As an avid gardener, I’ve gotten to know my plant friends. Every plant has energy, and every energy has a matching vibration in the gemstone kingdom. By teaming up flowers or plants with crystals, minerals, and stones, you have the opportunity to

Flowering Plants with their Matching Crystal
Living in the tropics, Zone 10b, in South Florida, I enjoy plants that thrive in this humid, sunny climate. Bananas, cosmos, coriander, cranberry hibiscus, ginger, mangoes, pineapple, aloe, papayas, sunflowers, and tomatoes grow in my garden, with many more amazing flowering plants and trees. Frangipani and ylang-ylang are fragrant flowering trees that perfume my land. It creates a magical feeling and experience to walk into my yard and up to my front door. As an aromatherapist, it appeals to my senses to have my outdoor world naturally fragranced by the world around my home.
As a crystal aficionado, I’ve developed a personal connection to the plants in my garden and the crystals I work with. I’ve come to realize that plants’ vibrations pair well with specific crystals to amplify the benefits of both – on a mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual level. Everything has energy, and all energy vibrates. Certain vibrations resonate to profoundly improve the experience of the qualities of the plant and the gemstone. This personal connection has deepened my understanding and appreciation of the spiritual connection between plants and crystals.
A Few Examples
Banana and Thulite
The banana tree produces a teardrop-shaped purple-red flower at the end of the banana cluster. It’s also called the banana heart. The banana has a high potassium content, and so does the gemstone Thulite. Thulite is a heart chakra stone. Thulite is a crystalline or massive pink manganese-bearing variety of the mineral zoisite. The combination of calcium, magnesium, and zinc-aluminum allows for various elements, such as manganese, titanium, sodium oxide, and potassium oxide, which give rise to thulite’s pink coloration. When you eat or see a banana, bring your thoughts to a heart-centered focus. Do the same with Thulite in hand. Focus on love and kindness with this duo.
Sunflower and Citrine
Other potassium-rich treasures from the earth are sunflower seeds. Sunflower seeds create the most amazing flower. Sunflowers are uplifting and bring a smile when you pause to gaze at them. They represent joy and well-being. It has much to do with the color – yellow; it uplifts and builds confidence. Yellow is the color of the solar plexus. Their vibration is also uplifting because they are heliotropic. They track the sun throughout the day (until they mature – then they face east), which resonates with looking up and allowing the light to shine on you and your world. Citrine, the yellow-colored quartz, is a perfect gemstone to match with the sunflower. Citrine is a solar-plexus stone. Good for mental clarity, citrine reminds you that whatever you ardently believe, desire, and work passionately toward will manifest.
Use both vibrational pairs, Banana and Thulite and Sunflower and Citrine, to acknowledge your magnificence and shortcomings. Then, focus on what you do well to increase your self-esteem. Trust that it is safe to be powerful in a loving way. Shine your light to reach your full potential!
Think good thoughts like:
I am confident and courageous.
I shine my light brightly.
Goodness multiplies.
Whatever I desire, imagine, and passionately act upon becomes a reality.

