they just keep coming? Even more of the flying rocket shooting bastards keep coming for me.
Finally after more killing and looking, I reach Movie Set which is the next level in this chapter which starts with an explosion nearby and some pig cops I can't kick their frozen asses for shittt!
A quick find of the blue keycard and then off to killing as usual. The exploding drones appear in this level and one of my most hated enemies.
Inside the movie set there is trouble getting in to small and bonus spots while working out exactly where I need to go.
Given a bit of time I realise to go into the next room and fight the enemies which eventually leads to another vent and it goes from there... opening the yellow keycard spot and eventually finding the red keycard as well.
The big guy ends up being one of the last enemies to face off against which I utulise cover to help out.
Takes time then to find out how to open the shutter from the start of the game, but the button was near the end in that small room I found!

Time to play my favourite level of this game, Click Clock Wood which requires you to basically play 4 levels in 1 as you go through the seasons Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.
Starting with spring you see me looking around and going higher, trying to work out what I have to do in this section before falling from high up and taking more damage in sections than I was expecting.
Turning into a bee in Mumbo's hut allows me to fly up high and quickly, including being able to grab some things I need like Jinjos and jigsaw pieces!
Once unlocking the summer section and gathering anything I think I need here, it was time to move on to summer..
Water is lacking in this season, autumn gets unlocked and Mumbo is hot so he needs to use a feather to try keep cool.
In the end I grab multiple more jiggies which is great, major progress is being made and I am halfway through completing Click Clock Wood.

Welcome to the Twelth episode of me playing Pokemon Emerald Nuzlocke, modified with a randomiser to change up the starter Pokemon you choose from, what appears in the wild and trainer Pokemon plus some other tweaks.
I ended up getting my Eevee back from daycare to hold on to in my party, but also Trapinch to put in the box for later.
Bitey will be the bigger focus for leveling so I can evolve it in time.
These trainers are a much lower level than I am for party Pokemon but that will keep me from losing any easier, especially when a Chikorita uses razor leaf on Bitey taking basically half it's health!
Fiery Path is exciting, get myself a new catch in there which I will leave the surprise for viewing as it's a pretty nice catch that I will use later.
There are still a lot more trainer battles to be watched this time around, but the end gets me another catch as something different to try later on.
The Nuzlocke challenge has 2 rules you MUST use.. Entering the Flood Zone, it starts off high up and requiring the jetpack to be used.
This area has numerous enemies from the get go and I was not expecting them to suddenly appear behind me and have the rocket shooting flying ones, two of them as well!
The brutality continues as there are also multiple exploding drones, more rocket guys and then the big guy coming from behind. Gosh that was a well earned death for not paying proper attention.
But fear not as he ends up just over the ledge and it was easy to kill him off.
Moving on I use the shrink ray under the water where sharks and bubble brains are waiting for me..
The action keeps coming and so does progressing through this level, finding keycards, exploring and working out where I need to go until I hit the end of the level.

Welcome to the tenth episode of me playing Pokemon Emerald, modified with a randomiser to change up the starter Pokemon you choose from, what appears in the wild and trainer Pokemon plus some other tweaks.
Get this double battle started! Twinsies in this fight with the opponent bringing out their own Larvitar, a lot weaker though.
I have a Shelgon and Treecko now, managed to find a couple of areas that saw both get caught in, giving me some better and awesome Pokemon to play with.
Back to this battle and the Bulbasaur comes out, something I hope to catch at some point.. but for now my Max evolves after this battle, the first evolution and some strength gain that is needed!
After an easy battle I come across a Wartortle in the next double battle which... is not something I want to stay in and I get lucky with the flinches. But Bitey gets hurt which means I am swapping out to Max for the next tough Pokemon at my disposal.
What will Wattson have? A Remoraid, Vileplume, Cyndaquil and a Noctowl, with the experience being something I am just loving from this gym leader battle
This is starting to heat up a bit, now I have started to lose Pokemon with the previous first loss. So keep tuned to see how I go with this Nuzlocke challenge.

Onto the Bank Roll now and straight into shrinking, then exploding some pig cops. Got to love that splattering sound!
I get pretty into this level and the pace you can go at.
Of course it means I get shot at lots more, but what annoys me is missing the switch required for the key card... I basically looked right at it but it diddn't click or register in my mind haha.
Once I look around for some time, look at where the switch is and go through the next door, I go back into the shrinking gun and end up having trip mines take out a chunk of damage
Oh no to puzzle time, wait... I like puzzles!
It's a simple working out which platform and which direction to be on for the way through to the other side.
After working that out I open the might vault door, to see what's in store which is a bunch of enemies including one of the big guys!
But then the end comes up soon after that so hooray for yet another level completed!

Welcome to the tenth episode of me playing Pokemon Emerald, modified with a randomiser to change up the starter Pokemon you choose from, what appears in the wild and trainer Pokemon plus some other tweaks.
Watch me attempt to catch a stubborn Eevee, a necessary Pokemon for the many types of evolutions I can choose from, but what one do I want to have?
Was also having to be careful at first so I wouldn't lose a Pokemon while attempting to catch it!
Moving on and into a double battle with a pretty good duo! Grimer and Shuppet which can be a powerful pair. Sludge does a fair chunk of damage to my Max which requires switching out to Bitey..
How about that Seadra on an upcoming fight? I am jealous I don't have one and still stuck with Horsea.
But hey, more training and eventually I will have my own much stronger version!

Apologies in the second half of this video, my voice is quiet for some reason but you get to see the action still.
Welcome to the ninth episode of me playing Pokemon Emerald, modified with a randomiser to change up the starter Pokemon you choose from, what appears in the wild and trainer Pokemon plus some other tweaks.
I face off against a bunch of trainers in order to keep up with the progress on this ever challenging, challenge I have subjected myself to!
These fights including the double battle, weren't much of an issue and after thinking I might have to worry I quickly realise, it was no big deal.
After these fights, I head to the next location which sees me catch an Oddish to add to the party.
I end up having a bit of trouble against one of the trainers though and I get close to losing some Pokemon, luckily I manage it well.
So I have now gotten some more, valuable experience that will help further along!
This is starting to heat up a bit, now I have started to level up Pokemon with the previous first loss long behind me. So keep tuned to see how I go with this Nuzlocke challenge.

Back to my pistol and mighty foot in chapter 3, testing me with the high drop and some damn sharks!
They definitely startled me but I came back with the machinegun and ensured they were taken care of.
As this level continues, so too do the shenanigans and the growth of my arsenal once more and so does my change of dying.
Do do dun dun do do do do!!! Got to love that quality Duke Nukem music.
Or the exploding barrels to wipe out the slimes..
MIGHTY FOOT ENGAGED! Trying to kick the bubble brain creature to death for fun, why not?!
It keeps getting interesting now we have the pig cops back and this is trying to be unforgiving, with the mass amount of enemies out to get me once more. Maybe they hate me killing their bosses and clearing their areas?
But I did get stuck again with the obvious things like I just needed to try going down in the sink so I could get the red key card, but along with some secret areas, I clear out the rest of this level and get on over to the next one!

I continue from the previous battle tent win and trade out to gain the Wailmer as a usable Pokemon for the remaining battle.
Wailmer is so damn strong and effective, it tears up these battles along with the other choices I have, allowing me to gain a full heal for the battle tent challenge win.
After doing some leveling off recording, I continue onward, though that requires backtracking to face off against Team Aqua.
I pretty easily win and get the Devon Goods required, this opens up the path north and sees me run into Professor Birch again.
Watch my Max and Bitey get into a double team battle, R.I.P Seed the Nuzleaf! So that is another one biting the dust, but Nuzlocke shows no mercy.

I did have another video but half of that is in this one so I am kicking things off with this.
I am back and more enthusiastic than before, after months off, due to being so swamped with class work and working full time. It will still only be one, maybe a second video most weeks as I do more on my days off before classes start again in August!
So I start off mentioning a bit about what has been happening as I continue to get used to the controls once again before getting stuck into the nitty gritty.
Had previously completed this level through but got stuck into halfway through it, roughly and just continued from there, showing off that glorious big arena outdoors setting with them exploding machines, poor aiming and lots of moving about.
After I clear this area out, look about and fight a big guy that deserved some rockets to the face, I continue through the chasm of destruction and finish off the rest of the level.
Alright the final stage time for this chapter!
Let's get this underway and out of this water so I don't lose too much from my scuba tank.
Hearing random loud stepping and knowing it is the big guy
I do my best to kill him off and end up dying in the process... I am not surprised but that big explosion killing me was a shock, so was his appearance when I didn't think he was that close.
This level if packed with enemies to face off against to really test you before you end the chapter which is good!
I made almost all of the little slime things disappear with those exploding barrels.
Finally I reach the end boss for this chapters end, watch the fight as I quickly learn how best to deal with this one..

***This is a new series which will see me attempting to FINALLY beat the game The Binding of Isaac. Many times I have gotten close to beating it but I made mistakes or there was extra I didn't expect, so I died and had to start again.
I will be breaking these up into 2 parts for each attempt, or if I have a bad run and only enough for one part I will still show it so you can see the good and bad runs, to see all aspects as I attempt to beat the game!
See the good thing about The Binding of Isaac, is each run attempt is random with its map generation and which items spawn in, which enemies in the rooms and everything about it. So it adds more replay value and changes up the run attempts to see which one will be the one, to let me say I have completed the game!
Previously you saw me getting pimped out and boosting my stats, something which can greatly help in the long run while I work up my coins, bombs and keys as well.
I was having a good run... until I didn't pay proper attention to my health, then that is when things changed!
I am loving showing how my runs go, the game is so much fun and you will see more runs to come in time because this doesn't get boring for me. When you don't get bored, you can continue to push through the losses and get that sweet, sweet victory!
Now to keep working it, wonder what the next run will have in store for me and the items and powerups I get?

Ohhhh this is a dark area.. wish there would be a light switch in here since the night vision isn't helping much. "Oh there's a light!"
At least I found my way haha! This was the end of the previous videos level and then I move straight onto the next level.
Shit gets hectic in this starting area, with numerous enemies just most are easier to kill, annoying slime things especially in the vents.
I keep working my way around to try find where to go, kill off the hovering rocket enemy and collect more items, including the required blue keycard!
Then it gets bloody hard as I have one of those bigggg machinegun guys come at me and tear me apart..
I keep looking for extra items or health as I move forward to progress throughout the level.
Squishy squishy is what I go in one area, no surprise though because these games really test your skills haha.
Keep watching how the rest of the level goes though and what troubles come my way!

Welcome to the seventh episode of me playing Pokemon Emerald, modified with a randomiser to change up the starter Pokemon you choose from, what appears in the wild and trainer Pokemon plus some other tweaks.
This start is showing my Houndoor getting to obliterate the Paras, thank you ember!
Just doing some trainer battles in the area for some extra leveling to continue the growth, trying to avoid those losses as much as possible.
Watch me go from kicking ass to facing something and having something unexpected happen... I am so sad!!!
Got to love the name I make for the Pokemon I catch and you will know why haha.
The end of this will show me going through the battle tent, a place that allows you to rent Pokemon, then go through 3 battles with all Pokemon being level 30.
After each battle, you have the option to switch a Pokemon for one from the 3 of the trainer you just defeated and if you win all 3 battles, you get a prize!
This is just the start and I need to ensure I don't lose any Pokemon until I have leveled spare Pokemon, so I can better progress through and beat gyms. So keep tuned to see how I go with this Nuzlocke challenge.
Saving: (Only for crashes and not to load since it is a Nuzlocke challenge) Using emulator saving between levels or occasionally in tough parts so I don't always die and repeat so then the game can get completed.

SHARE IN MY MISFORTUNE AND DEATHS!!!
First level is the easiest one and doesn't have too much excitement, can be a bit slow depending on powerups and things found through the randomised set for the run.
By the 3rd level I am getting pimped out, especially with the health I have!

Welcome to the sixth episode of me playing Pokemon Emerald, modified with a randomiser to change up the starter Pokemon you choose from, what appears in the wild and trainer Pokemon plus some other tweaks.
It was time to head to Slateport to deliver the letter, but of course there is a gym and some trainer battles here.
Almost lose my Makuhita, got so lucky to land on 1hp and I quickly switch out to my Larvitar and finish off the Seel.
What will the trainers in Slateport gym have in their team?
Well a Mareep comes out first which hurts my Makuhita so I get out Larvitar due to rock types eing good against electric..
Double fight comes up next with a Carvanha plus Natu to face off against. Natu gets hurt bad from bite being super effective, but Carvanha takes a bit to beat, either way I get the win with no losses so far which I am happy about!
Some extra fights happen and I get lucky to lose no Pokemon so far.. now Brawley the gym leader, is up to the chopping block as I start off with my Nuzleaf which has evolved from Seedot and now has Nature Power for some nice damage!
Poliwag takes time to beat amongst the potions and Hypnosis, Pidgey follows after and is a higher level, then it bares down to Slakoth for the final Pokemon in brawley's party.
Watch how I go through this battle and be excited for whatever else is to come!
This is just the start and I need to ensure I don't lose any Pokemon until I have leveled spare Pokemon, so I can better progress through and beat gyms. So keep tuned to see how I go with this Nuzlocke challenge.

