Founded in 2016, the Alpha Gear Co Podcast is the combination of The Lost LT Podcast, and Driven to Succeed Podcast, featuring hosts James Nelson, and Steve Damon. Both currently serving as officers in the Arizona Army National Guard, and having launched their own companies, the two continue learning the ways of the entrepreneur and leading soldiers. Their respective experiences bring unique insight on how to get things done. We hope you enjoy!

A lot going on in this episode.
