Is being single really that bad? In scripture, we read that God said that "It is not good for man to be alone" (Gen 2:18), but throughout scripture, we see plenty of examples like Jesus and Apostle Paul who did not marry and still glorified God! Is Marriage all that it's made out to be?

In this episode, my friend Ryan Betancourt and I explore common misconceptions about singleness and how we can make the most out of our singleness.

I just went through one of the roughest seasons of my life (hence the lack of podcast episodes). I had to leave my church job due to some unfortunate circumstances, my uncle passed away, I got turned down to many many jobs I applied to. I was struggling financially and even jobless for a period of time. In the midst of it all, I began to doubt and question God, but He came through for me, and in this episode, I talk about how God can come through for you.

We live in a society that overhypes marriage – it is seen as the ultimate goal, but singleness is a beautiful thing! In our singleness, we can discover who we are, grow deeper in our relationship with God and others, and work on new projects!

Part of this podcast’s mission is to enable you to live a successful life. Now take a moment and think about what that word means to you..Success. What comes to mind? If you're like me you're probably imagining fancy cars, rolex watches, big houses, being famous, or being part of a Fortune 500 company. However, God’s perspective of wealth (success) is very different – it’s not about how much you have, it’s about how you can use what you have to bless and impact others.

In this episode host, Kevin Roth explains how True success is measured by:

  1. Fulfilling the purpose we were created for.
  2. Leaving a legacy
  3. Having healthy relationships.