Nothing like starting off with the bubble shooting alien and its damn loud sounds!
I am trying to use the pistol more while I have lots of ammo for it, but the shotgun is always solid for the chaingun monsters, especially when using walls and corners to avoid being hit at times.
Be careful of the presses coming down after you or you might get squished, just like i did.. but hey at least there are secret places and I find the way for the atomic healths to give a nice boost.
Now onto the lava section to try find anything that might lead me to the next spot, but turns out there wasn't anything from what I could see and I have to load back from before I went down to the lava.
Second time around is jetpack time and I do find out where I need to go, with a lot of death and destruction, almost my death too!
But damn these rocket firing hover creatures are deadly and I had no idea there would be so many, die then re-load and fire allll the rockets to destroy them with ease, before finishing off the level!
What will I find on the next level? Stick around because I get stuck into it and show just how bad my aim is at one point early on in this level, luckily so was the aim of the aliens, surprisingly enough.
You will see many more rocket shooting aliens and also me using the freezethrower, I do increase the brightness a bit part way through so it is easier to see.
I get closer to the end and before the fighting near the exit, I get into a fight with one of those big bastards, they don't mess around that's for sure!

Welcome to the fifth episode of me playing Pokemon Emerald, modified with a randomiser to change up the starter Pokemon you choose from, what appears in the wild and trainer Pokemon plus some other tweaks.
I begin talking about my Pokemon a bit and thinking I might be okay, then proceed to hit Rustboro gym again.. hoping this time will be the time I complete it, finally!
First up is a Pikachu that gets torn apart by my Larvitar for an easy first win.
paralyz heal gets used and I am ready for a cautious double battle to take place.
I switch out Poocheyena for Horsea, to do max damage to Cyndaquil and my Larvitar takes a nice chunk out of Smoochum. Smoochum goes down, Cyndaquil follows and then I clean up the final 2 Pokemon and go heal up, ready for Roxanne and trying my luck this time.
Totodile starts things off and the bites come out, luckily no water gun to hurt my Larvitar badly and that's a good start!
Paras comes out and I stick with the biting so I can level up more, paralysing my Larvitar is handy for Roxanne but I end up healing and finishing off the Paras, way easier with clearing up the paralysis.
Hooray the final Pokemon is Magby!
Horsea shows just what it can do to a fire type with bubble, though this Magby has quite a bit of damage and the burn hurts too..
Almost lose my Horsea but I heal and cause more bubble damage, then switch out to Larvitar for the final blow and to finally get my first badge!!!
After some time away to do some leveling of my Pokemon, I jump into Rusturf tunell and catch myself a Makuhita as a new Pokemon for my party.
Team Aqua Grunt is blocking the way and causing trouble.
Back to Slateport and to the Devon Corporation where I meet the president of Devon, being given a letter to take to Steven in Slateport..
I get the Pokenav and my pokemon healed before having to complete this short bit again as I accidentally loaded it again!
Well time to face May the rival, bringing out the Solrock which has the mighty move confusion but my Horsea has bubble, great against rock types!
Bagon was her starter of choice which I believe was a dragon type, so some sand attacks to make it harder to hit me before I change to Seedot... I know but hoping to use a heap of damage with Bide.
Bide is very effective and helps to do nice damage and get lower level Pokemon more levels.
Now to heal and that is it for this one, until next time!
But hooray for getting much better of a run for the 3rd try!
This is just the start and I need to ensure I don't lose any Pokemon until I got some spare, so I can better progress through and beat gyms. So keep tuned to see how I go with this Nuzlocke challenge.

Starting off with some exploding drones are we? Well let me just take out the other one so I don't get messed up, after that first one got me.
This brings caution as I enter into the next room and with good cause, because a room is filled with 3 more drones, luckily I get the room closed off then hear them all explode haha!
But I manage to blow myself up because why not? Trip laser mines I throw the pipebomb at, but I had to rewind back and attempt again with use of the lift, to avoid the explosion damage.
Old mate with his fucking rockets and shit. Yeah he be floating about and firing them rockets at me, that definitely hurt a lot.
Secrets, more drones, tough parts in this stage keep testing my abilities but the level is pretty awesome still, the design and the rotating elevator is pretty cool as well.
Keep watching for some more excitement and the exploding drones plus machinegun guys to face off against.

Welcome to the fourth episode of me playing Pokemon Emerald, modified with a randomiser to change up the starter Pokemon you choose from, what appears in the wild and trainer Pokemon plus some other tweaks.
After losing to the first gym leader Roxanne in the last episode, I have started a fresh Nuzlocke with snips of catching Pokemon plus trainer fights at times.
Just showing some of the progress before continuing on at Roxanne again in an attempt to get that win this time around!
This time I start off with Trapinch which is a pretty solid choice. I cannot remember its exact type as it has been a while since I used one, but let's see how it performs.
First catch is a silly little Cascoon. It's no good until it hits level 10 and evolves into Dustox and learns confusion to make it much stronger!
Then I show off my level 8 Swinub after some training to level up my current Pokemon before I catch a Taillow as a new addition and move on to a trainer fight.
It is an easy fight for Bully Ant and bite, also level 13 is very handy to be ahead of these fights.
Zubat and Silcoon get defeated, then the next trainer has a Hoot Hoot as their only Pokemon.
Next up you will see some additional trainer battles and see how I go with the fights and training my party, trying to get a solid team, ready to face Roxanne again!
Fun times soon follow as I had done some additional leveling to get Dustox and to level on it and my Taillow, perfect for the double trainer battle and a quick win.
Okay then.. the moment of truth.. First up are the trainers in Rustboro gym and a Gastly takes the stage for my Swinub and Dustox to battle against.
Of course the Hypnosis causes some trouble to allow Gastly to lick and damage my team. Confusion when hitting is so devastating to the Gastly though.
I go for the double battle which sees a Dratini and Meditate up against Swinub and Dustox, check out how the battle goes!
Okay time to get ready to start again, at least need to see how this battle with Roxanne goes and try smash her with this new team now!
Dustox against Slakoth is a nicer fight for me.
This Natu though got out some good night shade's but luckily the bite is super effective and I get that win that is needed.
The final team member is revealed and it is... a Sealeo.. Oh crap that ice does some nice damage to me and isn't looking good on my end, not when a berry and potion are used by Roxanne.
Taillow goes down, I use Swinub to heal Trapinch, goes down then Trapinch goes down in one hit as well. So I quit this one and lose anyway.
Third time is definitely going to be the better run, I plan to ensure more Pokemon have higher levels and I am truly prepared to get through this first gym and not lose anymore!!!
Well that's my second Nuzlocke attempt failed and I try even harder next time!
This is just the start and I need to ensure I don't lose any Pokemon until I got some spare, so I can better progress through and beat gyms. So keep tuned to see how I go with this Nuzlocke challenge.

Lunar Apocalypse is the second chapter worth of levels and it starts fresh with only a pistol on the first level, Spaceport.
You quickly get to find a shotgun to help with the tougher enemies you may find... you definitely do quickly find a tougher enemy appearing which has a machinegun as its weapon and take some shotgun hits to kill.
Wow there are many of this new enemy with the machinegun, it's starting to become tougher already and I will have to be cafeful!
I have a bit of trouble finding where I am meant to be going, thinking I am going one way up, but turning out to be going down on the elevator.
Oh look a new gun! Wonder what this one does..
I eventually get through the level after finding some secrets along the way and killing off more enemies, getting me moving on the the next level, Incubator.
This level looks pretty awesome with the whole space station, but the exploding drones bloody hurt and are annoying as to deal with, in tighter spaces.
One cool new thing I have to play with this chapter are the laser tripmines and the freezethrower, wow these are some good early finds!
Lots more annoying things.. little slimes that comes from the eggs and want to challenge my aiming skills that is for sure.
A lot of enemies in this spot below the waterfall, making it difficult to get through the level, like the brain bubble blowing thing that makes me think an RPG shot point blank, is a good idea...
At least I continue onward and get the hell out of the level and I am happy to be through yet another one, with lots more to come yet!

Welcome to the third episode of me playing Pokemon Emerald, modified with a randomiser to change up the starter Pokemon you choose from, what appears in the wild and trainer Pokemon plus some other tweaks.
I start back in the forest in the attempt to catch another Pokemon, before training and getting ready to face Rustboro gym.
Seedot steps up to the plate to make the 5th in my party and it can be a worthy addition, when evolved.
An easy trainer battle ensues soon after with only low levels to face and I breeze through it. But the Team Aqua Grunt has a Makuhita at level 9, it is definitely stronger and some misses give it opportunities.. Of course a lot of sand attack was used and after 4 misses, I finally get attacked and land a bubble!
After some off camera leveling I come across the first trainer in Rustboro gym and they are sporting a Pineco first up. Nidoran is sent out to get some experience and start with one of the better choices from my party.
With a lot of poison damage and a nice peck which was super effective, Nidoran wins and hit level 11.
I didn't pay attention and got myself into a double fight.. Water Gun onto Charmander quickly wipes it out and the trainer brings out Venonat.
After some time through this double battle and having to switch out Nidoran to Spinorak, I finish off with a pretty easy win and heal up.
Onto gym leader Roxanne... here we go, the moment of truth!
Spinarak against Remoraid to kick it off, poison is definitely helpful for this battle but I have to sacrifice my Spinarak so I don't take damage when switching out.
Whismur finishes off the Remoraid and it was time for Wartortle. Yes, the damn gym leader has a Wartortle and I am down 2 Pokemon already, but it's a tough Pokemon to face either way.
Oh gosh this run has ended and I need to start again!
I was about to lose, so I called it as a loss at the Rustboro gym, the first gym..
Well this allows me to redo the randomiserto change up the starters and everything else, so stay tuned for some bits of Pokemon I catch, maybe some battles and then seeing me face Rustboro gym again with my new party for hopefully a win!
Well that's my first Nuzlocke attempt failed and I try harder next time! (This was meant for this video not the last, forgot what it was meant to say haha!)
This is just the start and I need to ensure I don't lose any Pokemon until I got some spare, so I can better progress through and beat gyms. So keep tuned to see how I go with this Nuzlocke challenge.

Welcome to the second episode of me playing Pokemon Emerald, modified with a randomiser to change up the starter Pokemon you choose from, what appears in the wild and trainer Pokemon plus some other tweaks.
I want to catch extra Pokemon in the new areas but I first get greeted by a Wooper... gosh no I do not want the thing in my party.
This leads me to speed into the next area with my running shoes, finding and catching a Spinarak which will have to do for now.
I defeat a Poocheyna then do some grinding off the recording for a few levels before coming back to face the first trainer with Whismur, getting almost 2 whole levels!
Wow that is a nice experience boost.
Second trainer only has Silcoon, so that is an easy level 7 for Whismur which I was happy about, then there is a Sunkern to face, easy to defeat and hit level 8 and getting my Whismur much stronger for future fights!
I continue facing more trainers as the leveling will be quicker, then some wild battles as I really need some levels and more Pokemon badly if I want to beat the first gym, with minimal loss to my party.
Edging so much closer to reaching the first gym, getting scared that my Pokemon won't be strong enough to defeat whatever random Pokemon they have but if I end up getting defeated..
Well that's my first Nuzlocke attempt failed and I try harder next time!
This is just the start and I need to ensure I don't lose any Pokemon until I got some spare, so I can better progress through and beat gyms. So keep tuned to see how I go with this Nuzlocke challenge.

Last Duke Nukem I accidentally put it as part #4 in the title when it was 3 haha!
I start with an ammo check in order to decide which weapon to start the stage with and so I know exactly what I have, ready to use.
Pistol is chosen and luckily, the enemies start as the easy to kill enemies.
I get hurt in a spot with a turret shooting at me, then have an enemy appear right next to me, blasting away and taking away some more of my health!
This stage is pretty easy, a few tough enemies and a few police pigs, but overall I don't have much more trouble but it took time to work out what to do which you won't see.
After the rocket takes off I finish the rest of the level with numerous enemies to be killed, block your ears with the bubble shooting alien and I happily move on from this level.
What lies throughout this new level? Well I manage to end up all the way down the bottom and trying to blow up walls. But I realised I could get back up on ledges so I reloaded back to the top to continue with the level.
There are a few hidden/out of the way spots to gain more ammo and goodies, but then it takes me a bit to work out the next best stop for where I go.
The San Andreas Fault tomestone shows the way!
Well look what we have here.. a weird ritual site with blood hand prints and secret moving walls.
The one thing that got me was the fact you can cross the lava due to protective boots, after all the games where lava means death, it didn't click to me at all haha.
Bad aim and dark corner show this to be a dangerous place.. Ow that sound that comes as I keep moving forward, close to the end I would say, it's super loud and well that just brings me to the boss for this chapter!
Holy crap that is one big, badass and tough looking boss!!!
I start throwing pipe bombs and then launching mass rockets at it, this ends with me having a tough time defeating the boss, tactic number 2? Well watch and see how that and the rest of the fighting goes!

