Hi Everyone! Welcome back to another episode of the M.E.O.W. Podcast! In today's episode, we will dive into our Karmic Relationship Series and the repetitive cycles in which individuals get stuck. This chat is directly sourced from the book The Inner Work of Relationships by Mat & Ash.
Karmic relationships shine a light on the individual wounds that each person is here to address, heal, and feel. Becoming conscious is necessary to live free lives that are not driven by our fears and suppressed hurts. Karmic relationships can be a space of great healing if both partners are willing to move through the lessons together. Rejection is the first level of karmic relationships, rooted in the belief that we are unlovable. When rooted in this belief, we attract karmic partners who trigger feelings of shame and unworthiness. Addressing the root cause of the wound allows us to move to a place of worthiness and deep inner knowing that we are Lovable and Valuable human beings just for being alive. We hope you enjoy this first episode of Karmic Relationships!

As social beings, 80% of our daily struggles and conflicts come from our interactions with other people. Learning the patterns and skills to move through conscious relationships is the key to living more harmoniously. In today's chat, we will dive into the levels of consciousness: Karmic Couples, Innerwork Couples, and Spiritual couples. All are reflecting our inner worlds. We hope you enjoy this chat!

Hi Everyone! Welcome back to another episode of the M.E.O.W. Podcast! In today's episode, we go into part two of the journey out of toxic shame. Hi Everyone! Welcome back to another episode of the M.E.O.W. Podcast! In today's episode, we dive deep into toxic shame, the causes, and the consequences of growing up in environments where our identity was neglected, ridiculed, or put down. Shame-based thinking is derived from feelings that make you believe something is wrong with you. It's the belief that being exactly who you are is not enough to be accepted, celebrated, and loved.
Shame is something that we learn from other people. It is not who we are. We learn from our families, peers, and environments that if we make a mistake, we must be a mistake. This toxic-rigid way of thinking hurts children who grow up to perpetuate the shame-based system. The goal is to move towards a guilt-based mindset that promotes growth and keeps the promise of love after we've made a mistake. I made a mistake; this is an opportunity to grow, learn from, and move forward. Letting go of shame allows us to become validated people who understand that we are inherently worthy of love and acceptance for being exactly who we are.

Hi Everyone! Welcome back to another episode of the M.E.O.W. Podcast! In this episode, we are excited to have special guest Kayla Meeker! Kayla is the founder of Soul Sounds in San Diego! Kayla leads sound healing meditation sessions, which help to connect to your mind, body & soul through healing music. In this episode, we dive deep into the top of "Understanding the Path to Spiritual Acceptance." The spiritual principle of acceptance is relinquishing control to a higher power of your choosing and believing that we are in much better hands when it runs the show. Acceptance allows the present moment to be as it should be instead of resisting the changes or the unknown. In this episode, we go through the seven concepts of spiritual acceptance and our personal experiences of surrendering.
Acceptance Is a Choice to Change Yourself
Resisting Acceptance Is Born from the Ego
Acceptance Is a Good Use of Your Energy
Acceptance Is Aligned with the Laws of Nature
Acceptance Implies Adaptability
Acceptance Does Not Mean Passivity
Acceptance Is an Acquired Skill

Hi Everyone! Welcome back to another episode of the M.E.O.W. Podcast! In this episode, we dive deep into Part 2 of making the shift from a scarcity mindset and unlocking an abundance mindset!
A scarcity mindset is a pervasive feeling of not having enough—whether time, money, or connection. A scarcity mindset can be a self-fulfilling prophecy because these beliefs make it difficult to move forward and may keep you stuck in scarcity.
The goal is to unlock our abundance mindset and learn to trust the universe to align us with opportunities and experiences that are for our highest good. An abundance mindset is the belief that there are enough resources in the world for everyone – and of being grateful for whatever the universe provides.

Hi Everyone! Welcome back to another episode of the M.E.O.W. Podcast! In this episode, we dive deep into the topic of triggers. Triggers come in a variety of forms. They can include words, people, situations, smells, or other environmental cues that cause us to react negatively. In the healing process, triggers are the biggest test we will learn to overcome and move through as we evolve as human beings. Understanding triggers can help you become more understanding and forgiving of your misbehaviors. Being able to recognize your triggers is also a responsibility. You should be responsible enough to change your unconscious responses. In today's episode, we will dive into the steps to recognize your triggers and tips on managing them.
Triggers are a part of life, and learning patience, compassion, and kindness with ourselves is key to moving through our triggers. Triggers will come and go throughout our life. The most important thing is not to avoid or ignore them because this is when chaos begins. To create healthy, loving bonds, we must learn to move through our triggers and hold space for our loved ones as they evolve. No one is perfect, and no one is trigger free, so normalizing this self-work is critical to supporting each other as we grow as people.