Little Altars Everywhere: Animals, Archangels, Crystals, Deities and Saintsby Margaret Ann Lembo
An altar is simple to create. Choose a space in your home, like a countertop, a windowsill, or a nightstand. Anywhere you want, it will be just fine. A little altar with small pieces of gemstones and little statuary works well to get your attention. As you create your altar(s), establish a clear intention for why you are building the altar. Crystals in a bowl or a geometric formation will grab your attention to help you stay focused on your intention. Creating a little altar grid and using geometry to link one crystal to another is the way to go. Geometrics is a series of geometric shapes—lines, circles, squares, rectangles, and triangles—to form a design or a pattern. Statues are a great addition to an altar. Statues of animal totems, angels, dieties, and saints can encourage positive thoughts and association with a goal or intention.
Animal TotemsAnimals like cats, frogs, elephants, and owls are just a few animals you can add to an altar. Gemstone animals come in many choices. From miniatures to larger statues, they come in amethyst, green aventurine, jade, malachite, and many other minerals. The miniatures are favorites for children, though adults gravitate to the little gemstone carvings of animals just as much. Many people have experienced the animal kingdom through cartoons and comics. As adults, customers want to connect with their animal totem for self-empowerment. For example, a rose quartz cat can represent comfort, flexibility, and love, while a tiger’s eye owl represents paying attention so you can see, hear, and know while feeling protected and safe.
Eastern InfluencesDeity statues from Buddhist and Hindu traditions are beautiful and significant because of their rich spiritual history. The elephant-headed deity Ganesha is highly sought after as the Destroyer of Obstacles and the Bringer of Blessings. Kuan Yin statues are also popular because of their message of compassion and kindness. She is often depicted with a vase holding the tears of humanity, a poignant symbol for many.
Everyday AngelsAngel statues, such as guardian angels or beautiful flowing beings with wings, bring comfort and a heavenly vibration to any home or office. Gemstone angels are extremely popular. A rose quartz angel encourages loving thoughts. A green aventurine is perfect for good luck and good health. A lapis lazuli or sodalite angel symbolizes inner peace and calm.
Call on your guardian angel. Of course, your guardian angel is always available and ready to act upon your request. Remember to ask your Guardian Angel for their help. The most popular guardian angel statue depicts an angel walking a little girl and a little boy over a bridge. A guardian angel statue is a great gift for yourself or for newborn gifts or christenings.
ArchangelsArchangel statues are beautiful. Archangels are messenger angels of high rank. Add archangel statues to your altars. They are beings of love and light with designated responsibilities to guide and assist us here on Earth. Archangels Michael, Raphael, Gabriel, and Uriel are best sellers. Archangel Metatron is also very popular.
Archangel Michael is often portrayed with armor, a round shield, and a sword to ward off negative people and situations. This statue is for protection.
In most traditions, Archangel Raphael is the archangel responsible for healing and good health. Archangel Raphael provides healing support for any discomfort on all levels – mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Add this statue to help with health issues.
Archangel Gabriel is a divine oracle well-known for announcing the birth of Jesus Christ. Archangel Gabriel opens your spiritual ears to hear messages and guidance, often through symbols and dreams. Add this statue to improve intuition.
Archangel Uriel is strong and powerful. Uriel deals with our ideas and creativity. Archangel Uriel reminds humankind of the importance of planetary citizenship and stewardship and is the angel of natural phenomena like storms, volcanoes, and earthquakes. Add Uriel for self-empowerment and to set healthy boundaries easily.
Archangel Metatron was originally known as Enoch. Enoch rose to an angelic status when he went to heaven like his twin brother, Archangel Sandalphon (Elijah). Metatron is the name that Enoch received after his transformation into an angel. Saint Jude is the saint of hopeless causes and is invoked when you feel that resolution is impossible.
Mother Mary was the mother of Jesus and the wife of Saint Joseph. Mother Mary emulates motherhood, purity, modesty, faith, and love. She is well known for many appearances worldwide after her death, often with the message to pray. Pray for yourself. Pray for each other. Pray for peace. Pray for the entire world.
Statuary brings the vibration of a sanctuary to any home or office, making it a must-have for your altars. Incorporate these statues throughout your little altars everywhere.

Yellow stones, in their essence, are beacons of joy and balance. They support the solar plexus chakra, the center of confidence, mental clarity, personal power, and high self-esteem. This chakra is your gateway to absorbing and integrating life. Embrace the hope that comes with the understanding that you have the power to shape your experiences.
The solar plexus chakra is the powerhouse that gives you the strength to stand in your power. It is the part of your consciousness responsible for digesting life, food, and nutrition, and is your reminder that anything you put your attention into can manifest.
Amber, a powerful ally in your journey of self-discovery, aids in setting boundaries. Archangel Muriel and Emotional Harmony: Help from Archangels, Aromatherapy, and Crystals