Okay so this damn creature decides to glitch up and just shoot at a wall!? Well that makes it easier to kill and another funny happens.. I do a gory kill and then dodge a fireball I didn't know was coming, for it to kill off another creature haha!
Traversing platforms to get to where I need to be, it is dangerous and you will soon see why as also getting attacked by fireballs can make this a tough thing to do.
This next cuts to a short scene with Olivia moving up the tower as she continues to want that bridge to the other world that the creatures come from.
But hey, I get the super shotgun woohoo!
Next big fight (lags up a bit at times I apologise) has some major action with the crazy creature attacking me and of is the attack awesome to watch!
After some deaths and finally getting through a tough part you will see the chubby guy spawn in to try stop me, this triggers another big fight and more bigger creatures to come at me.
When I get through some more fights and continue up the tower I realise this was a tough feat to accomplish, with careful movements and observing the surroundings. But I stop to admire the view from up high in the end and will continue next time!

V Rising is a great game to play in PvE which is what I have been doing the majority of time I have played it, is play with my cousin and we have been loving it!
I haven't recorded from early or mid game, so you see me at level 65 with the slasher weapons which I love to use and the stealth is great as well
In this video you will see me solo face off against the spider boss to see how I go because why? Because we were having trouble beating it, I was also worried about my cousin staying alive too so I attempted it myself.
My years of playing MMORPG's helps me to know tricks in surviving fights and playing cautious and smart.
I play cautiously, slowly use abilities so they are spread out to allow my shielding and healing to help me to last longer.
I get a lot of healing done and dodge quite a few abilities, I keep working on getting the health down lower to keep seeing the end in sight but wondering if I will make mistakes, which could cost me..
As the spider bosses health gets lower, so to does mine and like all bosses, they get deadlier attacks that can really hurt!
But I manage to keep my cool, I lower the health enough and extract the blood to have this boss finally beaten which works to help us unlock more gear to get even stronger!
Oh and a gold chest with the recipe for bloodmoon leggings which we need.
Next up is the ogre boss and this one is a different fight which includes my cousin joining me to try take it out (plus some noise from my nephew in the background haha!)
Oh damn this boss hurts a lot! Well he will but I still stay in there so I can heal and shield up while fighting away as I am the one that gets in with the bosses like a tank/aggro taker but this boss suddenly gets super strong and we get hurt badly with this one!
But wait until the end because...
Well it was so close but we manage to beat it and were very lucky this time!
This is a glimpse into what you can do on V Rising, you have to be careful in the day as the sun burns you if you are in it for too long and not in the shade.
Many enemies to face, many bosses as well. You build a castle like base in the end, gather and grind the materials like most survival rpg sort of games and much more!

Welcome to the first episode of me playing Pokemon Emerald, modified with a randomiser to change up the starter Pokemon you choose from, what appears in the wild and trainer Pokemon plus some other tweaks.
I start off explaining a bit about the challenge, how I started again because the Pokemon were too strong so I needed similar strength with 2 evolution Pokemon as the starter choices and my choice... Squirtle! Which I end up calling Waterfall.
When I finish talking to Professor Birch and get out into the field, I come across an Igglybuff which is bloody annoying to face with it's immobilising Waterfall with love and this fight goes wayyyy longer than this, at least double the length!
Metapod helps to get to level 6 which gets me ready for facing May and getting that extra, valuable experience to hit level 7 hooray!
Once back in Oldale town and talking to the Professor and May again, I get my Pokedex but also the 5 Pokeballs so then I can catch my first Pokemon which is a Whismur and oh did bubble get so close to one shotting it!
Keep Quiet is the name I give my Whismur do to its uproar move and being a loud Pokemon.
Whismur almost faints so quickly but I manage to get lucky and also get back to the Pokemon Centre to heal up.
This is just the start and I need to ensure I don't lose any Pokemon until I got some spare, so I can better progress through and beat gyms. So keep tuned to see how I go with this Nuzlocke challenge.
Streamlabs OBS used for recording and setting the scene with the Pokemon font, my avatar and the game picture for what I am playing.
Emulator used: RetroArch
ROMS: They are the games
Saving: (Only for crashes and not to load since it is a Nuzlocke challenge) Using emulator saving between levels or occasionally in tough parts so I don't always die and repeat so then the game can get completed.

Somehow my voice didn't record on this one, I will keep an eye on that as it seems to now and then not record my voice, maybe have to check the settings and hopefully stop the occasional voice recording from messing up.
Back to some more Duke Nukem 3D, with some underwater fighting, to kick things off.. it is tougher, especially when you got an oxygen tank/scuba set to worry about!
Let alone fighting these annoying creatures with their loud noise and bubble attack thing. There are many of them underwater and I get quite hurt early on.
Looking for the blue keycard, there are multiple turrets gunning for me, a little annoying but easy enough to kill with a pistol at least.
Further along sees me in a spot I am unsure of how to progress, many pig cops to kill, but eventually after some time of looking around, I realise I have to be picked up by the hook that goes around.
What gets me killed though.. having to be shrunk down and run through to the other side, to progress.
Back to the underwater killing once more and blowing up the sea mines, they could've been hazardous to my health!
End up having a hard time working out where to go, running out of oxygen makes the level hard, so does trying to work out getting through the spinning cogs, that required watching how it was done quickly haha.
I continue forward, kill more shit and make my way out to get another level complete, hooray!

Well that didn't take long to die, world 5 decided to show me to not mess with it!
My recording got disrupted by a knock on the door as well, it was quite a hot day and this was someone asking for a lift as the bus driver wouldn't let them on, but no I couldn't give them a lift and don't trust people, plus my car isn't registered for driving right now.
Anyways... Got to love these hammer throwing bastards that make it as annoying as facing Bowser when he throws the hammers. Ooo a piece of candy star!.. anddddd I missed it anyway. The water stage it heaps annoy which is the same as a water stage in any Mario game, in fact most games have annoying water stages because torment comes in many forms!
I have numerous deaths and issues on the missile stage, bad jumping and not playing well got me but it happens.
Facing Bowser sees me lose the final life and continue from the start of World 5, so I quickly ran through the levels to make it back. Was an easy and quick victory while still having fire Mario.
World 6 has another platform stage and some pretty easy parts, probably more enjoyable than world 5, I will let you enjoy seeing how this one goes though and same with Bowser.
World 7 I HATE!!! Missiles everywhere, a water level for more pain, then some stupid flying fish?! Oh how cruel you be to make me put up with such a challenge... then Bowser requires selecting the right path to make it through because why not?
This is a great world don't get me wrong, it's one of the more annoying but enjoyable worlds while having a bigger challenge!
Now we come to world 8 with big gaps, deaths and more to show just what you are up against for making it so far.. oh of course more hammer throwers haha!
Bowser level requires going through the correct pipes to progress through the castle if you want to make it to Bowser. Did someone say a bit of water and jellyfish, while bringing out basically anything, almost for this final castle?
Will you look at that. Mario Bros 1 is complete! Well there is the second playthrough of it but I will wait for that until down the track!

I get so excited when I find the big armour haha! Same as getting upgrade points and such.
Challenges are becoming more common and some stages have them now, great to get new runes that can potentially help out a great amount, some not so much depending what it does and I am doing.
Boom boom! Rocket launcher makes things go boom! More of the weakest creatures coming at me and getting owned, even the biggg creature I gave no care for and owned this one.
My favourite part comes up after that though, another creature portal heart to remove and spawn the mobs to kill off, wow this one wasn't very difficult... there were 2 big creatures not at the same time, but I handled this fight with ease.
"I see you there" I say in this next fight which is a bit harder and the big one I just notice. The second one manages to hit me though well, at least partly hit me!
Busting out the chainsaw is always fun too, watch them get cut into halves, the smaller creatures that is..
After another challenge which is easy, then some smaller fights, the next portal fight almost gets me killed, on no! 17 health but lucky to get some more health back to keep myself alive, ending this fight and wiping the sweat in the fear of dying.
"What the hell is that shit?" is me after seeing some new, flying creature which has a cool power and is a lot tougher, excellent!
Apologies on the bit of lag in this fight.
The end is near, once I get through this one final big fight, big creature and the flying one, this is the epic type of fight that makes the game kickass and so much fun.
Watch me finish this level off like a boss and internally cheer and breathe properly while needing a moment to recuperate!

This part starts off rough as you start off with no weapons, with nothing!
It makes it tough when there is a shotgun pig you have to kill, resorting in my having to kick it from the island... well from this room and into a pile of mushed blood and guts.
After killing a couple of the pigs and finally getting weapons again, things are starting to get back to normal. I end up in a chapel that is full of those weaker creatures and some weird flying creature that is complaining to the manager.
But then I have no ammo for my weapons... well this makes it hard again.
Rocket launcher is going to make things fun haha! Anyways I need the blue access card but instead I find a secret place to gain some much needed armour.
After some time I finally get up with the cogs to the higher point, which turns out to be where the blue access card is, go figure.
The new area has trip lasers with explosives, sometime later I will work out I need the rocket launcher to blow them up, but for now I use the pistol with all the ammo I have stocked up on.
I keep making my way around this area to determine where to go and find the spot with the yellow access card, which leads to a deadly outside area close to the exit, with turrets and zooming enemy that cause me a lot of hassle.
Clearing the outside leads me back inside to get the chaingun and fight more enemies, well this level keeps surprising me with what is required and confusing me.
Manage to work out how to open the final spots which were blocked by a force field and there are multiple rooms to open and check, on both sides. Eventually I need to use the pipe bombs to get through the sewers and get to the outside to kill some enemies but then loot up before finishing up the level, finally!

There will be chunks skipped because I noticed some of the videos I had recently made were quite laggy in big fights. I believe Streamlabs OBS not being updated in some time caused this (has since been updated and no error returned), as it had errors saying lost frames. Apologies but I have found some of what looks non-laggy in big fights to provide and will look for to make more!
Shit is starting heavy with a big fight that includes... a big guy that is a heavy hitter which should be avoided at all costs!
But after clearing this first big creature and heart comes another section that brings out another big creature around a heart.
"Ow that one hurt and I got torn apart this time!"
So before going back to the big fight again, I decide to upgrade a weapon along with my suit while I have a moment, helping to hopefully make this fight easier this time.
Well it turns out my dodging isn't on point and slam!.. big creature gets me again, next time around though you just watch me bust out the real strategy to survice.
Onto the next part of this level which gets hairy as usual for Doom, another big fight hooray!
This time it goes a lot better which includes dodging the slam slams again.
I end the stage by seeing Olivia continue the quest to open a portal to the demonic/creatures world and finding out the next steps to being able to stop her.

Apologies for the no voice, not sure why it didn't record it so you will get to see me smash out a bunch of levels and worlds still.
Welcome to the first part of me smashing out some Super Mario Bros 1, for the SNES. Wanted to play some more SNES games again and this was a great start, but just watch me make some mistakes and get some deaths...
Oh I was silly and throughout there are a few times I reloaded with the save state but I try to not really use it much anymore.
World 1 - 2, I take the cheats way to use the pipes and move on to World 3 so I can skip one but be on an enjoyable world.
I love the design and layout of these worlds, along with the challenge they provide, also a Bowser level at the end of each which helps add something cool for a boss to defeat before moving on to the next world!

Welcome to a blast from the past with the 20th Anniversary edition of Duke Nukem 3D, a game that kicks ass, shows you that Doom isn't the only challenging game and has some great quotes and much more to make this game a favourite of mine!
These aliens flying about with jetpacks show my poor aim in this game and using a controller, but it slowly gets better over time. What is funny... me trying to shoot an enemy in the mirror though. Oh how I had to fall for that one haha.
Grabbing the shotgun makes killing a whole lot easier, at least for these weaker aliens. Oh look, we can watch a movie!
Police pig aliens with shotguns that lay on the ground to make it harder to hit them... well okay then, but I can still hit you if I aim alright.
After completing the first level I move on to one with more pigs that want to really make Duke Nukem die.
There is more time needed to find the access cards, work out where to go and what to do in this level and provides a nice machinegun to play with!
Eventually I end up in the strip club and when you kill off the dancers... well the aliens sure hate you killing their buzz! So they come for you each time, wanting you to pay for what you did!
A bit more moving about the area through a vent and out the back of the strip club, this level shortly after gets completed and what a fun time this has been for the start of the game, what a challenging game it has been already and I am loving it!

