As a former highschool dropout, the lessons I have learned the last 17 years have transformed my life. Today I am a doctoral candidate for a PhD investigating the intersection of leadership, technology and global society; senior civilian leader in the United States Navy; advisor and executive board member to domestic and international non-profits; 3x entrepreneur; and I lead the digital transformation of a 15k-person $2.2B organization.