Are you an empath? Are you intuitive? Yes, you are. Everyone is. Sometimes, we are more empathic and intuitive than other times, but we all have the ability to sense, feel, and know the vibes of others and potential realities.
Archangel Muriel is the angel of June. This archangel helps empathic and intuitive people trust their gifts. Call on this angel to improve your sense of smell, the psychic sense known as clairolfaction. Use your olfactory senses to help you know if something doesn’t “smell right” as a form of intuitive guidance.
Call on Muriel to maintain balance and discernment to help you realize which feelings are your own and which belong to those around you. Archangel Muriel is the archangel to call on when you need to bring your emotions into balance.
Muriel’s name means “perfume of God”; therefore, the archangel of aromatherapists. This angel’s gentle energy brings a floral aroma.
Invite and invoke Archangel Muriel’s assistance by inhaling the aroma of bergamot essential oil to pull on inner strength in accordance with the Divine will. Lavender and chamomile essential oils are tried and true for peaceful experiences, good sleep, and harmonious interactions. Lavender also transforms and rebalances emotional challenges. Use the fragrance of lemon essential oil to bring clarity and to integrate what is happening around and within you. Place a dab of sweet marjoram essential oil on your occiput at the base of your neck when you feel especially emotional and vulnerable to quell those feelings. Ylang-ylang, an essential oil from the flowers of a tree known as the “perfume tree,” is a good essential oil for inner peace and calm. Mother Mary: The Power of Prayer by Margaret Ann Lembo
You can experience the energy of joy and a passionate desire to find varying ways to connect with Spirit. Working with the energy of saints helps to maintain a connection with the Divine and the opportunity to know oneself. Self-knowledge, or self-awareness, is one of the keys to experiencing a full, happy, and meaningful lifetime here on Earth. I was born and raised a Roman Catholic. I have embraced many spiritual philosophies and kept the foundation from childhood. The comforting influence of the existence of saints and holy people who have experienced visions, feelings of intense pleasure and joy, and an affluent spiritual life that includes a closeness to God or the Divine created a foundation for my spiritual life.
During May (and most days), my attention is on Mother Mary, and her mother, Saint Anne. Saint Anne was blessed with special grace to conceive Mother Mary at an old age. She gave birth to Miriam or Mary. Anne’s womb was blessed to conceive her. Anne was an instrument of God. She devoted her daughter, Mother Mary, to a life of service.
Mother Mary, c. 18 BC – 33 AD, was raised with grace, prayer, meditation, and training in the temple. Mother Mary emulated motherhood, purity, modesty, faith, and love. The Sacred Heart of Mary (Immaculate Heart of Mary) inspires us to pray for ourselves and each other. The Heart of Mary symbolizes her inner life and faithfulness to God. After entering heaven, Mary has remained active and manifested in visible appearances and miraculous cures worldwide. The list of apparitions is very long. Well-known apparitions took place in Ireland, India, Japan, Mexico, France, and the United States, to name just a few. She is the Queen of Heaven and Our Lady of Angels. She is more than a saint. Mother Mary is known by many names, many associated with the many times she appeared worldwide.
What is Mother Mary’s message to us? Pray. Pray for yourself. Pray for each other. Pray for peace. Pray for the entire world. Are you comfortable praying? Petitions, a form of prayer, are earnest requests for something to happen, transform, or change. Focus on your heart chakra and be kind, compassionate, and tolerant. Work with gemstones like blue topaz, celestite, or angelite, when seeking comfort and motherly love. Align with grace and the ever-present vibration of kindness and mercy. Release issues and vibrate at the rate of love, peace, and well-being. Open your mind to allow miracles beyond your dreams and manifest your heart’s desire.
The scent of roses is associated with Mother Mary, as the scent or manifestations of roses are commonly reported in association with her Divine appearances. Of course, frankincense and myrrh are a good combination to connect with Mother Mary because these gifts were given to her for Jesus at his birth. Jasmine, neroli, and spikenard essential oils help to renew self-confidence and have the courage to put good thoughts into action. The earthy scent of spikenard helps you release worrisome thoughts and aligns you with peace and empathy.
Cultivate your relationship with your spiritual nature. You are a spiritual being with a purpose you agreed to before arriving on this planet. Focus your awareness on prayer, inner connection, and purpose. Focus on kindness. Make your intention to have compassion and tolerance. Vibrate love through your presence, words, and actions. And, pray. Pray for yourself. Pray for those you love. Pray for people you don’t know but need help. Pray!!

Space Clearing with Essential Oils: The Background of Smudge in Spray

It was around 1995 when the idea of Smudge in Spray came to me. At that time, I would open each class or event with a clearing and prayer using my blend, Margaret’s Sacred Smudge Blend. It’s a wonderful blend of herbs, powders, and resins that requires burning it using a charcoal disc. At Easter time, we have an opportunity to contemplate our personal resurrection. This time of year, springtime, lends itself to revitalization and renewal.
Think about your spiritual connection with the Divine. Does it need a revival? Is your spiritual life awakened and vitalized? Rise up and remember your true spiritual nature. Call on the Angel of Awakening to be your guide to act from your highest morals and standards. Spiritual awakening is the key to remembering and living your life’s purpose. Ask this Angel of Awakening to light your path to understand how to awaken spiritually, mentally, physically, and emotionally – on all levels.
Connect with Archangel Seraphiel, an angel of music, when you meditate using chants to realize a higher level of awareness and spiritual attunement. Sound plays a key role in spiritual development. Calling on the Saints in March