Well that didn't work, why would I stand still and not pay attention? Must be that they spawned in front and I took my sweet time with hitting bigger creatures with the pistol's charged shot..
None the less it completely changes in the next attempt as I slaughter the enemies!
As I move forward and get to the next spot I also get some poor shooting and closer to death again. I am surely making too many mistakes in this game which is costing me greatly.
But this level eventually gets completed and I can leave the surface of Mars, to get back inside in a nicer setting, I hope!
"Hey yo explosive shot, give them a mighty BAM! and they shall go SPLAT!"
I know I know, there are a lot of the same enemies with some chunks of bigger guys coming at me and a few fireballs, but I can feel the upcoming levels having some tough enemies.. I just know because it is DOOM after all haha. "Hey look, here is a chainsaw!"
This last part is brutal where you break the heart of the spawn point for the monsters. A fireball straight to the face is never pleasant either. But I end up dying in this spot and decide this shall do for now, will have to smash out this spot and try get passed it with some hopefully, better shooting!

Since I managed to win again I am going to keep going until it is time for another team! So Leona, Ralf and Clark are up to have a go at sorting me out.
Leona does the work on Joe, ensuring they get a first round victory to kick things off.. yeah I made a pun about a kicking master character getting beaten haha! Krizalid steps in to finish off Leona and meet Ralf and tear him apart with shoulder whacks and fire.
After easily taking out Clark, Shermie, Chris and Yashiro come out to play for the next fight.
Krizalid sure is filthy and just makes light work of Shermie and seems like one of the best characters you could play, of course until Chris comes and shows you otherwise, what a firey opponent!
This fight leads into one against a solo character, meant to be harder I believe but not Angel, no she is no match. But Maxima, Whip and K' end things and require me to choose a new team, so who is up next?
Igniz for one, Chin for another and Terry for some old school joy!
Igniz is like a spellcaster of some sort and I do mess up a bunch in this first round but no worries, Terry is here to finish the job because Maxima is just so annoying but so tough as well.
This next fight... man is it hard, solo Krizalid really shows what he can do and he goes back to full health should you lose a round as well! Talk about making it hard and requiring skill.
Needless to say, I struggle with this fight.
So I decide to choose Zero, Kusanagi and K' for this fight.
Watch all these fights unfold and the quality of challenge and skill needed at times, depending on character choice.

Doom gets right into the action, blood and gore with these awesome graphics and killing of the creatures, so it gets you hooked from the get go with at least a great start.
Then you want to keep playing to see how the game goes, the background sounds are epic after you get the suit.
As I move on and get to facing more creatures, there is a thing called gory kills which when they are glowing, you know you can easily perform a gory kill that is just brutal destruction/decapitation and I love it!
Oh look, a shotgun! Perfect to do extra damage in a quicker time.. like for the next creature which is mean to be a bit tougher? But easily killed with the shotgun.
This is when shit gets real, when I die for the first time due to not moving around enough and the harder difficulty, making their damage definitely noticeable.
I believe this is based on Mars, which when I get outside definitely shows it with the red planet's beauty being visible.
Pistol can be used to snipe creatures and lessen the fight you will have like if they were all coming for you, handy when I head down and find even more creatures spawn in at this point.
My thoughts so far on the game - Well worth playing already, it has a variety of challenging fights, solid graphics and music/sounds, gory kills, enjoyable and requires you to move about and be quick as well. There are also upgrades for your suit and weapons which is cool to have. I can see myself completing this game and attempting the harder difficulties as well, to go from difficulty 3 to 4, then 5!

I wanted to random my team but it always picks the group of 3 near one another, so I randomed my picks singularly.. only 1 of my picks was good which was Kyo but it wasn't enough to make me enjoy this team.
So after some fights and then having a loss, I randomed again and of course, I got a poor team once more haha.
Now I decided to pick by starting old school, Was going to be Terry but I went with Joe who I know goes pretty hard as you will see!
Krizalid is really solid as well and helps boost my team. Yuri was a pretty cool choice for not knowing the female characters, but remembering I had used her once before.
Kim and Choi get torn apart by Joe, though Choi ends up finishing Joe off which leaves me to finish him off with Krizalid, before he tears Chang apart for a swift finish in this first stage.
I use Yuri for the start of the next fight and she does alright, almost wins a round and loves to do a bum thrust attack!
This one lands on Joe to finish off with a win again and slow progress through the stages!

Welcome to a match queued up as tank in the role queue lobby, with the map being on Lijiang Tower.
My team manages to get the point captured first and I get to knock someone off the map for a kill. It's some intense early match gameplay and I even get knocked off the map at one point too, though I noticed it was slightly lagging and didn't move me over right away which gave just enough to slip over the edge.
The enemy team captures the point and starts catching up! Until... we get the point back and start holding well with some great fights andddd I managed to knock another person off the edge, this time with a longer range spear shot hooray!
It turns into a first round win for the team.
Second round is all over the place with the fights going poorly quite a few times, we did get close to winning with control of the point for a while... until at 99% and the team being too far out, the enemy took the point back and won round 2, this is why you have people defending so you don't lose the point.
Third round is a lot more one sided with my team controlling it well, performing nicely in the fights and defence, but ultimately... after they had taken the point back it was me that secured the victory!
That's right, I get in with an awesome ultimate where we wipe the enemy team soon after and I had gotten a triple kill, which gives me the play of the game and I believe a well deserved one due to that performance to win the match!

Here we go, the tougher enemies are ready to take me one and I definitely do run into some trouble, even with one getting the combos leading to a red big block which catches me off-guard and gives them the win...
Well I do get some good shots in throughout each of the enemies, among the speed increases and the enemies doing quite well.
This is how your skills are really tested and where the pressure can make anyone crumble should they be unprepared!
I am wanting to bring a variety of games again so I won't be doing any series, as much as I would love to get back to my N64 series which one day I will again.
But for now.. I am playing a variety of games and having fun and hoping to complete some more games!

Welcome to my comeback video, back from the brink of extinction... err from a while of being too busy and a lot on in my hectic life haha.
But now I get much more free time and I have gotten the mass gaming out of the way (since I barely was able to previously), I wanted to start coming back with videos and being active once again.
Kirby's Avalanche is a Tetris sort of game, but the more combos and colour matches you get, the bigger the amount of ghost blocks given to your opponent to mess up their day.
I go through a decent chunk of the easier opponents this time around in an average showing for my skills in this game.. not the best run but I still manage to make it through and you will see in the next video, that I definitely have trouble when it gets much faster!

This series is a best and favourites of picks for games to play on the Nintendo 64.
Starting it off with Banjo Kazooie as a tribute to my father, whom passed away last November 2021 and this game was one of his favourites from back in the day. Roughly 19 or 20 years ago which we all played a lot of and loved.
Rusty bucket Bay is quite a big level, filled with toxic water that reduces the oxygen quicker than normal.
It sports some interesting things, like shooting eggs into a toll hole based on the number and it brings out a walkway, some proper toxic water that hurts you, a big boat to explore with a variety of rooms and things to enjoy. But it isn't without the challenges, like not being careful when near the TNT boxes that come at you, or being underway for too long.
The 1-2-3 steam puzzle hurts when you get it wrong but not as much as the living pipes with eyes and teeth!
What I hated the most, is inside the boat that has spinnings and moving parts, if not quick enough then you fall down to your death and have load it back up to try again and again..
But eventully I collect the parts like skulls, or hit the fan switches and continue collecting those jiggy pieces and persist through the level in order to pass it.
More notable is the massive living box that splits into 2, then those pieces split into smaller lots of 2 again and again which is cool and a nice little challenge. Lastly is collecting the final Jinjo and jiggies so I can knock this level off and move on to Click Clock Wood, finally! It will likely be a 2 part level due to being 4 seasons and a lot bigger to complete.

This is game #26 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In part 3 of the game Zombies Ate My Neighbours I come up against a mass amount of spiky weeds while not having a lot of weed whacker weapons so I am required to use the monster potion, to kill the alien plants and look for more weed whackers to help through the rest of the level.
Gets a bit crazier on the next level as the aliens attack and they move quickly! So does the UFO hovering above and shooting lightning at me.. but alas, I won't let them takes the cheerleaders and I will save the day!
Chopping mall has the usual suspects of killer dolls, of course they also add the jason vorhees enemies into it, just to make my life interesting. I had to load the level again as I lost multiple survivors and wasn't happy with it, that's for sure.
Another castle level, one with slimes and spike traps in the floor. Luckily this one isn't the Dracula one, not yet anyway.
Monster Island sees the creature from the blue lagoon I believe it is, appear and has some jasons making a return, along with werewolves because damn they wanted to make this level a tougher one.
But luckily enough I am able to adapt and pass through with mostly ease, just to get to a stage that is proving difficult.. giant ants that climb over everything and steal things to be picked up on the ground. Must freeze them all so they can die or leave me alone for a short time!

Starting it off with Banjo Kazooie as a tribute to my father, whom passed away last November 2021 and this game was one of his favourites from back in the day. Roughly 19 or 20 years ago which we all played a lot of and loved.
Moving on to Mad Monster Mansion, it gets spooky up in here with all the creepy skeletons and ghosts, creepy music and more.
Inside the haunted house we find ghosts among the variety of rooms which can be entered through breaking windows and other means.
It isn't haunted if there isn't a maze with ghosts in it, to get you moving quick as you find notes and more inside the maze.. at least I can break another gates padlock and escape, allowing future access!
The cellar holds a jinjo and jiggy, so that's a cool wine cellar to look at and enjoy. This level is one of the better ones I always loved!
A church? Well I cannot access the front door without using the running shoes after slamming the button then rushing to get inside. But you will see things like a ouija board to spell out Banjo Kazooie for the jiggy and oh how I progress slowly and with some trouble in finding a few things like most levels.
The transformation on this level is a pumpkin, a couple of jiggies need it, one being underwater and the other through a drain pipe from the roof of the house.
At least the end includes playing the organ in a massive church, played by Mozthand, that adds some nice flavour to the level.
Now only a few more levels left and then Gruntilda time! Closing it on it and I cannot wait to play Click Clock Wood!

This series will be one without my voice in it.. but the game has a kickass soundtrack in it, badass enemies, death and carnage throughout the levels of this classic great!
Finally the time has come where I get through the last of Doom Original and there is an early doozy of an opening. A secret wall opens up to let out a big group of Imps to test my skills.
Oh how the carnage keeps on coming but I actually found it an easy time for the most part in the first level of the video.
The hardest part was finding out where to go and what I was missing which took me a lot longer than I had hoped.. but when I manage to get the final key, the red skull, I get to the open spot to take out the numerous enemies around the place, die in the process and keep going until I reach the end.
Last level has some strong parts with groups of enemies, careful spots to watch out for, but most importantly, a big robot spider at the end as the final boss. Little disappointing as I had no trouble from the boss, maybe because I had plenty of ammo and just used the BFG on it, either way this has been an amazing game as always, fun to play through it and remember how much I enjoyed this as a kid.

This is game #26 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In part 2 of the game Zombies Ate My Neighbours I start on a castle stage with epic music and werewolves. Always remembered loving this level but not a future one where Dracula appears and would be super tough to beat as a kid.
But I get through this level after exploring to find I need the monster potion in order to break through a lot of doors to get civilians plus items just waiting to be collected.
This next level is a damn good one, the giant baby running rampart and definitely making my life difficult.
So it is up to me to work out how to defeat the giant baby, to be able to get the skull key and the last survivor. I tell you what though, that giant baby makes it hilarious and an awesome level to play even amongst how frustrating it is to defeat.
Now what is hard is the toxic terror stage up next, one where they are such a nuisance.
Toxic slimes roam the level and I am required to keep working my way around while trying my best to avoid those. I get a mystery potion amongst the thorny plant things and after I am happy, it is off I go and move onto...
A plant/mushroom level with a bunch of items sitting amongst the growth. I already got the survivors but that big batch of plant growth sure packs a punch!
Oh no now we got the axe wielding toddler doll things in this factory setting which becomes a race to complete, they are one of the worst enemies to face when they group up and quickly rush you.
I have made some more nice progress, completed more levels, just blitzing through as there is still a lot more levels to complete if I want to finish this amazing game!
Streamlabs OBS used for recording and setting the scene with SNES font, my avatar and the game picture for what I am playing.
Emulator used: RetroArch
ROMS: They are the games
Saving: Using emulator saving between levels or occasionally in tough parts so I don't always die and repeat so then the game can get completed.

Before I get into it, things are looking to be calming down and normal posting of multiple a week, should be resuming next week! I apologise for not being able to get each video out as per normal.
Also now that this is the last part, I will be starting a new series to replace this one by playing Pokemon FireRed BUT! Yes the but here is good, I use the least common choices and find other types to use in the game, so I normally wouldn't play a lot of the Pokemon I choose and this mixes things up and makes it different and exciting to see how well I do as well as the Pokemon choices and what they do and don't do for me.
Onto Destroy All Humans, this shit gets super tough! I am tasked with bringing down the president whom is in a giant fuck you robot which cause me a lot of trouble. Missiles coming at me, hot air balloons that come for you and more.
I manage to die multiple times which is self-explanatory due to the mass damage and such in this fight.
I try my best but it takes some time so I can learn the best way to rush through and own the president.
All that is left is Silhouette, another tough fight but I go and go in order to weaken them down and working towards disintegrating her and bringing it to an end. Two bosses to end on for a mission is crazy, it really brings out some quality gaming and fun!

