We had a great direction planned, but when the record button was clicked, a hard turn was in store. Is it morbid to speak of death or the realities of life? Should we not be the ones providing answers instead of just acting like all is good?
Can we boil life down to a very basic formula? The answer is, yes! In the end, you will find a destination based on your choice. If this is true, a person would do well to live life with more purpose than chance.
Our lives did not begin with us and they do not end with us. We were given gifts, good and or bad to begin our lives and we leave gifts, good or bad for others. We do actually have a say so in the gifts we will leave. Just how engaged will we be in that?
There are three choices you will make in life that will be of greatest importance. One choice has eternal consequences. The other two will follow you every day of your life. On this podcast we look at how to choose what you will do in life. What should be the motivations? Is is all about money or even about money?
How do you separate yourself from the crowd today? Live a life with directed passion! Who should that passion be directed after?
How do we instill hope to our children, grandchildren and everyone we come in contact with? We go to a child’s fairy tale for the answers.
The Creator loves to play hide and seek. He hides things and then asks us not to seek the thing or the person, but seek Him. As we seek Him He then reveals what was hidden. Are we willing to be all in with the game?
It is a big jump from grandparent to childhood, but we take the leap. None of us were raised by perfect parents. How do we deal with issues of our past so they do not effect our present and future? What is forgiveness?
Alex takes the lead and asks Mike unrehearsed questions of life. First on the list is that of being a grandparent. May seem like a strange place to begin, but the end result was filled with twist and turns that were pretty unexpected.
One of the most misunderstood aspects of our lives is the greatest aspect of our lives. It is hard to imagine that a perfect God would desire to spend time with imperfect humans. What are the challenges to prayer? Why is it so difficult at times? Why is it not a priority?
The Creator knows us better than we know ourselves. He knows our faults, failures and sins. In spite of this, He desires to spend time with us. In fact, He has been waiting some 6000 years to spend time with you. Are you going to make Him wait longer?
Who are you is a great question. Who are you becoming is a better question? The person you are becoming is being determined by decisions you make on a daily basis. On top of the decision list should be, “Who and what am I allowing to speak into my life?”

We all go through times in which we can not understand what is happening to us. This was true in the life of Job and many others. What do we do in those time? How should we react? What words should come forth from our inward being?

No matter our stage in life, we should be looking to those who can guide our lives and to those we can guide. How do we find those people? What are the guidelines? Are the people permeant or for seasons?
What does it take to become a man of Yah? It is a lifetime process which begins with a choice. Is this a podcast only for young men? Absolutely not! The principals discussed on this program can cause women to not make a mistake of a lifetime.
An experiment with mice over 45 years ago gives us insight into life today. Will we follow the path of the mice to destruction or rise above them? We have been given a choice. The question is, what will be our outcome when our choice has become our decision?