Growing up Italian in a Roman Catholic family, we celebrated the feast days of some of the saints. During March, both Saint Joseph of Nazareth (Feast day is March 19) and Saint Patrick (Feast Day is March 17) have their feast days. Let me tell you a little about them. Give yourself a moment to contemplate their lives. Ask them to help you with your life with a little prayer.
Saint Joseph of Nazareth
Saint Joseph, c. 1 –100 A.D., was the legal father of Jesus Christ and the husband of Mary, the Blessed Mother. Joseph was a widower. Joseph of Nazareth was a woodworker or carpenter by trade, possibly working in stone and metal. The term carpenter used in the Jewish tradition could indicate that Joseph was very literate in the Torah and suggests that he is a learned man.
Saint Joseph, the earthly spouse of Mother Mary, was a man of integrity. St. Joseph was the ultimate Divine Partner. When you think of all his qualities and all that he experienced, he certainly makes a good role model to emulate and follow. For example, St. Joseph obeyed the direction of an Angel of God on three occasions. He is a patron saint for husbands. If you are single and want to be in a relationship, pray and ask Saint Joseph to orchestrate bringing you and your beloved together.

Secret Garden by Margaret Ann Lembo
Wherever you live in this hemisphere, you probably see signs of spring. Gardening is a spiritual experience. It develops our intuitive nature by communing with plant life. I’ve been spending a lot of time in my garden. Living in the tropics (South Florida, Zone 10b) allows me to garden in the winter and year-round. Now that I’ve been in this climate for nearly fifty years, I finally see the nuances of the seasons here. Growing food in the winter is more comfortable than in the summer here. Regardless, spending time outdoors, bending, planting, and harvesting is good on many levels.
Gardening has continued to teach me how to have faith in the unseen and the miraculous. For the past month, I’ve been planting a lot of seeds. Planting seeds and believing there will be food or flowers from this minuscule beginning activates faith and the power of visualization. It can help you develop your faith in potential outcomes after taking the action necessary to get things started. It also develops patience, from which everyone can benefit.
People say I have a green thumb. Some say I am prolific or successful. Some might say that I am lucky. It is about the work and doing what it takes to make things happen. It is my nature to take action to bring my ideas to reality. Working in the garden helps me practice visualization that carries over to everyday life.
I visualize the fully grown plant as I place the seed. A spec will produce a tomato or a sunflower, and as a gardener, I must hold the vision for the ultimate evolution of the plant. I love to watch the seedlings come up and see growth daily. This translates into bringing dreams and desires into reality. One must hold the vision and do what it takes to make it so.
I even imagine deadheading the spent plant and saving the seeds for another round of flowers or vegetables for another growing season. Just like holding the vision of a fully grown plant, it is important to hold the vision for your desired reality. Plant the seeds necessary to create your reality. Envision your world as if your dreams are already fulfilled.
Gardening brings many benefits, including improving our quality of life as we age. One study by Australian researchers found that those who gardened regularly had a 36% lower risk of dementia than their non-gardening counterparts.