Back to Clanker's Cavern because I completely missed this one, which should've been done as like the 3rd stage not the 5th or 6th haha!
It's got a high rise starting with things to collect on the pipes above, not something that achievable from the way I attempt right away.. But this first area has a smaller amount of gameplay like collecting a jinjo and the other bits and pieces, then onto the main area where Clanker resides.
Lots of water, pipes down low with notes in one, plus a tunnel system or 2 to to swim through. One leads to killing these radioactive looking crabs in order to get one of the jiggies for the level.
Clanker has to be released and rising from down low, which is done by swimming through the keyhole, using the bubbles from Gloop to get more air to be down there longer.
At least once he is up above the water it allows getting another jiggy and some notes, along with heading up the tail to get you guessed it.. another jiggy!
This stage is slowly getting closer to completion which is great. It has a lot of high up places and low underwater spots, because every level has the variety and challenges based on which level number it is.
Inside Clanker I have to pass through all these hoops in the right order, plus avoid metal spikes and weird tentacle things in order to get some jiggies, notes and things.
On a lighter note, the molehill move for the level is the shield to stop me taking damage and definitely would have come in handy on some of the other levels!
Rest of the level is spent working out just where the other jinjo and jiggies are, finding an empty honeycomb piece to get another health bar and then finding the 100th note before the final jiggy is found and the level is done!

This series will be one without my voice in it.. but the game has a kickass soundtrack in it, badass enemies, death and carnage throughout the levels of this classic great!
Use up the bigger guns! At least some of the ammo since I have it and there are numerous enemies right from the get go in this new level.
Oh my how I get low on health thanks to the lava, oh my how the struggle is real but why wouldn't I want this? I told myself I must complete this epic game to remember what I have been missing all these years that I haven't played Doom classic.
Eventually I find my way to a spot with multiple hidden enemy walls and to the blue key door. I keep looking around as I have found the way to the exit.. not too much more since the action was back further but at least another level is complete hooray!
This level that comes up is pretty straight forward for the most, enemies in different spots and trying to surprise me, challenging parts to work out where to go, but then a more open spot with a different but cool looking area to mix things up.
I am really enjoying this level, the design and challenge and it makes the time taken well worth it.
Crap what am I getting myself into next?!
Look at what comes up with a big open lava spot, with a lift in the middle where each side teleports you to a different part of the level?!
Well then, that escalated quickly.. Surprise tough enemies like the Baron of Hell means it is giving me a run for my money,
But it gets worse when I have to fight that big F OFF demon with the rockets and being an annoying bastard. What a way to end the level and I will have the last levels coming up for you, in the next video!

This is game #26 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In part 1 of the game Zombies Ate My Neighbours I start this solid and amazing game that I remember back as a kid where I would play with my cousin, enjoying the challenge, level design, enemies and weapons used while trying to save as many survivors as possible before they get killed off.
First level is pretty quick and easy, I get the survivors quickly and then worry about all the spare items I can find which is a great tactic for any level, to save as many as posssible.
So after I get through saving and collecting I move onto level 2 which is just as easy but I now get to use the bazooka instead of using keys all the time to get into spots with cupboards or other things like some survivors. You will see me accidentally use a key and this is not the best in a resource management sort of game, where sometimes you have to pick the best weapon or item in a situation and quickly, while keeping some for later when it gets harder.
Level 3 becomes a lot more enjoyable and cool, inside a shopping mall with these killer dolls wielding an axes that are super annoying!
What's worse than killer dolls? Jason Vorhees of course haha. Useful to cut through ways instead of using keys and rockets, of course this almost loses survivors and causes some trouble while trying to complete the level.
Eventually I turn into the beast by using the potion so I could go punching my way through without dying or using other items and I get my final survivors for the level and move on.
Time to whack them weeds and kill the clones.. Yeah this one isn't that back but it adds some new enemies like the weed creating plant and the clones as well. It is getting tougher, more items and weapons are being used now which means there will be so many other harder levels, but luckily many more items and weapons!
Let's end this one on level 6, Pyramid of Fear. Mummies attack and get frozen before being whacked. Making some great progress and while the levels can be quick and short it certainly can be made to challenge your coordination and speed, adding to the thrill of trying to stay alive.

Can't be a senate without the senators! Got to kill them all, destroy human power and government and they cannot do us aliens wrong.
Shit gets serious with agents out for my head, then I am needing to kill other senators heading back to the Capitol which I cannot allow!
There are a lot trying to get back there, rushing to get in but getting completely obliterated like the pests they are..
But they just keep on coming, gosh what's it the senator convention of something!?
Anyways onto the new mission, disabling tesla coil commands consoles in order to bring down defences aimed at stopping me and the others from stopping them, shame they were too slow.
The rest requires me to board the saucer in order to destroy the rest of the tesla coils, frying human machines is a fun walk in the park, even while being shot at.
Only 1 more part left for the game Destroy All Humans. It has been so much fun completing a game I never played in the past but have always wish I could!

Heading into Gobi's Valley to get parched in the desert amongst trying to stay our of the sinking quicksand, I have to find this tree some water in order for it to feel alive and grow tall!
But there is plenty more in this level to keep me occupied, things like helping the snake charmer to get the snake out of the basket which once enough eggs are pooped out into the rotating basket, I an use the snake to get the first jigsaw piece.
Next, I find out a couple of things cannot be completed without having the running shoes and that is the molehill for this level, where ever it is.. So it is onto the puzzle game for matching tile pictures and getting the next jigsaw piece.
Gobi the Camel is found! He is seen in a few parts on this level, with this first giving the jigsaw piece and moving to wait in the next location.
Shoot the eggs into the sphinx mouth to raise the pyramid, that is what I have to do for one puzzle on this level. Three times with each platform getting smaller go figure haha.
But it leads to a cool maze with items in it and the witch switch, while also leading to the jigsaw piece waiting at the end of the maze.
As I make my way outside and complete the rings by flying through I end up with the 5th jigsaw piece before finding the molehill in order to unlock those running shoes and continue working on the second set of jiggies!
First one I complete is grabbing the jiggy from the mummy hand as I now have the speed to do so and proceed to complete the scaling the timed run... well first time I end up falling off and having to start over again.. Well that was silly of me! But I get it done the next time which drains the water into the middle moat around that pyramid location, to allow easily getting things at the bottom of that.
After almost dying I have to quickly get health from the beehive before I go back to the starting location and make Gobi give the treesome water so it can grow high and that is the next higgy hooray, almost there!
Of course Gobi is resting in one final spot, so I get an empty honeycomb piece before getting that jiggy but the end is in sight.
I open the sphinx's door by shooting eggs into the nosee to clear its sickness, what is inside? More sphinx's needing to use magic carpets, to be able to shoot eggs into their mouth and get up to the final jinjo for a jiggy then keep getting higher and get that last jigsaw piece!
And last but not least back in Gruntilda's Lair, is flying to above Freezery Peak and grabbing that jiggy I couldn't get without the running shoes.

This series will be one without my voice in it.. but the game has a kickass soundtrack in it, badass enemies, death and carnage throughout the levels of this classic great!
Ohhhh yeah! Killing the giant robo spider brain has never been harder as it has machinguns going and doing the work on me including killing me off like a true badass would! But of course I have to come back and start messing it up with the BFG, the Big Fucking Gun and show it who the boss is!
What a way to end that chapter and move onto the next which starts off even more hectic compared to each previous chapter, so I am going to be in for a damn bumpy ride on this crazy game haha.
So many imps and other things popping up quickly and teleporting in to other spots nearby and I only have my trusty shotgun and pistol to do the work on them, bring it on!
Manage to get the minigun before killing off the rest of the enemies and moving on to the next level, don't want to use it yet though. So what awaits in this next level?
A tough one needing running at a fast pace to cross gaps, while having enemies around the place including the baron of hell and a requirement to head into the lava to progress..
It sure gets me close to dying but I stick with it and eventually, slowly make my way through and this includes death no doubt, big guns to do the damage are necessary so I don't keep struggling so much.
Oh crap at the end of this level! Damn bloody rocket shooting mother fucker that takes ages to kill with the plasma gun and I have to keep on dodging, eventually getting the kill and leaving this dreaded level.

This is game #25 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In part 8 and the final part of the game Young Merlin I make my way through to the next area of the mine cart tracks to face that annoying blob boss once again which isn't heaps hard still just needs to require using the mirror Merlin along with skill and moving about to dodge and keep distance or you will end up dying that's for sure!
After looking at how to actually beat him this time it turns out, I need the split off so I can freeze then burn the slime parts which is a lot easier and quicker, allowing saving the wizard from the slime!
Now it is onto the final boss time.. This is the guy from earlier that summons the eyeballs which I end up burning them to make him mad, then he turns into some weird demon creature thing summoning bombs that I use the balloon item to defend against before he turns the lights out and starts summoning lightning balls.
Now what is needed is the pendant from the lumberjacks daughter which shoots out lightning! Turns out that it is easy to finish off this boss if you keep making yourself a balloon while the pendant recharges, rinse and repeat and the boss is defeated!
As for the game for the letter Z... This is of course Zombies Ate My Neighbours!
I had this one picked out from the start, it was a must for me to play and oh how I love this game, the challenges including item management, quick gameplay or weapon/item selecting and so much more.
The level and character design is done well, music and sounds are epic and overall a top rated game.

The White House is in reach! But I end up getting detected and having to get back there again so you will see me holobob the scientist in order to reach the restricted area, undetected.
Scientist is needed to reach the octagon and be let in by the guard to get to a vantage point for spying..
Once complete it is a rough time heading back to the saucer with all the things and people wanting to kill me and the great distance to travel.
But it needs a bit of skill and then a big fuck you to the people around the saucer so I could get away from this area!
Next mission, I am required to reach the motorcade and follow it to where it needs to go.. it makes it tough trying to get through it undetected but I manage to do the following while fighting all the agents and such trying to stop me.
Once it gets to its destination I am ambushed by a bunch of humans including a mech to make things interesting and oh is this part fun!
Finally I make my way to the actual press conference with a near death experience, before heading to my saucer which is guarded by a heap of people once more, requiring them to die by my hands and stop them learning more about Crypto's kind.

Freezery Peak is next up on the list of levels I need to complete and it is a doozy of a level due to how long it takes and some of the things I am required to do.
It starts off simple with looking around but making my way up to the top of the giant snowman to hit the flying pad so I am better able to look around for the level's molehill for the beak bomb attack while mid-flight, needed for the next part I am about to do plus other things.
Watch me mess up the beak bomb attack on the snowmen and bounce off of them or hit walls.
Once I get them all taken down, then fly up to the top of the giant snowman again for the puzzle piece, I use the sled on the scarfe ramp to slide down and get myself another jigsaw piece!
A cool little minigame coming up is getting the christmas lights to the tree by taking out the little chomping monsters that are trying to eat all the lights, oh no!
Easy thugh compared to flying through the Christmas star which causes me a lot of trouble due to my own poor skills at this time, taking a lot longer than I hoped..
One jigsaw piece hides in the giant snowman's pipe where I end up falling and loading the game back to not needing to head up there again. Then I complete another easy task for a jigsaw piece, simply beak bomb attack the buttons!
Finally some fun is had after giving the little kids polar bears their presents, I turn into the walrus for the big race that I need to do a second time.. but also to get in the cave of the big walrus!

This series will be one without my voice in it.. but the game has a kickass soundtrack in it, badass enemies, death and carnage throughout the levels of this classic great!
This level I start on has multiple portals and requires figuring out which way I go by choosing the correct portal, obviously need the map since it shows basically which one is the correct one. But I have to mow down some demons and keep trying first, to actually finally work it out haha.
I make it to a room with pillars going down and up, with buttons to activate to get the blue skull key hooray!
This one leads me to a room filled with imps and demons being teleported in and making me bring out the big guns, literally!
Moving on to the next level, an open one with lava and quite a cool design of varying levels to enjoy as one of the top levels I would say.
There are a lot of back and forths and secret opening spots to complete including things like the Cacodemons behind some lowering walls.
But if you loved that stage then the next one is a big step up in terms of design, challenging and variety while including lava of course! Multiple times I need to get through a small maze like part in close spaces and needing a suit on for protection, but it helps me get the skull keys and that keeps allowing progression through to the next and next parts and oh how great and fun was this level to play!

This is game #25 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In part 7 of the game Young Merlin I find my way back out of the caves and get the final flower planted which gives the lightning ability that will be required for the next boss. This next boss is the mighty dragon! Well it's not so mighty when I stop time and it's movements so I can use the lightning from behind numerous times in order to find the next way in progressing forward.
Oh no not another damn mine cart track part again... well I work it out and eventually make my way into the next dungeon which starts with a mirror requiring using my mirror to get me through to the other side and another boss.
Damn another spider boss/spider nests which I know what to do at least, but it's a hassle since I already did it.
After defeating it and saving the lumberjack looking father of the girl, it is back out to take the track to the next location again which has a giant pig throwing an axe thing at me, lots of small pigs causing me a hassle at the same point but not being too difficult luckily.
Took my sweet time to get this one worked out, was not doing it correctly again but I managed to! No more piggy and some nice lunch for me later on once I rescue the others!

