Punita Mangat is a certified Holistic Health + Wellness Coach accredited by NASM and Yoga Alliance. She is the founder of ThriveHigherDaily LLC- a company that provides holistic health, leadership, wellness and mentoring services in private 1:1 and group settings, corporate, businesses and school settings. In addition she is an active wellness coach and a personal trainer at F45arlington and a regular contributor for Brown Girl Magazine. Punita’s mission is to change mental and fitness standards and bring more inclusivity in these industries especially by empowering South Asian women. As a passionate mental health and women’s rights advocate, Punita has worked with NGOs like Sayfty, Woomenforwomen.org, American dental association. A segment of her work on Mental Fitness was aired on WUSA9 recently. She was the first South Asian to be published in Strong Fitness Magazine in December ’19 issue as “Women to watch for” and Is now on the Advisory Board for Strong Fitness Magazine. Other features include SELF magazine, The body book by Cameron Diaz and Girls Gone Strong. She is a force in the wellness and fitness industry and is determined to break barriers, stomp taboos, bust myths and blaze a new trail for others to follow.