Divine Protection: Stability, Protection, and Safety

Do you know you are Divinely protected? You can transmute negativity with intention and self-confidence. You create your daily experiences based on what you think about and believe. Focus on loving kindness and gratitude. You will be amazed at the power of that focus!
Based on the past 35-plus years of owning and operating my store, The Crystal Garden, I’ve observed that it is common for people to believe they are experiencing psychic attacks or that people are sending them bad energy. They live in fear with this belief system and experience negativity because they believe others have that power over them.
My counsel has encouraged them to release those ideas and focus on gratitude for all that is good in their life. Remove jealous and resentful people to prevent negative energy from interfering with relationships, business, and your life. Heal jealousy or envy that stems from you or outside of you. Be mindful and notice if you harbor jealousy or ill wishes toward others. Release anger. Be conscious of who you share your project ideas with and use intention to protect your business ideas and property.
Here are some tools to help you.
Use various crystals and stones to amplify thoughts; they are tools to help you stay grounded and safe. Call specific saints and angels for support to keep you focused on the positive and all that is good. Inhale specific essential oils to heal belief systems and change your thoughts to create your reality with blessings and good luck. Align with the specific animal totems to overcome beliefs that create a reality of worry and harm. You can change your thoughts and, therefore, your reality.
Crystals and Stones
The black and brown gemstones are primarily for grounding, protection, and safety. Black obsidian helps deal with buried negative emotions. Black tourmaline is effective in deflecting negative energy. Use hematite to calm your nerves and redirect energy, not for your highest good. Shungite relieves stress, purifies your energy, and deflects electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs). Tiger’s eye has historically been used to keep the evil eye away, i.e. clear jealousy and ill wishes. It is important to replace the undesirable with blessing and well-being. Use ruby in zoisite to amplify a “river of bejeweled blessings.” Green aventurine, the shamrock of the gemstone kingdom, is your ally to amplify good fortune and abundance. Pink calcite, kunzite, and rose quartz are beneficial to amplify love, and all that is good. Call on the Angel of Protection when your life feels out of control or unsafe. Ask the Angel of Protection to create a shield of shimmering white light around you that transforms and transmutes anything in your space that isn’t love into love.
Archangel Jehudiel, Archangel Michael, and Archangel Sabrael can be called on to ward off evil, jealousy, and constant negative mind chatter. Ask these archangels to be your ally to clear negative mental energy associated with jealousy, negative self-talk, confusing mental chatter, and general chaos.
Wear the medal of Saint Benedict to protect you from curses and evil, protect against diseases, and maintain good health. Saint Christopher is most well-known as the saint to call on for safety while traveling. Ask Mother Mary for protection. She reminds you to pray and align with a higher consciousness.
Essential Oils
Clove essential oil protects from ill wishes and negative energy from your thought patterns. It helps deflect jealousy from others. Mist Smudge in Spray and Sage and Cedar Spray to remove jealous, resentful people and negative self-talk. Blue Jay totem is an ally that will help you find your voice and courage when you must protect your space, family, business, or emotional field. Blue jays are aggressive and territorial. Call on the energy of Blue Jay when you need to speak up for yourself and establish a clear picture of acceptable and unacceptable behaviors from others regarding your personal space.
Crab has a hard outer shell, which is a symbol of protection of the emotional body. The value of having the hard outer shell, for you and Crab, is to protect you from unwelcome predators. Symbolically, this shell can aid in having a strong sense of self and the ability to set boundaries.
Fireflies have a natural protective mechanism from predators: they taste bad due to a poisonous chemical in their bodies. This characteristic reminds you that you, too, have the innate ability to protect yourself and keep yourself safe and sound. Through the thoughts, words, and emotions you broadcast, the light you emanate naturally protects you.
These are just a few tools to support your quest to shift your thinking and beliefs so you remember that you are always Divinely protected.
In conclusion, here are a few affirmations to support you. Repeat again and again.
I am protected. Experiences from the past empower me. I am discerning about the people I allow into my circle. I am mindful of being in peaceful places to support my loving vibration. I am always Divinely protected.

Restore and Renew

Every day, we can return to a healthier and happier state of being. It’s a decision to regenerate, rejuvenate, and restore your energy. Inner restoration is a process of reigniting your awareness to have a spiritually fulfilling life that brings inner peace and joy.
Sometimes, we must rid ourselves of outdated thoughts that no longer support a happy and healthy life. This takes focused intention and clear self-observation of the thoughts, feelings, and actions you experience. The observation of what you believe and think about regularly will shine a light on what serves you and what doesn’t. It is then that you can heal and renew yourself.
Establish the intention to access the unlimited potential provided by your imagination. Intention is an important component when using tools like aromatherapy and gemstones. Essential oils and crystals amplify and ground your intention.
Eucalyptus essential oil and chrysocolla support you as you restore and renew your emotional, physical, and mental balance. Geranium, lavender, and chamomile essential oils are also helpful to heal, calm, relax, release, and renew and restore. Nurture yourself through rest and caring for your body, mind, and spirit. You deserve it!