BubbleGloop Swamp sees me unlock the wading boots to help get through dangerous swampy waters. This level is filled with a lot of new challenges and fun to be had, like finding all golden crocs to shoot eggs into to feed as one, but many more which will all come throughout the video as I slowly progress and remember how to do everything again.
Break the egg and get the jigsaw piece! Yeah don't mind me as I need scrambled eggs for breakfast.
One tough part I will admit is the tight and skinny ledges that can be dangerous should you move the control stick in the wrong direction like I sometimes do and sometimes I might or might be close to running/walking off the ledge haha!
Some other notable and cool challenges for puzzle pieces come up starting with golden frogs, hit them properly or you will get hit. Another is going higher and higher to smash huts and get to the last one.
What one I really have trouble on as I am not paying proper attention and wasn't quite with it for the final lesson, is the singing turtle choir which requires you to focus on the correct colour order to slam on, it does take a few times since I mess up on the final lesson and die a couple of times but then I finally get it and can continue with the rest of the level hooray!
The best challenge comes up now, facing Mr Viles the bigger croc whom challenges me to an eat off, to eat the most of the red little things for round one, then get the reds while avoiding the yellow ones in round 2 and finally in round 3, make sure you eat the right colour popping up on screen.
I move on outside the level to get to unlocking the next level but realise I have to come back and change into Banjo & Kazooie so I can use the boosts, use the puzzle pieces and unlock Freezery Peak.

This series will be one without my voice in it.. but the game has a kickass soundtrack in it, badass enemies, death and carnage throughout the levels of this classic great!
Welcome to the end of the second to last chapter with a mighty boss fight, with rockets and plasma balls flying about the place, because that's how a boss fight should be done. Luckily I am able to run about and avoid majority of hits and watch the bosses blood pour out as it disintegrates.
New chapter starts off decent with first level having a chunk of imps, short level but and quick to pass. But then it quickly moves on to a harder level, of the demons and flaming skulls all around the place. A Cacodemon though? Yes there is one this early on because we are getting closer to the end of the game and it has to keep being harder and a bigger challenge!
I manage to find the BFG (mind the swearing - big fuckoff gun) and find this level I move onto to be confusing, where the hell am I going?
Watch me complete a level filled with up close and personal encounters with lots of small spaces. Going to be sad when I finish this game and move onto another, of course I will be super happy and accomplished to have finished such a classic. Bring on the rest of this challenging and harder final chapter!

This is game #25 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In part 6 of the game Young Merlin I place the turd looking rock on the conveyor belt to get the purple gem, a definitely needed one which once I get myself all the way back to the stream from the start of the game.. I will get the rainbow gem along with a torch.
After all the people get captured and taken away it is time to take the rainbow gem to the portal and activate it!
Flowers and sunshine in this place except for the cave system of course. This cave has a horrendous fight against these spiders controlled by a big giant one, so after taking a while to work out what to do and still not figuring it out, I make my way out and get some flowers planted to gain much needed items to help with things like the spiders.
This time is for real with this fight. This time I can use the newly obtained weapons to freeze and shoot the spiders nest in order to slowly bring it down and be done with this fight.
Now it was just a matter of going through the rest of the cave, exiting and having a breather after a grueling time against those stupid spiders!

As we are nearing the end of the game with only a handful of missions and bosses to finish after this, it starts to get a little more interesting yet again by starting off with protecting a drone that is required to gather information about the structures of the humans for testing.. which leads to the next part of this mission.
Destroying Santa Modesta town!
This is the fun part and I even manage to get the bonus of destroying military defensive structires, blasting away and watching the buildings collapse with the militaries defences. So they definitely didn't see it coming for them or expect it to go so badly!
After getting captured and locked in an electric field I am needing to escape capture and the hanger, just to retrieve my equipment. I hack my way out, take on a disguise and manipulate people guarding my gun and other equipment so I can retrieve it.
Scanning workers helps me to gain access to the location of where the saucer is being held and after some fighting and killing of more humans, that is just where I end up.
But it isn't a real mission if you aren't having to collect something before boarding the saucer.. like power cells to help power it, so you will find me going around and disposing of more humans in order to reach those power cells, head back to my saucer and destroy some defences before flying off into the distance back into space.

This episode sees me open my first note door which leads to Brentilda, the nicer sister of Gruntilda whom is telling me things about Gruntilda which I know comes in handy later in the game. Then it is onto Treasure Trove Cove!
Danger lurks in the waters in the cover, careful you have to be or the shark will get you. What else can there be? An exploding bomb in the water above the underwater sand castle which I waste plenty of eggs on, of course I never had to since when you empty the water by pooping out eggs into the bucket it will explode the bomb for you anyway.
That is what gets done after learning the spring jump which I use to get a few things including a jigsaw piece no doubt.
So with another one in the bag or should I say, in Kazooies gut after she swallows it whole, I move down to the snd castle to spell out Banjo Kazooie with the letters, gaining yet another jigsaw piece.
Navigating floating crates saw me get chomped on by the shark due to accidentally swimming under the crate due to the game pushing me under, as the drop into the water put me just level to get under it.
Also did it again but this time managed to escape being chomped on.
I make my way to the top after collecting the notes up the ladders, getting to a chomping chest to get some skulls!
A bomb messes me up, I don't kill it quick enough and it hurts. But enough of that thing when we got a miniboss crab thing to be taken out so I could get another jigsaw piece and talk about others games I plan on playing, with the next being Pokemon Stadium 1.
Finally learned to fly, can finally get around and up to higher places. So that leads me to finding more jigsaw pieces and the final Jinjo that will give another jigsaw piece and bring me to 8 out of 10.
The pirate is crying, blubbering on about lost treasure and cannot carry on without it so like the good Banjo I am I am required to find both pieces if I want the 9th jigsaw piece. Now X marks the spot for the final jigsaw piece and that marks the end of this level hooray! Now to get an extra life then head outside the level for that jigsaw piece on top of the boat to add to the collection.

This series will be one without my voice in it.. but the game has a kickass soundtrack in it, badass enemies, death and carnage throughout the levels of this classic great!
This level has a lot of tougher spots like a group of imps down the passageway with a baron of hell behind, or a group of demons in a smaller spot, that I am punching around because I am invulnerable for a short amount of time and decide it would be a fun thing to do.
Hello darkness my old friend.. you're hiding creatures yet again..
Well not really besides like an imp, but you have to be cautious just in case!
It is like a jungle and the creatures keep on coming out which doesn't surprise me of course, but those keys are needed for this level, I need to keep pushing through and searching all around. I need to find just where they are and which direction leads to the first, second and final key.
After a while and much more killing, while also being killed by a cacodemon which I was lucky in that aspect.. all keys are collected and the exit is there, but I have to take a look around just in case.. which mostly wastes my time but who knows with Doom! Off to the exit, another level complete and another step closer to the pain of the last levels.

This is game #25 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In part 5 of the game Young Merlin I complete another puzzle before finding myself against this big green blob sort of monster boss that seems very tough.
I thought I could go without facing it but turns out, just needing to use the mirror version of myself to slowly defeat it, getting me to the key to free the elf and that sorts this place out!
Uh oh, another annoying mine cart part and what feels like a tougher one as you will see with me taking a while to work it out but once I do.. it is back into the dungeon and against some weird boss with eye bats coming for me which have to be killed so I can keep hitting him, but remember he is meant to hit you to half of one heart of your health, allowing you to move forward.

Welcome to Ion Detonator hell! Population, these humans. Yeah that's right, I got armed with an excellent and devastating weapon that is so much fun to destroy my enemies with.
Not only did I get a run around weapon but after destroying more vehicles, I get the Sonic Boom to use in the saucer, it's not the best right now but should be handy later!
So the destruction continues, required to kill agents and destroy assets to weaken them down further.
Next mission sees me following a crackpot while they talk about a bunch of crap, but leading me to the objective requiring entering the military base. I find Bert Wither inside, get him to follow me and kill a lot of soldiers and others in the way of me an the saucer.
But the fun doesn't stop, ever on this game... Want a bit of tower defence? Well you will be defending towers one and two from the army that are trying to stop you from taking control of them, for alien purposes.
I had to do another run of this level after dying, damn this got tough throughout the waves of enemies and provided such a great challenge! Mechs at the end as well, that made things interesting!

Continuing on and now that I have gotten a lot better and used to the game again, my reflexes to hearing enemies behind or right near me have gotten a lot quicker and the aim is better.
I wind up mostly using the shotgun again but with the occasional use of the minigun. It was a mostly easy level along with some parts I was lost on where to go and what to do.
But! Eventually I got through this level and the next one became quite a bit harder with a couple of enemies in it.. Firstly it was minigun to the exploding barrels to help take out the rampaging whatever they are calleds, but then I get to a spot with these demon things with a lot of health and damage.
This one required the rocket launcher so the damn demons end up melting in a shorter time and that was close!
I find out that this was the last level of the first episode, because there is a portal I stop onto which take you to a dark room of your death and then writing appears, which means you move on to episode 2 and it will get harder!
So now that it is getting even more challenging, more stronger enemies are appearing and the levels are overall, getting tougher, I can see myself running into more trouble as I pass the levels in episode 2, 3 and 4 but that is the fun part.

This is game #25 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In part 1 of the game Young Merlin I start my journey by unlocking my first items, which is a star weapon and also a powder, something that freezes enemies in place which is helpful to bypass or kill enemies.
Not long into the game is the first boss.. a giant boar which I keep attacking but it just won't die! Then I freeze it and attack, which ends up being how it is meant to be killed and it wasn't long before I moved on.
The mines are a dark and dangerous place. I attempt them but realise I will need to wait to come back here again.
Once I find where I will need to go and see the little creatures can't be moved with what I have on me, to go rescue the captured fairy, I eventually end up with a lantern which is used in the mines and I can actually see! I can start moving around with more ease!
After I explore quite a bit and find the red gem for the water to give another item, I head back and throw it in to get... a bubble blowing thing to move the creatures out of the way and be able to rescue the fairy whom the other fairy thanks me and shows the way to the next location.

With the introduction of a new and solid weapon, it is time to have some fun! It's probing time!!!
Now we get the anal probe because we need another viable method of gathering intelligence from these puny humans and what better way, than the anal probe to collect brain stems and find out information.
Next it is time to collect brains, my favourite thing to do while on the ground.. this is before heading to collect the overloaded brain stems around the place which was the last thing before the mission was completed.
Moving into the next level sees scanning scientists as an easy objective, but then after doing so and boarding the saucer, it was death to all and the buildings time! Of course I was getting shot at with missiles and got to use the shield while destroying army assets which is always fun.
After finding the agent on the ground and deciding it was time to kick back a bit.. Crypto wanted to enjoy a movie at the drive-in but was rudely interrupted by the cops and agents coming to try capture a living alien!
So in true Crypto style he has to go and destroy those interrupting if he wants to keep enjoying the movie and that is just what I ended up doing, giving him a chance to enjoy what seemed like an interesting movie!

Do you want to see more DOOM Original? Because you sure as hell will be getting more as there are a lot of levels, death and hecticness to come now we are starting to get into it more and getting more weapons, ready for tougher enemies and levels.
This first level isn't too bad, acid hurts and I end up having to look around a lot to ensure I can complete the level and not miss too much.. but we also manage to find another rocket launcher which will be saved for when needed as the trusty shotgun or minigun doesn't go wrong for these enemies showing up.
Moving on there will be quite a few additional enemies in this next level including secret drop down walls like traditional DOOM style, bringing out more enemies for me to get them shots onto and slaughter!
I am eager to get through this first episodes levels, because I know every new episode you will see jump in difficulty while keeping it the same difficulty, so that is going to get even more enjoyable and hectic which is what you want from DOOM. People that know what the classic games are like know that it is meantto be crazy but are solid games to play numerous times and still provides a great challenge, especially moving up difficulties.

This is game #24 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In part 4 of the game X-men Mutant Apocalypse I am trying this final stage as Psylocke but require changing to Gambit... which helps me eventually reach Magneto and get in some good experience on the fight. But then it just keeps being hard to defeat him so I change again...
To Wolverine of course! Because I want the best character in the game and I don't regret it, once I get my mojo in the fight and keep working his health down while saving and loading when needed in order to get through this very challenging and epic boss fight at the end of the game.
It takes me a while and I still have a lot of trouble which you will see, along with some skill until finally.. I manage to defeat Magneto and I am so happy to have gotten through and enjoyed playing a solid game that is well worth playing.
The game I have chosen for the letter Y is... Young Merlin!
This is the only real game I have, it looks decent and we will see how the game plays and whether or not I will enjoy it. Either way I will finish it.