If you do not fight for the right thing, you may find yourself fighting for the wrong thing. Learning to stay in the right fight is crucial.
What does conviction look like? The war and events in Israel give us insight into that question. If you are not willing to die for something you may want to ask if it is worth living for!
The Land of Israel gets is a thread which runs through the program as Mike is recording from there. What drives our passions and convictions? If it is the wrong thing, the results may be a disaster!
Scripture states that Israel is the “apple” of Yah’s eye. His gaze is always on His Land. What happens when we begin to look where He is looking, gaze where He is gazing? Daniel and Mike share their testimonies this week of walking in a love for His people and His land.
Is a person of conviction born or made? Well, it is obvious that every person of conviction was born, but what if they do little with that birth? How do we become a person of conviction? Do convictions change over time? Shouldn’t maturity bring forth stability. What if instead it brings isolation?
Our lives are full of choices. What are those choices based upon? Do we live our lives to please, be accepted by or fit in with others? Can we even explain why our lives are what they are?
Have you ever walked into a room and the room went silent? You wondered if those in the room were talking about you? Did that make you a bit uncomfortable? It is one thing to have people talk about you when you are alive, but what about after you are gone; say long gone? How long do you desire people talking about you after you are gone? A week, a month, a few years? How about living in such a way that people talk about you for centuries?
What is the purpose of Scripture? How about we liken it to the building of a house? What is the purpose of the designer or the builder? Is there job to bring forth what is in their minds or what is in the owner’s mind? What if the end result is a work of seeming beauty, safe and stable, but does not match the original drawing? Scripture gives us the blueprint for the house Yah desires to build. Man normal seeks to change it to what he wants it to look like.
Scripture tells us that salvation is a free gift. Has that been twisted in our minds to think that since it is free, it has little value or worth? The free gift of salvation had a very high price. When we understand that price, it’s worth is beyond value.
Wars have been the norm since Cain killed Able and Jacob wrestled with Esau. What makes this war any different? Why should we be concerned with something so far from our homes? Is there more to this war than an earthly conflict? How do we explain killing if we are told to love our enemy? When good men do nothing, evil men will prevail!
“It could never happen to me!” These are the famous words of people who became victims. We are not called to walk in fear, but faith. That does not mean we simply walk through life with our heads in the clouds. Time to be aware of the world we are walking in!
How easy it would have been for your life to be very different right now. Instead of hearing a rocket alert on your phone, you could be hearing the real alarm and running to a shelter to save your life. It is time that we begin to take life seriously, but never forget the joys of life in the midst thereof.
How can each of us make a difference in this world, in the current Israel war and even in the people we meet on a daily basis? This week we explore “Warrior Worship” and “Warrior Obedience”.
Last Saturday war began in Israel. Why should we care? After all, Israel is 7000 miles away! Can’t we just sit back and watch without getting involved? This is a very somber but important program for all of us to take to heart.
The messages brought forth through the Biblical Festivals are very clear. Is it possible to muddy those clear waters though? We need to learn to stay out of the way of His message so we can encounter that message! Once again, the guys hold nothing back, our victories, disappointments and tenacity to see His message through.
The Fall Feasts are upon us. What relevance can days established thousands of years ago have on our lives today? Is it all just tradition anyway? Listen in and get ready for your own encounter with your Creator.
If our Creator has plans and purposes for our lives does this also mean He has a path for us to walk which will lead us to the destination He has purposed for our lives? What if we walk with the wrong glass prescription? What if an eye is damaged? Could it be He will bring others into our lives to help us see and walk our path clearly?
The words “The Fear of God” becomes a theme of Scripture which goes from cover to cover. What does it mean to fear Him though? Are we being told to be afraid of Him? A Scriptural fear of Yah opens many doors of understanding, knowledge and truth for our lives.
A garden’s purpose is not to bring forth fruit, but seed. The fruit is what we enjoy in the process of seed becoming seed. Before we can provide seed for another’s garden, we must make sure our garden is bringing forth seed worth sowing in their garden. This means we must learn to protect our garden before concerning ourselves with someone else’s.
God’s Word is likened to seed. He does not have GMO or hybrid see. His seed is all good and in abundance. What about our soil though? What responsibility do we have to prepare and care for the soil he will attempt to plant that seed in. Watch out! There is another sower out there! Time to guard our gardens with discernment!
Our 40th episode took a turn right out of the gate. Put your seat belt on and enjoy a wild ride. Here is one statement that came forth.
There are 3 thoughts that are the enemies of progress:
1)Regret of past failures
2)A judgmental attitude of your present
3) An inflated sense of how future progress will appear
After some time of reflection, we take a look back at Revive 2023. How does a person explain a time in which the creator of the universe steps into a room and meets with His people? Words and thoughts became a bit lost more than a few times.
Revive 2023 is just days away. What are we expecting? What should those who will attend be expecting? If you are not able to attend, what can you do to be a vital part?
A table is set, but we need those who would help light up the banquet.
Did God just create the earth and stand back and watch time pass by like a clockmaker watching his clock tick? What if He is instead very active in the lives of His creation?

The story of the Samaritan woman in John 4 has so many levels that speak to our lives today. What does it mean to walk in sprit and truth? What may seem so complicated may be very simple.

It started out to be a great discussion on asking God to work in our lives. Come to find out, He had set us up to brag on Him! Life can get pretty exciting when you connect with The Connector!
There are three voices that we are able to hear and follow, God’s voice, the enemies voice and our voice. Leaning to discern which voice is which is vital in our lives. What is the key to hearing the right voice to listen to and follow?
What does Scripture teach regarding our worship? Should we be concerned about who is in the room or Who is in the room during a set apart time of worship? Is it possible that we could be asked to be the one who turns the spiritual faucet on?
The same substance, gold, was used in both the golden calf and the Menorah.
God gave us emotions. It is what we choose do or not do with them that should be the subject. Should we be concerned about people being “Too on fire” for God? No when there are many wet blankets that are always trying to put out His fire.
We continue our conversation regarding worship. Seems the subject always gets back to music though the first times the word is used in Scripture there is no reference to music. Are we missing something here? Maybe looking into the earthly realm of form and function can teach us of the heavenly realm.
Is a time of “Worship” just singing? How do we approach these times? Is it just a time with a “band” on a “stage” giving us a “concert” for “our” enjoyment? How do those times change when the people gathered begin to understand the reality of God in their midst?
In the midst of a recap of an amazing weekend conference in Wilkesboro NC the revelations just began to flow. Who said you cannot have fun, laugh and enjoy yourself in the midst of spiritual revelation?
Much of modern society does not see how God is relevant to their lives. Maybe the way to change that is to show them how relevant He is to our lives.
We all have favorite verses of Scripture which speak directly to our lives. Does satan have a favorite verse he uses to speak condemnation to us? What is the difference between conviction and condemnation? Is there a simple answer to that question which can provide freedom?