Animal Totems and the Gemstone Kingdom

One morning, I woke up with the book title, Animal Totems and the Gemstone Kingdom: Spiritual Connections of Crystal Vibrations and Animal Medicine. It felt like someone told me, “Write this book.” I immediately sent off the title to my two favorite publishing houses and I was happy to hear of interest from one of them right away. I loved the realization that there is a direct correlation between the vibes of crystals and the vibes of animals.
Matching the teachings of gemstones with the teachings of animals provides you with an even deeper understanding and a life filled with “aha” moments. The spiritual fulfillment you seek is available to you in so many ways, and this path of working with gemstones and animal medicine is just one of many.
My interest in the teachings of nature, plants, and animals started in the garden with my mother. It’s easier to link with all life telepathically. Use mind-to-mind and heart-to-heart communication using visualized pictures, feelings, and words. The seen and unseen are real worlds, and these beings and energies help guide and light our path.
Animals do communicate with each other as well as with humans. Do you hear what your pets or animals and nature are saying to you? The characteristics of animals—from birds and insects to mammals, fish, and reptiles—relate to our human walk on this planet, providing us with lessons and helping us mindfully focus our intentions for our life experiences.
Animal medicine offers us a powerful signpost for self-knowledge and clarity on life’s challenges. When a creature from nature appears to you repetitively or in some out-of-the-ordinary way, it is time to pay attention and find the message that nature is bringing you. I remember a time when crows were showing up by my parked car at my shop and in my driveway at home. They cawed loudly and repetitively. It wasn’t until I understood the message and the warning – and it was a warning – that they flew off. I said to them out loud, “Why are you cawing at me? What are you trying to say?” Then, I had to listen and trust what I was receiving. Being aware of signs and symbols is important for gaining the insight we are looking for to keep us on our desired course in life.
I’m writing this during the winter, so you are more likely to see a cardinal this time of year. When cardinal appears in your life, ask yourself, “Do you find that you often set boundaries to protect your personal space? Have you tried to communicate in a creative and melodic way?” Cardinal totem is an ally for personal power and inner strength. Align with Cardinal’s energy when you need to speak up for yourself and communicate with confidence and courage. Cardinal’s vibrational matching gemstone is red goldstone. When Bee shows up in your life, it is time to cultivate concepts or projects through action. Do what needs to be done, and make things happen. It’s time to be productive. Manifest Your Best Lifeby Margaret Ann LemboWhat do you want? Do you know what you want?My favorite exercise for the New Year is to write down as many things I can think of that I want to create. I recommend writing your list quickly and try to write 100 things. Don’t worry about if you think it is possible or not. Just allow your stream of consciousness to list all the things you desire on all levels – spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Be sure to have items on your list that fall into all four levels of conscious reality.The first step is to write it down. Make the list. Then, write more about each thing on your list that you want to establish, create, manifest, and live daily in your life. Once you have the list and more about each item you want to create, it is time to visualize, imagine, and daydream.What do you want on a spiritual level?What do you want on a mental level?What do you want on an emotional level?What do you want on a physical level?Let’s think about it together and make a list. Here are some ideas to get you started.* Happiness * Health * Love * Money * Safety * Friendship
Next, break that down. What makes you happy? I can answer that gardening makes me happy. But what makes you happy? Think about that and list the things that make you happy in all categories. Consider health. Does that mean you need to shift your eating habits? Or does that mean you need more exercise or movement in your daily life? Go through that short list above and ask yourself how each relates to your life.Next, it is time to take action. Think good thoughts and take the steps to create your reality. I’ll use my gardening example. I know I want my front and back yards to have more flowering plants, especially sunflowers. Therefore, I must make good beds, amend the soil, plant the seeds, and be sure they have the right amount of water and sun to flourish.Use that last paragraph as a metaphor and apply the same principles to what makes you happy. And remember, it is one thing to write it down, but the manifestation becomes a reality once you take action. The action step is imperative!Now is a great time to decide what you want. What do you want for the upcoming year and the foreseeable future? Inviting the Miraculous into Your Life