In this episode of Destroy All Humans I have to scan a bunch of party goers and use the holobob to move about the humans easily. This eventually leads to the Disintegrator Ray being unlocked which helps with finishing this mission and level, with destroying cops and vehicles.
After crashing the party and moving into the next area, I take out a vehicle which leads to taking out an agent for one of the new objectives and I ensure I melt them down for that awesome effect when melted!
This game just keeps getting more satisfying with more unlocks and death to the humans!
In the 3rd mission I pop out lots of brains, juicy brains for my lunch and to replenish my power and health... But the rest of the mission is pretty straight forward, just bend the antennas and keep flying about the roofs of houses to get between each, avoiding fights as it is not necessary all the time.

This series will be one without my voice in it.. but the game has a kickass soundtrack in it, badass enemies, death and carnage throughout the levels of this classic great!
It has been a very long time since I played an old school Doom game which was Doom 64 (but I knew of how good the first 2 were) and I was in love with that and the Super Nintendo version of Doom.
This game will at times require you to manage your weapons and ammo as you se the different weapon types for different enemies, working out how the enemies come at you and overall just have fun on a game that will keep getting more difficult, the later you get in each of the 4 episodes/chapters.
Doesn't take me long to start getting used to the game, just shotgunning enemies and working through the earlier couple of stages which are the easy ones... Oh I know they will be getting full on later, but soon enough the levels will be providing a nice challenge which will include loking for secret areas in some levels.
Enjoy watching this throwback game to the earlier 90's, the nostalgia, the excellence brought out in the game while that epic soundtrack plays for you to blast away the enemies to.
Also know you can get it on the Xbox gamepass for PC should you wish to smash this bad boy out!
The gamepass monthly subscription is worth it just for Doom, let alone the other games you can play.

This is game #24 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In part 3 of the game X-men Mutant Apocalypse I do another lot of mission and start off on Beast mode, I have to come up against aliens which makes me feel like I am playing Starcraft with someone doing a classic Zerg rush.
But I have a fun time, then an easy time as Gambit with a quicker mission and super easy boss fight thanks to those magic cards!
Wolverine has some trouble rushing about and grabbing hold onto things as he manuevers about the level he is played on. This turns into a tough fight against Apocalypse but second times a charm and it's a definite win.
Gambit again?! Why not, take out more enemies and bosses with my childhood favourite X-men.
We finally get to see another main villain while playing as Psylocke, oh it's the might Juggernaut of course, but numerous times trying for the victory sees eventual use of Wolverine, which still takes time but slowly I manage to beat the big guy and end on a good note before whatever comes next...

My army gets prepared, getting ready to march on the enemies... They set out at first with only one healer so they had to be brought back to defend while more healers are brought in to the army.
This is followed by repelling yellow's attack as usual and they sure did run!
Another attempt was made at going for yellow's base... but then I had to quickly return my units to base for another attack to be repelled, then I returned to yellow's base and the fun begins!
I setup the trebuchet group to attack the castle from far while I protect them with the rest of the units, quick and easy and needed so then I could advance up the hill. After destroying the castle and quickly ensuring units back at base were doing their job with protecting it from other attacks, I moved the trebuchets up in position on the high ground in a protected spot with the other units taking out enemy advances to my position.
Back at base the attack on me took out one of my castle's, a devastating blow but acceptable frontline loss. Meanwhile yellow just gets obliterated, slowly, ensuring they get finished off as I am building up additional forces to finish off green and move on to red!
My army becomes massive with a lot of units ranging from infantry, to knights and healers, to the massive trebuchet destruction that is coming the way of the enemy.
Green does their best to try and defend against my attacks but it was a losing battle from the moment I moved on in... My forces just overwhelmed the enemy and the fun continues on as I get to red's base.
Strategy stayed the same as I setup my trebuchet group to take out the buildings with ease, letting the enemy units come to my army and watch my units just slaughter everyone.
After my trebuchets start hitting the castle I see a decent sort of force heading my way, the castle goes down and so does the army. Then not to long after you will see red get finished off and the victory goes to thegoliath for his awesome work and destruction!
Age of Empires 4 is a well worth game to play and enjoy, being a sort of remastered looking version of AoE2, but being a new game and the AI got fixed to be smarter and do a lot more including proper retreating and attacking, game is so much fun and I am glad I got to enjoy it.

This is game #24 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In part 2 of the game X-men Mutant Apocalypse I get to have a lot of fun as Beast which comes with some cool, tough boss fights that I thought were done well.
Beast is probably one of the harder X-men to use for fighting and getting the enemies... I mean Wolverine and the others just seem so much easier and better.
Either way you still got moves and hanging upside down! Then second last for the first lot of stages is Psylocke, she has some cool moves including bouncing back into the air, after hitting down onto an enemy, allowing you to combo and manouver around in the air instead of just on the ground.
One of the bosses is a robot which isn't too bad of a fight. The Sentinel is the better fight and it manages to just kill me before I take the last bit of it's health, damn that Sentinel!
Finally onto Wolverine, you will just see how cool and fun he is to use, though most X-men do have some similar moves in some way, the feel is different for some and this includes Wolverine.
Bosses include a robot and Sentinel again, both easy enough to defeat. Maybe I just got better quickly but I suspect the end will be a lot different!

Here is where the fun begins on an epic and remastered version of the game Destroy All Humans, a game I only got to play a smaller amount of back in the day but I now get to really enjoy it!
This first level is more of a tutorial, getting me used to abilities of Krypto and eventually the flying saucer, but it is still made to be so much fun, allowing you to do a variety of objectives along the way.
After completing that level, upgrading an ability and then applying the Krampus skin since I had a bunch of skins, it was onto the second level.
This requires me to take the dumbest person in the fair, the beauty pageant winner so she can be abducted in the ship and probed to get more information on these puny earthlings!
But the fun begins shortly after as the cops come and I get to hop back into the flying saucer, to cause death and destruction to the fair and throw vehicles at buildings which is just, so damn satisfying...
Third level gets a little more interesting, as I am in a town that has radioactive cow, scientists needing to be killed, I give them some KFC for lunch and overall, there is a lot to be done and a harder time is had while I complete the objectives.
More challenging makes it mean you need more skill and focus to pass the level. You will see me fail by holobob'ing the wrong type of person to gain access to the restricted area and have to go through that part again, from the checkpoint.

This is game #24 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In part 1 of the game X-men Mutant Apocalypse I play one of my all time favourite characters in the show, Gambit with his staff and magic cards. It is quick and easy to get used to the controls and game which brings on more fun sooner.
After taking some time on a platform conveyor belt thing and finally getting this powerup or whatever thing I get, it soon becomes a fight on an elevator with a bunch of enemies, reminds me of turtles in Time.
Anyways the boss is straight forward with only a need to destroy the weapons that barely fire and make it such an easy first boss fight with the hopes of others being much harder, which I reckon they will be.
Who is next for my character choice? None other than one of the main characters, the awesome beam firing Cyclops.
This boss fight is definitely a harder one due to needing timing on the hits and beam shots so I could defeat them and I realise this is only the mini boss fight... The real boss fight is on a train with these mines being shot out and going for me, while another guy on the bike is shooting and making this fight very difficult!
So it took me a few more goes than you will see, just to allow me to work out the best way to approach this fight and beat it.
The game is so much fun and I don't regret choosing it, oh it has the challenge alongside the fun aspect and the cool X-men factor of playing the characters.

This is game #23 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In part 6 of the game Warlock I am now outside around some dangerous spots involving ledges and bridges, more chances of dying here that's for sure. A lot of these bandit guys in this area throwing knives but luckily easy to defeat.
Brains are floating about, nothing special about them and easy to dodge or avoid and then some bridges have a barrier thing blocking the way until you shoot it for the right sequence.
Next up we see an annoying and dangerous eyeball shooting out lightning that cannot be killed off, requiring you to just run passed it once the lightning ends and before the reset of its cycle... many of these bloody things are on this level!
But I quite like how they did this level, they give you a great challenge and keep you guessing on what is coming up and how to defeat things.
Continuing the quest for the final stone brings me into an alien sort of designed level filled with bats and bandits... Annoying aren't they!? Another eye lightning thing but this one looks like it's stoned which is pretty funny to see.
Eventually I make it to the end which leads me back to the outside once more, with heaps of stairs going up and down and the same things as before, so I had some idea of what I was expecting but wasn't sure if there would be any surprises or other challenges.
Oh look, another cool alien sort of level with the big green skeleton creature and slime dripping from the ceiling monsters. We can't forget the stoner either!
FINALLY after getting back outside and reaching the end of that part, we get to face the Warlock in his first and human form, pretty fun and great battle to take a part in, but the cool one follows where you face him in the final form as a big demon breathing fire. I constantly kept using my stockpile though, all that stockpile of saved items to make my life easier and I still ended up getting hit quite a bit, but then I had a bunch of the item giving full life, so I was set for this fight without really knowing how well I would do!
The game I have chosen for the letter X is... X-men - Mutant Apocalypse!
I loved playing X-men games as a kid but never played the SNES ones, also loved watching the cartoon!
So I wanted to give this one a go and I know just how much fun it will be from the screenshots and it being X-men!

This is starting to become a lot more fun both for the defending and the attacking, for I now have gotten more of an army massed which means the attack by yellow on me, gets pushed back and was a tough time taking out units due to them being war elephants and battering rams.
But just as I push back a couple of small attacks comes a bigger fight and requires more units to be built, after losing some and especially my healers...
Then I get my forces ready for another attack on Green and include the trusty trebuchets for the long range building attacks and mass damage. It becomes a tough time playing, because I still get attacked while having a lot of my units out for the attack on green, all a lot of fun though, this is what it's all about and where it changes.
Progressing through the video has a bunch of back and forth. Green sends some units to attack me along with the constant yellow attacks with war elephants and battering rams because they are a well worthy enemy!
Green doesn't get wiped out in this video just hurt a lot so I can work at the victory that will come soon enough and I shall amass even more of an army, TO DESTROY THEM ALL!!!

This is game #23 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In part 5 of the game Warlock I am able to stack up a spell gained because it keeps coming back for collection, handy for later when I will need it.
As I continue and have the acid water rise and bring the platform to the right level for me to move on, stopping to defeat a skeleton rising from the water, a big ass bloody skeleton that is, that is what I need to defeat to carry on my merry way!
Next part is the usual outside enemies and gameplay... but it happens to have a boss skeleton riding a damn skeleton horse, how cool is that?
After that pretty straight forward fight, the next area inside has a section with statues that breath out fire and in a pattern to allow you to work out how to safely navigate them...
Annoyance comes with the rising acid water until I work out how to get up to the next ledge, but on a lighter note is the fifth stone being right here above me and the progress keeps me etching closer to the game's end and the final boss!

This is game #23 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In part 4 of the game Warlock I am confronted by those shielded skeletons and vines, just to be annoying while being outside once again.
Inside when arriving to the next area the slime creatures make another appearance which are luckily, easily killed and dodge, providing you stay back a little so you are out of range. Then a heap of skeletons with shields and swords once more plus some traps, then we move on to the outside and continue the journey.
Zombies, birds, hands coming out of the ground. These are some of what you expect up next, along with the fun this part brings, surprisingly since I hate the outside areas most of the time.
After diverting to the left to find some goodies, I find a weird device that teleports me but I am not sure exactly the difference... Either way, I am now in the last parts of this section and after pushing through, I get to the end point without the 5th stone.

I chose the Russians for my team due to it having knights which I wanted.
This all starts like any normal game, getting a bunch of villagers to collect the various resources and building houses to get more population cap to recruit more people.
Not too far in starts to get a little better as I get the barracks built to start working on some defence, while I work on a wall and gate to block off a big portion into my base, for any early attacks on me since there are 3 enemies.
Advancing to the Feudal Age (Age 2) sees me building a Kremlin to block off a choke point between high grounds with it being a defensive structure that can attack enemies and stop advances.
Further into this match will see me building a tower and chucking some infantry inside to get some defence in another spot with a choke point while I get attacked from multiple locations, causing me to start acting quicker to better stop the attacks and see this match picking up.
It keeps getting hectic as I keep building up my walls and towers to block off the access points and slow down more attacks, but I am also advancing to the Castle Age (3rd age) plus I recruit horse archers and some healing monks on horses in order to build a bigger force to defend with and slowly work towards getting an attack force ready!
Then something happens... yellow brings in war elephants which are a strong marching force to come slam on the walls of my beautiful city, so I build more defence and a castle along with additional troops, or how glorious this game is and my growing strength to get ready to attack provided I can catch a break and keep up the unit production.
Just off how much I have been playing, this game is amazing and well worth getting. They bring out the feel of Age of Empires 2 with newer graphics and solid gameplay, also the AI is solid now and they show it with the attacks and smart moving to retreat and advance and more.

This is game #23 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In part 3 of the game Warlock I am attacked by some floating orbs that move about, some shooting lightning and overall being a pain in my ass.
Now what's more annoying is the stage with the rising fire that requires me to scale up to the top of the stairs while killing some slimes and collecting some extra goodies, while avoiding traps and pitfalls at the top. You will see me die numerous times in different spots before finally getting through that level.
Epic comes up with a battle watched between warlocks transformed, then I get turned into a beast that will ensure he slays the other beast so I can get that 4th stone right in front of me!

