So over the next few months, nutritionist and health expert, Jemma Kehoe will present a series on health and wellbeing, each Saturday morning as part of The Saturday Café with Maria McCann. Each week Jemma will feature specific health experts covering a wide range of topics including, wellbeing, fitness, sleep, anxiety, stress and nutrition.
You'll also learn about how food affects your mood, foods that help our immune system, the power of good habits, sleeping well, meditation and mindfulness, managing screen time and other important health related topics.
This series has been created specifically to guide you out of Covid-19 and the effects of restrictions and lockdowns.