Are you open to miracles in your life? What would a miracle look like or feel like to you? What can you imagine or visualize? The first step to creating seemingly miraculous events is to use imagination as a key to creating the desired result.
Writing my next book on archangels and saints (The Essential Guide to Archangels and Saints) helped me realize more fully that miracles are always within our reach. Saints performed many miracles, from the manifestation of bread and wine for many people to healing and casting out demons.
Everything created is created through intention. We create our lives with our thoughts, actions, words, and deeds. Our thoughts vibrate out and return back to us in the form of our personal reality. For example, if you think about and visualize getting up for a drink of water, you will drink a glass of water in short order. Apply this same example to large life issues. What you place your attention on creating comes to you through repetitive thoughts and visualization, just as you visualize drinking a glass of water. Although this may sound simple on the surface, your thoughts and intentions can be amplified and actualized through the use of spiritual tools. Remember that it is not the tool itself that brings about the changes; your intention behind using the particular tool affects change.
Many people have used relics to bring forth miracles. You may not have an object of spiritual significance from the past, though you can work with other objects that have significance to you. I like using gemstones, essential oils, holy water, and waters from sacred sites where miracles have taken place to activate miracles. Work with selenite, amethyst, and clear quartz to align with the Divine. Selenite, in the rose form and any form, awakens higher awareness and opens you to the possibility of being a miracle worker. Amethyst transforms and transmutes challenging situations. Clear quartz transmits and transduces energy. Use these stones individually or in combination with each other as you clearly envision your desired miracle.
Rose essential oil is helpful in your meditation practice for expanding your sphere of love. Use rose oil to petition aid from saints and archangels to help manifest miracles. Jasmine, rosewood, and sandalwood are essential oils that activate that part of you that is a miracle worker. Inhale these essential oils and allow the limbic system of your brain to work miracles.
Envision a golden globe around the crown of your head. To help you do this, imagine the halos you see portrayed in iconic artwork of saints and angels. Stop right now—pause and imagine you have this golden white light around the crown of your own head. Throw in a splash of pale violet. Imagine that the light around your head has sparkling light particles, which are like antennas picking up the frequency of Divine Consciousness. Align with the belief that these particles help you tap into being a miracle worker aligned with Divine Consciousness.
Affirm: My connection with Universal Wisdom guides me daily. It’s easy for me to quiet my mind and emotions. I am a miracle worker.

Divine Guidance

Guidance from the Divine is available to you at all times. Use your inner knowing to uncover self-knowledge and self-realization for personal development and spiritual awakening. You predict your future based on your decisions to create your desired reality. Keep the doorways to heaven and higher consciousness open and flowing by maintaining an intention that “this or something better will manifest.” Use affirmations to help you visualize the outcome, and petition assistance from the angelic realm through prayer, meditation, and contemplative thought.
Invite your everyday angels and supportive archangels to help you achieve your goals and intentions. These archangels have a specific energy or ‘job description’ and can add quite a bit of angelic assistance as you work to design your reality and transform your life.
Decide to live an abundant life filled with supportive colleagues, friends, and family. Increase your confidence by maintaining a focus on your good qualities. Remove perceived blocks through self-observation to understand if there is anything that blocks you from living life fully. Suppose you are constantly asking others for their opinions or seeking guidance other than from within; then it is time to tap into that part of yourself that knows what to do and what to believe. You have the answers within yourself, you need to know how to look for them. Of course, there are times when you may need to seek advice from outside of yourself, but most of the time, you are the only one who knows what is best for you. Activate your mind to achieve new results.
I recommend this petition or prayer to help you go within to know your own truth:
Please help me trust myself and know what I need to know when I need to know it. I often have trouble deciding between choices, whether it is a big decision like whether to say yes to a new opportunity or a small one such as what to eat or wear. Help me trust my inner knowing and show me how to improve my ability to believe in myself and make it easier for me to make decisions. Thank you!
Use these positive thoughts to affirm your ability to understand and know how to proceed on your life’s path.
I can see the unseen and hear the unsaid. I acknowledge and trust my intuition. I intend to improve my spiritual sight and clairvoyant capabilities. Hidden intentions, masks, and illusions are disclosed. I trust my own inner knowing. It is easy for me to make decisions.
Pair the petition and affirmations with some of your favorite gemstones and aromatherapy to support you as you gain confidence in your inner knowing. For example, iolite helps you organize your thoughts and the ability to communicate what you know. Lapis lazuli, with its beautiful, deep, rich blue, keeps you calm as you access knowledge, wisdom, and information. Sapphire clears distortions so the truth can be revealed. Sodalite is beneficial in improving your intuition and opening your channels to receive higher wisdom. Use the gemstones you are attracted to with conscious intentions.
My favorite essential oils for higher wisdom and Divine guidance are frankincense, pink grapefruit, and sandalwood. Inhale frankincense to access spiritual and mystical experiences. The citrusy aroma of pink grapefruit sweetens your vibration and attracts help from the angelic realm. The grounding vibe of sandalwood activates the wise one within you.
You have all the tools within you. Pay attention to inspired thoughts. Remember and interpret your dreams. Be open to increasing the frequency of expanded awareness where everything makes sense. Enhance your meditative practices to encourage peaceful thoughts and self-confidence. You have all the answers within.
