Welcome to 2023!!! A Blessed New Year to us all. God is truly amazing.
This week's episode is a solo episode, where I have shared with us some nuggets to take into account as we live through this new year.. I pray a blessing over each and everyone of you and your families. I declare that 2023 shall be your blessed year yet and I encourage us with a verse from the book of Philippians 1:6. Please be encouraged as you listen to this episode. I love you all.

We are at the end of our first year, can you believe it? OMG.
This is the final episode for 2022. In this episode we are joined by another special guest. Mrs. Mikiela Gonzales Campbell. She is an entrepreneur, researcher,
philanthropist, a budding Educational thought leader and
most importantly a Christian who has been called to
transform Math Education in the Caribbean. She has
completed her Bachelors of Science in Actuarial Science and
also holds a Masters of Science (MSc) in Economics with
distinction. Mikiela continues to dedicate her efforts towards
establishing key relationships between Economics and issues
within the Jamaican education system. One of her primary
areas of interest is exploring issues and solutions that relate
to Equal Access to Quality Education.
She is currently the owner of a Tutoring company called
Mathwiz Academy. The mission of the business goes far
beyond teaching Math through also helping students to
overcome their fear of Math. Mikiela is also a Mental Health
advocate and so uses her business to address Math Anxiety.
In the past two years the Academy has helped over 300
Secondary school students from across 7 Caribbean islands.
Mikiela ultimately wishes to use her leadership skills,
commitment to community service and wisdom from God to
work with the Jamaican Government to ensure quality
education and increased access to that education is a priority
for her nation and the region at large. She hopes to pursue a
PhD in Educational Leadership in the near future along with
the creation of various Mathematical tools and resoures to
help students improve whether practicing on their own or
with her personally.
She has also co-founded a Christian based brand on
Instagram and Youtube called Rep Your Faith with her
husband. The aim of this ministry is to help young people
navigate their faith in God by talking about the issues they
face in a transparent yet compelling manner that invokes true
transformation in Christ. Mikiela believes she is all the
above accolades second and a child of God first.

Ronamae Bradford is a dedicated Christian who is actively involved in Ministry and Leadership at her church. She has been saved since 2014 and is very passionate about the Lord.
She also believes in helping the less fortunate and so co-founded the Blessed to Bless Outreach Ministries. This Ministry provides care packages to homeless persons in the Corporate area, as well as provides assistance to institutions which caters to the needs of these individuals.
Her passion for helping persons does not stop there. She is also a writer that shares uplifting and encouraging quotes, devotionals and divinely inspired articles on her social media pages and her recently launched website, ronamaebradford.com.
Outside of her ministry activities, she is a mother, a Technical consultant and an entrepreneur with her online ecommerce store Yaad Box.
Her life has been far from smooth but she is an overcomer through Christ Jesus. Her life’s mission is to use her written and spoken words to educate, encourage, motivate, and inspire others to realize their God-given abilities and manifest their true potential.
Kimberley Ennis born in Trelawny, grew up in St. , is a wife, mom, and a child of God. Ever since she was in high school, she knew she wanted to do two things - help people and talk.
She's been doing both, and her Bachelor's degree in Media and Communication from Northern Caribbean University has helped to develop her confidence and presentation abilities.
She has worked in various capacities, from Administration to Customer support, payroll, eCommerce, and now remote sales. Versatility knows no bounds for her.
She credits all her ideas, and work to God who continues to plant the ideas in her head and gives her the strength and energy to get up and get things done daily!

Devani McCarthy is a teacher, trainer, designer, speaker, business owner and founder of the V.I.P ,(Vision Identity Purpose) instuitute where he coaches. Born in the beautiful Hills of Clarendon Jamaica, He a child of God consumed with the purpose of inspiring change through self discovery. His passion is to help those whom have lost or yet to find their bearing in life, take hold of their God given destiny.

Every person has Faith. We have Faith in various things and people. We have Faith in our parents, our peers, the pilot flying the plane, the captain sailing the boat, the driver behind the steering wheel etc. However, in order to connect with God and the spiritual world we must possess supernatural faith. Faith makes the spiritual world make sense to us. As you listen to this episode I pray that you will experience a shift in your Faith. That your eyes will be opened to the spiritual realm. May this act as a reminder of the power you possess through your words. As you continue on this journey of life through faith I pray you will speak new seasons into existence, dead things to life and barren things to fruitfulness.

As we pursue purpose, we will encounter fear. How we respond when fear arise determines whether or not we fulfill purpose. Fear is the urge to take flight (to run away from). God encourages us over and over not be overcome by fear. To walk in purpose we must be able to stare fear in the face and still step out in faith. In this episode I have shared my own experience of being crippled by fear and how I was able to conquer fear as I continued on my pursuit of purpose. The first step is not to deny the feeling but to acknowledge and deal with it. Fear will continue to have control over you if you keep sweeping it under the carpet or hiding it. As Joyce Myers said "Do it Afraid". May you be blessed as you listen and as you believe and apply these principles may you receive a testimony of victory in Jesus name.

As a young girl growing up I questioned why my father had to leave, why didn't he want me? what was it about me? why couldn't my parents be married and live together like all the people I desired to be friends with. As I grew older I begun accepting the way things were I told myself that I was fine, that his absence didn't matter. But the way I related to others especially men proved to me that this was not so. I was eventually categorized as a runner, I would leave friendships and relationships first because I did not want to be left and experience that abandonment and rejection I received at such a tender age from my Father. My relationship with my biological Father begun just a few days before my 16th birthday. coming to know my father at that age I did not know how to relate to him but I had questions I wanted answers to, and I also needed to forgive him for leaving me on my mom alone. The relationship with my father is still not where I would want it to be but I have chosen to forgive him and God has been working it out. I pray that as you listen to this episode you will be inspired and that whatever pain you have been carrying in your heart, will be handed over to God, the one who has the authority and the ability to heal every broken heart.

Everyone has a unique story. As a young girl growing up I would often compare myself to others and drown in my insecurities. I found it challenging to embrace my uniqueness. I thought I needed to be like everyone else, I struggled hard to fit in. But Psalms 139:14 tells us; "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made". Your uniqueness is your super power, it's your magic. There is no one that can do you better than you. You cannot blend in when you were created to stand out, just be yourself the right people will find your uniqueness attractive. The most valuable asset that God has given us is TIME. You have been given just the perfect amount of time to complete your earthly assignment. You are responsible for your destiny. Take charge today!