Before the cleaning process can begin we first must find that which needs to be cleaned. Are we willing to put ourselves in the midst of the finding process or do we prefer to not get our hands dirty? God is asking us to be part of the process of finding that which is lost, which means that as we are engaged is His process we will as a bonus find Him.

The parables give us hope in our day that God is seeking those who may feel lost from His presence. This week we give an example of the extremes He will go to in bringing a person to Himself.

The Creator has given each of us specific gifts that we are to use to influence the world He has placed us in. Some people are given more and some are given less. This episode takes some interesting twists and turns on a pretty familiar theme while challenging each of us to never hide what we have been given.
Do we really have to wait for His Kingdom before we begin to enjoy His Kingdom? Can we get a “taste” of what is to come as we eagerly wait for it to come?
Many are talking about the Kingdom of God. Do we really know what it is? Have we thought much about what those days will be like to live in? Are we content to simply wait for it to come or are we running toward it by walking a level of that Kingdom in our daily lives?
Focusing on our destination is essential, but if we must also keep an eye on where our feet step as we are walking. God says He will direct our step, which means He will help us in the placement of our steps. How do we receive this help? Admitting we need help is a vital beginning. Falling in love with that help takes our walk to a whole new level!
Is life about the journey or the destination? Which is more important for us to focus on? What if you find yourself walking the wrong direction? Is it ever too late to make direction changes? So many life lessons are packed into the hour.
If our “confession” does not change our walk then our words may have been just that, words. In Messiah God has made Himself approachable to us. This one thought separates us from all other religions on this earth. He is approachable, but it is our choice to make the first life changing steps toward Him.
How serious do we take the words we speak? Are our words simply audible vibrations for others to hear or are they words of commitment? Can others count on us to follow through with our confession? Can God count on the same?
How do you purify the impure? Lessons of life can give us lessons for life. The fact that God would desire to step into our lives to inject His purity into us is a mystery beyond comprehension. Though we may not understand fully just gives His actions more depth and meaning. There is no greater love than His!
Does God grade on the curve? Can our good deeds be used to outweigh our evil deeds? What about “God knows my heart”?
This week we look at a very serious subject that every person must one day deal with. One should not kick the can too long!
Evolution teaches that things get better and better. Explain why they are not! Why is there evil, hatred and death in the world today? Scripture explains it very well.
We lay a foundation this week to build a “Case for redemption.”
Why would anyone believe an ancient book written by some 35 authors over a 1500 plus year period would be relevant today? Why would that book be called truth to live your life by? Do you read that book or does that book read you?
We have looked at the 5 questions of life from a Biblical standpoint, but what if? What if we look at the same questions from a secular standpoint? Just how much of a chasm would be found because of the two differing opinions?
We come to the end of our five questions of life. One day we will all be faced with this final question. Are you seeking to leave be a legend or leave a legacy for others to walk in?
Are you wanting God to “use” you? How do you feel when people “use” you? Your Creator does not desire to use you, but rather flow through you with the gift He has given you. The Hebrew word for gift paints us an amazing picture of this.
There is a gift inside each of us. Once that gift is found we have a chose. Will we give of our gift or hide our gift and be buried with it still in us? Mike is in Israel, so we tie our gift to the place our gift began.
It is more than an 8 day camping trip. The celebration of the Feast Of Tabernacles is an amazing experience. There are times life sends challenges, but in the end, God always meets with yearning people. 9
When you “Own It” passion will come forth naturally. Scripture teaches us to do and through our doing will come our understanding. Passion will be the fruit.
We normally do not look at the crises of life as positive things. Many will run from them or pray against them. What is the crisis is from God though? Maybe it is an opportunity for relationship and growth.
Knowing who you are can lead to an understanding of where you came from. When you know where you came from you can then prepare for where you are going.
We take a look at the first of 5 questions of life. If the answer to this question is wrong, life will never make sense.
Religion is just that, religion. It comes in many forms, but in the end, leave one empty. Mike shares his testimony of finding purpose. Deuteronomy 28 is a chapter you want to be living the right part of.