Hi Everyone! Welcome back to another episode of the M.E.O.W. Podcast! In this episode, Blanca will discuss launching her new website, Love & Light Intuitive Guidance. Join me (Blanca) for a run-through on my spiritual journey, how I fell in love with spiritual self-development, and why I feel called to be a teacher. The M.E.O.W. Podcast started as a creative outlet to inspire women to go on their self-healing/self-love journey. I am now expanding my services to work one-on-one with anyone ready to go on their journey of self-development. My goal is to help individuals create and develop a plan to become self-aware and emotionally intelligent to build better relationships with themselves and others.
I feel very passionate about everything I have learned. I love feeling clear, joyful, and full of love, and I hope to sprinkle any guidance and light to those looking for a change in their relationship with themselves. Working inside out is the key to creating a joyful and peaceful life. Get the inside right, and the rest will fall into place. When I first began my spiritual journey, astrology was the first step I took to understand myself better. Understanding my birth chart helped me become self-aware. It gave me insight into my unconscious patterns. It was a road map to my personality's light and dark aspects. I offer three types of astrology reports, Basic planets, Full Birth Charts, and North and South Node reports. All are provided as PDFs; if you want to discuss your chart 1on1, we can schedule private sessions. I can't wait to work with you if given the chance! Xoxo - Blancs

In this episode, we dive into everything we learned and how much we have grown in developing My Empowerment of Women. As well as a look into our goals and vision for the future! Two years in, we have been pleasantly surprised by what these monthly events have turned into. Each month we have connected with inspiring women who are following their passions and expanding our minds on what is possible. We are so grateful for the connections we have made and the life long friends who have come into our life because of it.
This time last year, we released the 1 st episode of the M.E.O.W. Podcast. We have grown as communicators, and the creation of this show has helped us connect to our creativity and with so many inspiring women with so much insight and wisdom to share with the world. We are beyond grateful for the friends and new friends who have supported us and witnessed our journey of making it up as we go. We want to give a big thanks to every single one of the bad ass ladies who led one of our monthly meetups, to Loni McWilliams for being an amazing addition to our fam and for sharing her space with us this year, and especially to all the friends and new friends who showed up to support us and to everyone who is listening to our show! This makes us so incredibly happy, and our lives have changed because of it, so thank you! We can't wait to see how M.E.O.W. continues to evolve and where the future is taking us! We hope you enjoy this episode, and stay tuned for season 2!

Hi Everyone! Welcome back to another episode of the M.E.O.W. Podcast! Today's topic is Authenticity, the journey to our most authentic selves. In this episode, we continue the journey of what authenticity is and the signs to look for in yourself and others who might be moving in lack of authenticity. Authenticity means you're true to your personality, values, and spirit, regardless of the pressure you're under to act otherwise.
We may struggle to be authentic due to a lack of self-esteem, fear of judgment by others, and a strong desire for others to like us. Past experiences, perhaps from childhood that led to being shut down when we spoke our truth, can mistakenly teach us that it isn’t safe to be genuine. Join us as we discuss the ten signs we may be moving not in authenticity and how we can heal and move towards our most authentic selves.

Hi Everyone! Welcome back to another episode of the M.E.O.W. Podcast! Today's topic is on Authenticity, the journey to our truest selves. This topic was inspired by the Mexican artist Frida Khalo and her dedication to her art and authentic self-expression. Authenticity means you're true to your personality, values, and spirit, regardless of the pressure you're under to act otherwise. We live in a culture that pressures us to go against our values and does not create safe spaces to self-express from an authentic place. Stepping into your truest nature is an act of bravery, and discovering our truth is a beautiful journey of self-discovery. Join us as we share some laughs about what authenticity means to us.

We will be sharing some laughs about our experiences with heartbreak and how to overcome them. Heartbreak, relationships, and failed connections are a part of the human experience, here to help us grow as individuals. The more we learn our lessons and manage our emotions in healthy and productive ways, the quicker we can let go and integrate each experience into a moment of profound growth. We learn most about ourselves in relationships and connections because everyone is a mirror of the dialogue we have with ourselves. We hope you enjoy this episode and are left a little bit more inspired to enter connections from a conscious and aware state of mind.

Hi everyone! Welcome back to another episode of the M.E.O.W. Podcast! Today's topic is on Attachment Style and the 5 Love Languages. This topic was inspired by our journeys of healing and how we relate and attach to the people closest to us. Attachment theory is the theory that the deep emotional bond we create in our relationships mirrors the emotional bond presented by the primary caregivers. There are four major attachment styles anxious, avoidant, disorganized, and secure. The ideal attachment is a secure attachment described as a person who is empathetic and able to set appropriate boundaries; people with secure attachment tend to feel safe, stable, and more satisfied in their close relationships. Learning your attachment style is essential because if you fall within the other three types, you can begin to understand yourself further and move towards a secure attachment style.
Join us as we explore the various attachment styles and how to transform them into a secure attachment style. A deeper understanding of attachment styles and the five love languages allows us to love one another appropriately.

We could also consider this a deep sense of grief (or depression) before a shift in consciousness. We will be sharing our knowledge and personal experiences. We get deep y'all! Hi Everyone! Welcome back to another Episode of the M.E.O.W. Podcast! Today's topic is on the Divine Feminine and Masculine energy within all of us. With our friend Kai Maciel, yoga expert and instructor at Kai Yoga Studio in San Diego, CA.
In today's discussion, we will be learning about the misconception that we are only feminine or masculine energy. We all have the Yin and Yang polarities within. Finding your unique balance can drastically improve the quality of your life experiences. When either energy dominates, our essence creates internal strife and havoc in our relationships. Masculine energy is about doing (action-oriented), whereas feminine energy is about being (creative intuition). When both polarities are integrated equally, we find a sense of true balance. We hope we leave you with a better understanding of what these energies mean and how you can take steps to find your unique balance within.
