THE FRIDAY NIGHT PARANORMAL SHOW - Mickey Gocool talks to The Wythenshawe Paranormal Team from Manchester, an up and coming team who strive to prove the existence of spirits, investigate the chilling Bolling Hall in Bradford.
Bolling Hall is one of the oldest buildings in Bradford, West Yorkshire, England. During the second siege of Bradford in 1643, during the English Civil War, the house was a Royalist base. On this occasion the Royalists took the town, which had strong Parliamentarian sympathies, and it was thought that the victors would put the inhabitants to the sword.
There is a legend that a ghost appeared in the bedroom where the Royalist commander Earl of Newcastlewas staying to tell him to "Pity poor Bradford" this is the first recorded uk sighting of a ghost So with its abundant history and darkened rooms and corridors harbour the souls of the unsettled dead. Who haunts the Red and Blue Rooms, who is it that takes objects and mysteriously throws them into the middle of the room and who is the shadowy figure that stands in the main hall?
Recently the Most haunted TV team investigated this location and the activity had one cameraman suddenly take ill, Karl and Stewart had poltergeist activity towards them in the cellar area, and Yvette and Richard were froze with fear on the staircase as an invisible force came towards them along with disembodied voices.. Leaving them fleeing the area..

UFOS IN THE UK
In December 1980, two members of a US security patrol at an Air Force base in Suffolk went to investigate a suspicious light in nearby Rendlesham Forest.
One of the men, Jim Penniston, claimed he saw a strange craft in the woods.“I estimated it to be about three metres tall and about three metres wide at the base,” he said. “I walked right up to it. I noticed the fabric of the shell was more like a smooth, opaque, black glass.” The object then apparently vanished, but other staff at the base noticed some strange sights over the next few days.
Former British cop Alan Godfrey believes he was the victim of an alien abduction when he was on a night patrol in November 1980. The respected policeman was suddenly startled by a brightly lit craft on the road in front of him, which he claimed was “the size of a bus. ”The UFO was 14ft tall, rotating and hovering five feet above the ground, but when the creeped-out cop tried to radio for help, Pc Godfrey found his device was dead. The next thing remembered was driving along the road again 30 yards beyond the point where he was stopped.
In 1990, two hikers in the Scottish Highlands were startled when a huge diamond-shaped object appeared in the air, where it hovered for 10 minutes before shooting off into the sky. Whilst most UFO ‘sightings’ lack convincing photo evidence, these savvy spotters managed to snap the mysterious craft. A series of 6 colour photos showed the 25-metre metallic craft with an RAF jet in pursuit, and the pictures were said to be the best ever evidence of UFO activity.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcasting, and another Bachelor of Arts Degree in Metaphysics from the University of Sedona. This university granted john the title of International Metaphysical Minister after his studies were complete.
Rev. Polk is also a Reiki Master, and an instructor in Usui Reiki. He is the founder of Wolf Spirit Ministries, LLC. In addition to all of this, Rev. Polk was gifted with the ability to be a channel and a medium. In his book,
“Yahweh, The Biblical God, is an Alien” Polk adds his insights into Ancient Alien Theory as a theologian, in the area of exospirituality and how we humans should value our own human experience over what we are told is reality.

THE FRIDAY NIGHT PARANORMAL SHOW - The Rye House "Ghost" -
This sinister snap is believed by some to show the ghost of a night watchman, still faithfully standing guard at a country house, hundreds of years after he died.
The apparition was snapped in an allegedly haunted 650-year-old building that is being investigated by by paranormal sleuths.
They believe it is the Night Watchman, a spirit from the 17th century, still guarding the Rye House Gatehouse in Hertfordshire.
Could this be the ghost of a night watchman?
The park’s senior ranger Gareth Winn said: “It was taken by a member of the public as part of a paranormal investigation.
“I was there at the time. It was interesting because the room where it was taken was where we get a lot of activity.
“When it happened the temperature dropped and we got an electric surge. You get a lot of static and that is an indication that something is about to happen.
“The equipment that they brought picked up on electromagnetic energy the spirits give out.
“The instrument all went haywire and then people ran out being sick.
“We were in the same room in August last year and a member of the public in another investigation passed out in front of me.
“It is in the same room. The evidence suggests that the room is the centre of activity.”

Common examples are perceived images of animals, faces, or objects in cloud formations, the "man in the moon", the "moon rabbit", and hidden messages within recorded music played in reverse or at higher- or lower-than-normal speeds.
Pareidolia can cause people to interpret random images, or patterns of light and shadow, as faces.

