MCG SAVES
MCG SAVES (Medical College of Georgia Sexual Assault & Violence Education and Support) is a student-led organization focused on preparing and training Health Professional Students to be equipped to address situations involving sexual assault, domestic violence, and trauma-informed care.
Know Your Title IX! Julie Kneuker, the Acting Title IX Coordinator provides an overview of the Title IX federal law, important definitions, and a summary of AU’s Sexual Harassment Misconduct Policy. In addition, reporting options, resources, and ways to get involved in sexual assault prevention were be discussed.