You may have noticed a lot less posting, I am starting to almost be ready to post a couple of videos a week again but have been so flat out, but it's easing a bit so stay tuned as I got multiple games I have been playing ready to share with you all including a real classic game which is packed with action and I will have no voice during just gameplay and awesomeness!
This is game #23 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In part 2 of the game Warlock I continue looking for the stones I need starting in a sort of castle looking place for the next level which is filled with flying weapons. Not only that but you will see these ogre/gargoyle sort of thing that shoots out a magic blast like ours and the other warlock, making for an interesting and cool fight.
After finding a secret with multiple health potions and continuing forward it was time to work out hitting a switch behind a magical barrier with our blast shots which is possible but takes some time. It is then just a matter of passing some sword floor traps and up another platform lift and continue looking for the 3rd stone.
Next level has multiple more platforms, more traps and more ghost armour trying to kill me. But after trying different ways and dying multiple times I eventually progress through without many issues and reach the boss of this area, another beast which shoots out multiple fire bolts and turns out it is old mate warlock that we are defeating... not the green one though, that's just another normal warlock beast to try stop me moving forward and getting the 3rd stone which... well there is still another area because this stone just takes forever to get!
So now it is inside a lab with slime monsters causing me some mischeavous, a wide variety of enemies appear here and it takes time to progress through it with the challenges presented but after a while, I make it WITHOUT the 3rd stone, damn this one is taking so damn long!

This is game #23 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In the game Warlock I start off getting used to how to attack and what to do including using the orb that surrounds me... which is based on the direction you hold on the d-pad/movement keys and moves differently.
These quests are for all the stones needed to reach the final boss which you will see throughout, the warlock trying to stop me from progressing. It continues in a library sort of building with a variety of AI people turning into zombies, there are werewolves and at the end guarding the first stone is the warlock for the first fight with him.
He uses the same ability buy also levitates above and teleports to get around in a fight that ends up quick to learn and easy enough to win.
Outside in the level next up, thorns rise from the ground and bugs and other enemies are around, turns out I am not the biggest fan of the outside but it proves a worthy challenge!
Watch me get to a levitation crystal part and take some time to work out which spot I am meant to be in, which ends up being back in the level inside a cave.
This cave is filled with slime creatures, some form of dragon in the ceiling at multiple parts and a wide variety of enemies to keep up with the quality design and fun this games bring.
Eventually I reach the second stone I need and struggle against a heap of spiders which are troublesome to get pass, but I keep going and get to the end of the level and the progress is slowly getting there, slowly getting closer to the end with a heap more stones and levels to still pass if I want to finish this great game!

This is game #22 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In the game Virtual Bart I spin the wheel of stages and end up just getting the one taking your lives, so I reload and not long after end up on a level where Bart is a pig inthe virtual world.
It has some fun parts in the level with a funny and cool sounding bit of music that goes with it, along with a cool design. But I end up dying a couple of times and the cookie Bart pig ends up being eten by Homer.
Next level is a prehistoric sort of virtual world, seeing a bunch of the Simpsons characters as enemies you need to defeat and a lot of dinosaurs and other obstacles.
This is a tough one and the game overall is really tough and I start getting fed up with the game and don't really enjoy it, making me try one more level after the prehistoric level in order to check out extra while I am at this game.
Final level is on a water slide with a lot of people getting in the way, including Homer being stuck down some of the ways to go which bounces you back.
Overall the music is a cool surfing sort of one to fit with the whole water slide theme which is fun and true sort of retro style of design and gameplay, the whole side to side to avoid the things in the way as you progress towards the end.
The game I have chosen for the letter W is... Warlock!
This game is based on the movie which I know of but not yet seen. It looks like such a cool, fun game to play, reminding me of Stargate with how the game plays in the look and movement of the levels.
So I wanted to give this a go as I knew I would enjoy it!

This is game #21 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
This is a big one around 35 minutes long and a lot of gameplay to include the boss fight at the end with K.Rool!
Been a little less uploading due to being really busy and I might drop off the Friday video for now. But mid next week onward for a couple of weeks I should have a bit of extra time for the third video again.
In part 6, the final part of the game Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest I reach K. Rool's Keep to start with a chill level filled with ice and the mighty swordfish to stab at all the blowfish and starfish and everything in the stage until the very end!
Big change from the ice to the windy well filled with gusts of wind, needing to be ridden to the top with help of hooks and platforms. You will be familiar with this stage as the design is like others in some other worlds.
But this does not take away from the challenge of the level and it has parts like using the wind that briefly stops so you are dropped enough to get under the bees with the next gust of wind and many challenges, so it is rather fun and tough as well which is always good.
After taking multiple dives to death it is onto a more unique level, castle crush and this is one of those annoying levels with something rising and making you think and act quickly, to avoid in death which in this case, is being crushed to death.
Not only will you be avoiding the crushing but enemies like the little snapping croc that you cannot spin into, especially after spin killing a porcupine, better be quick on that jump if you don't want to be eaten!
Next level isn't too hard, you have to use the seel to freeze the water so you won't be chomped on by the tough lockjaw that follows you about, like how the lava water had to be cooled on a previous level but now it's also an ice level. Of course it gets passed reasonably hassle free to move onto this next one...
Similar design to castle crush but now with added chainlinks to be used and bees to avoid in a quick jumping from chainlink to chainlink, also one where you quickly drop down between them to avoid bees.
A hated stage comes up with toxic water rising and requiring you to use the animals in order to proceed higher and higher... If you are not quick then you will definitely be getting caught out and lose a kong life or your life overall and have to attempt it again.
The toughest part is using Rattly the rattlesnake and being quick because the Squawks the parrot and Squitter the spider are pretty easy to use and move quickly. So I really hate this stage for the most part, but embrace the challenge leading into the final stage before facing K.Rool on the Flying Krock.
Screech's Sprint is the final level and will be part familiar, at least with the vines except it is in a different colour and has changed it up. You end up needing to race Screech which is another bird but it isn't easy. There are bees and such to avoid and kill, vines to dodge and be careful around and it makes the race a lot harder and you will still have to rush through a lot of it by going fast and slow when needed.
Finally we come to the end of the game hooray!... You just have to defeat King K. Rool who will shoot cannonballs out at you, spiked cannonballs, ghost balls and also charge at you with the only way to defeat him, is through throwing a cannonball when he tries to suck the kongs into the gun and hit you.
The difficulty rises as the fight progresses, continuously getting harder to try defeat you each time, with a couple of points where it makes you think you have won but it keeps going!
With King K. Rool defeated and Donkey Kong saved, the game was over with and like everytime I play it, I am very satisfied and have really enjoyed the game.
The game I have chosen for the letter V is... back to normal and Virtual Bart, but this will be a short one I think just the 1 video. I was not a fan of the game and ended up trying for a bit but ultimately moving on from it and had no other games I wanted to/could play.

This is game #21 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In part 5 of the game Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest I am now getting into levels with things like the ghost ropes and the spooky sounding music, adding a chilling feeling as you try to get through them, but it isn't all spooky...
Second level is a new roller coaster level! Except you are being chased by spooky skeleton pirate looking ghost things that you need to escape through the next door in time, collecting the barrels that add extra time so you can make it!
I move on to another level looking and feeling a lot like Gloomy Gulch except... The winds are a pain to deal with at first as they could put you down to death or be used as intended, to continue through the level. A bunch of enemies and obstacles around but overall just as fun as the other levels.
Flightless bird in the beehive by slowly gliding down and not being able to do anything else. Watch out for all the bees though as you will need to just avoid some in order to make it passed others or die numerous times like I did with some of the mistakes I made.
I end the world levels before the boss, on another spooky level like the others, with the spider as what my kongs turn into, needing the webs to get me across big gaps as the level progresses. Overall it is pretty easy if you stay calm and ensure you use the second web ability that makes one into a platform for crossing the gaps.
Boss for world 5 is the old pirate bird from world 1, back from the afterlife as a ghost bird to try get revenge on the kongs for the defeat and death of it, which is manages to succeed in getting some nice kills on me until I get the right run without mistakes and I can proceed onto the next world!

This is game #21 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In part 4 of the game Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest the best world is what I have reached, Krazy Kremland with it's awesome levels starting with Hornet Hole. A stage designed like the inside of a beehive meaning you will find a whole heap of bees waiting for you but also sticky honey which can become troublesome if your kongs get stuck and then hit by something.
Moving on from one great level to another is Target Terror, a roller coaster level which requires you to smash the barrels with a tick on them to open up the way or you will regret it! Don't forget to avoid the ones with a cross or you will see what happens if you get it, in the video.
Ah Bramble Blast with the melodic and relaxing music as you move about the vines while trying to not touch them and lose one of your kongs... but embrace the challenge and enjoy using Squawk the parrot to flap about the level.
Then you get the Rickety Race level which is another roller coaster one. You will be zooming about a lot faster and your eyes will need mass focus as you concentrate on jumping the gaps and taking out the Klanks so you can hopefully win and get a DK coin! It is such a well done level and one of my favourites just with the challenge, skill required and how different it is to normal levels in the game.
Mudhole Marsh takes me back to the swamp for one time here and it is filled with some spinning creature that you sometimes need to use to throw you up in the air to get items. Overall it is a fun level and keeps with the challenge rising throughout the game.
Finally before the boss is the second beehive level Rambi Rumble, nothing like enjoying another one of these and just listen to that new music go, pumping you up! Don't let King Zing Sting give your Rambi a sting in the ass like it does to me for my mistake, well... it was the head but you are meant to be running from it in this level.
Time for the boss King Zing Sting which I happen to die on a couple of times. Now I was stupid to make those mistakes but I accept I got bested when Zing went to the top and I should have realised it would. But after some tries and keeping going with those Squawks hits to the stinger numerous times along with killing off the bees, it was over with, world 4 was complete and world 5 was waiting as we are nearing the end of the game with only 2 worlds left before facing King K. Rool!

This is game #21 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In part 3 of the game Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest it is now onto Krem Quay and the swamp levels, well at least a part of this world has them like the barrels and cape enemies being key parts into this level.
Avoiding falling into the swamp is great due to how high of a risk it is with the open swamp and all the enemies making it a tougher challenge to complete and one slightly off jump is all it takes to be sucked into the swamp!
It can't be any worse than Glimmer Cavern with all the flickering lights as you move from left do right and get annoyed at how much it affects your eyes, most likely one of the worst stages to play on!
But the stages do have their enjoyment and you get the thrill at times like in the next level where you use swamp reeds sticking out and more crocs to get yourself speeding along the level, avoiding bees and leading you to completion as you move to a level filled with being the snake instead for the gameplay, so instead of losing it is hit, you lose one of the kongs or your life for a challenging yet well done level.
Ah slimb climb the annoying water rising level with a lockjaw that can't be killed that is like a homing missile, bound to hit you if you're in the water for a short time and the most annoying part of this level.
I make multiple mistakes and die a few times, but I persist through and reach the top and a bonus coin, while then getting invulnerable to reach the DK coin safely!
Finally it is onto the bonus level in Klubba's Kiosk, black ice caves and this one as you will see, has a lot of enemies and difficulties but is one of the more enjoyable bonus levels. Only major concern is sliding on the ice which can push you into an enemy if you are not careful...
Last level before Kudgel's Kontest is to go through Bramble Blast where you have a lot of barrels to get you to where you need to go... or push you back like a confusing maze, but it is on the vine level which looks and sounds so nice when playing, just like when I was a kid.
Lastly we have to face the world boss, Kudgel. This one involves just moving out of the way and jumping before he lands, to not be stunned and after a few times a TNT barrel will spawn to be thrown at him. Then he gets quicker and moves to just jumping in sight where you have to run under and jump and keep repeating until victory!

This is game #21 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In part 2 of the game Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest the fun really starts to begin and this time on a world filled with super awesome stages and filled with lava.
So the first level has a lot of the crocs you jump on or will launch you up, I get our good friend the spider which will help us with bonus levels and easily getting to them as well.
One of the non lava levels is up next with a reach the top sort of level including bees, vultures, barrels... But it's a good level compared to the annoying lava water stage we reach, it's not that bad but you will have to jump on the seals to get clear water for some time so you can rush through while avoiding stingrays and lockjaw pirahnas just to make swimming even more annoying!
Now one of my favourites in this world is also a tough one if you aren't careful because you will be going along the hot air balloons over steam pockets in the lava to keep you afloat until you reach the next bits of lands. The bees are around the place though and that just adds to the challenge of crossing the bit lava pools without any land nearby.
Once I get through another make it to the top level with Squawk as a usuable character, it is time to defeat Kleever the world 2 boss which involves you dodging the fireballs and then throwing a cannonball numerous times with each hit resulting in you crossing to the other side by using the hooks that appear, then you repeat each time. Always a fun boss to face and world 3 will completely change the design and setting I will have to play in for levels!