"I first became interested in ghosts and the paranormal when I was a child. My mum was a huge fan of ghosts and spirits, and used to watch TV shows about Ghosts and Haunted Places. My family was always pretty open about that kind of thing, but my mum didn't really encourage me to take an interest, I did so on my own. I got to 9/10 years old and took an interest in Paganism, and started dabbling in Wicca for a number of years (by this I mean just small things like meditation, crystal healing, and the occasional attempt at positive spells). Being a teenager took my focus away from it in the end. I did however continue going to the Spiritualist Church for many years after. "

Amy Searle from THE CAGE - MOST HAUNTED WITCH PRISON joins us LIVE to talk about one of the most reportedly Haunted Homes in the UK.
The Cage in St Osyth was once a medieval prison and temporary 'home' to many women, including England’s most notorious witch Ursula Kemp, who was accused of witchcraft and hanged in 1582.
Back in the 16th century, witch-hunts were common and popular. Ursula Kemp, a young nursemaid and healer, was well known by the local folk for her special ability of removing curses from those who believed they'd been hexed and for making and selling potions to cure the sick. She was said to be a fine woman and a good mother to her son Tom. After a local woman accused Ursula of witchcraft and went to Lord Brian Darcy of St Osyth Priory with her complaint, the infamous St. Osyth witch trials began. Fourteen women were dubbed witches and the ones who were executed left behind young children who, tarred with the same brush as their mothers, perished alone.
The Cage would have been the last place these children would have seen their mothers. This was where they would be kissed goodbye. Inside The Cage, the accused women would hold their children for the final time before being carted off for unfair trials and inevitable execution. Perhaps that’s why The Cage still holds the spirits of these 'witches' and their children - echoes of the pain and sorrow trapped forever within the four cold walls of this desolate place.
Over the last 400 years, tragedy, suicide and death have plagued the residents and owners of The Cage. Is this just coincidence? Or is it because of a curse that can never be lifted?

ED and Marsha Becker were blissfully happy. Their first child was on the way. When Ed went to pay the rent and was informed by his landlady that there were no babies and no pets allowed in the building. There was no other option. They had to move.
A month into the search, Ed found a small, two-apartment building in the city. He met with the realtor. No sooner had they walked into the house than an elderly woman named Myra who resided in the first floor flat screamed and swore at them, telling them they'll never own the house. Myra was the last remaining member of the family who had owned, built, and occupied the house from the beginning. Without much in the way of options, and with assurances from the realtor that Myra would be out of the house on the day of the closing, Ed agreed to purchase the house.
As they unpacked in their new house, Marsha brought her pride and joy, a beautiful glass candy dish, to the dining room table and placed it in the center. She turned around to get a lace runner to put underneath it. When Marsha turned back, the candy dish was sitting at the table's edge on the other side from her. A few days later, as they sat at the same table eating dinner, the overhead light began flickering in an odd rhythm. It eventually quit, but Marsha was unsettled.
A month or so after the move, Ed called home to see how things were going. The phone was busy. A few hours later, he tried again. Still a busy signal. He never got through all day. He was growing angry, trying to figure who Marsha could have been calling all day long. When he got home and asked, Marsha was bewildered. She walked over to the table. The phone had been off the hook all day.

I am a retired National Board Certified Social Sciences Teacher. I taught every level from Pre-school through College. I've been interested in the paranormal all my life and have had various experiences. Greg and I have been investigating for about 6 years. Our team is family based, including 2 of our children and my 3 sisters, although we do have some non family members now. We've investigated both public sites and private homes from Maine to Florida. Our new project involves investigating underwater sites such as wrecks, submerged villages and cemeteries. The souls that may be down there might be waiting for communication. Although this has been tried before, we plan on doing this full time. We are currently certifying our divers, and preparing our boat. We have a medium on our team who is researching her ability to astral travel underwater.

The many bizarre events that occurred in that quiet town on the banks of the Ohio river beginning in November, 1966 have puzzled and intrigued paranormal researchers for decades. And despite all the hype, publicity and scrutiny the events have received in concert with the release of the film The Mothman Prophecies, we are no closer to explaining what really happened.
Much of what we know of the phenomena comes from the research of the late paranormal investigator and author John A. Keel, who was in Point Pleasant when many of the strange events were going on. His findings and his experiences - Keel was directly affected by the phenomena - were chronicled in his classic non-fiction book, The Mothman Prophesies, published in 1975. The motion picture is loosely based -- or "inspired," as they say -- on Keel's book.
The Mothman event stands as one of the most peculiar and multi-layered episodes in the annals of paranormal phenomena. So many odd things were taking place that a list of them looks like entire seasons of The X-Files or Fringe:

The rasping male voice sent a chill through the room. Hauntingly, it delivered a message from beyond the grave, describing in graphic detail the moment of death.
‘Just before I died, I went blind, and then I had an ’aemorrhage and I fell asleep and I died in the chair in the corner downstairs.’
The eerie voice — which can still be heard on audio tapes today — is purportedly that of Bill Wilkins. The recording was made in Enfield, North London, in the Seventies, several years after his death.

What was going on? This was the case of the Enfield Poltergeist, which held the nation spellbound 30 years ago, puzzling policemen, psychics, experts in the occult and hardened reporters alike.
It involved levitation, furniture being moved through the air, and flying objects swirling towards witnesses. There were cold breezes, physical assaults, graffiti, water appearing on the floor, and even claims of matches spontaneously bursting into flame.

Della Farrant is the author of forthcoming History Press publication Haunted Highgate, and has been researching the paranormal for many years. Her new website hidden-highgate.org, which goes live this Hallowe'en, encourages locals and visitors to Highgate to share their stories of the supernatural, and explores the darker side of Highate's history. She is the archivist for the British Psychic and Occult Society, and is married to David Farrant of Highgate vampire infamy (although like David she is one of the first to point out that there is more to Highgate than Hammer Horror 'vampires'). Della lives in Muswell Hill, North London.
