Over the past couple of weeks Pastor Josh has felt that the Lord is leading us into a season to dig new wells. Wells are used to represent various things throughout Scripture: they are access points to deep hidden life, they are generational and geographical, they prepare people for rain. For the last week of the No Greater Love series we did a Q + A panel to go over some big questions that were submitted over the last few weeks.
This week Pastor Christina talks to us about idolatry. An idol is anything that holds a place that only God should hold. Idols place us in bondage and skew our reality. Even if it's something good, idols cannot stand in the house of God, they most be broken down.
This week, Pastor Josh shares about storge, the love between family. We learn how family is a crucial part of God's plan for the earth, and how our family is the training ground of sanctifying love.
Pastor Eddie joins us this week to teach on how God's design for or our sexuality has to outweigh our desires. Once we learn what God's design is, then we learn how to identify what is "outside" of his design. Sexual immorality is fueled by our loneliness and our desire to be known and loved. All of this points us back to the Agape love of Christ.
Continuing in our No Greater Love series, Pastor Josh talks about the deep longing of eros. Understanding true eros gives vision which leads to repentance which produces faithfulness. Pastor Josh also identifies the lies that enemy tells us in this area.

This week Pastor Eddie closes the Holiness in Humanity series with a sermon on the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is our advocate, companion and counselor. The Holy Spirit empowers us to obey and live the Christian, he is everything we need.
Preaching from Luke 7:36-50, Pastor Josh shares that love is action, available, and heals. The forgiveness that Jesus extends to us brings wholeness and healing. This is gift is one that is meant only to be received, it requires nothing from us.

In this story of Lazarus, Jesus demonstrates emotional honesty in the loss of his dear friend, and the healing power of calling his children by name.
This week Pastor Eddie talks about Zacchaeus experiencing who Jesus is and how he walked away changed. Once we see Jesus for who He is, that's when change really happens in our lives. After you believe, how do you wrestle with choosing Jesus when it costs you everything? Zacchaeus said "yes" to Jesus and entered a life nothing like he expected and embraced generosity and sought to make restitution.
Pastor Josh shares on the importance of living a life of biblical humility. How does biblical humility shape and change us as people of God? He offers up three ways that we can cultivate biblical humility and what the fruit will look like.
