Dr. Levy-Strumpf is an Assistant Professor in the Teaching Stream of the Human Biology Program at the University of Toronto. Dr. Levy-Strumpf completed her education and research in the field of genetics and is now a popular undergraduate faculty member, who teaches the famous HMB265 course. This week Dr. Levy-Strumpf virtually meets with Hawwa and Mohammad to talk about her previous experiences in the research field, her focus on education, and her advice for students interested in future research!
Dr. Jasty Singh is an Associate Professor in Department of Immunology within Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto. Dr. Singh's currently works in the Teaching Stream to develop new courses that help undergraduate students improve data and statistical literacy skills. This week Dr. Singh virtually meets with Hawwa and Aghia to talk about her previous experiences in the research field, her focus on education, and her advice for students interested in future research!
Dr. Arthur Mortha is an assistant professor in the Faculty of Medicine and Immunology at the University of Toronto. Dr. Mortha's research is focused on Innate Lymphoid Cell (ILC) biology and Host-microbiome interactions. This week Dr. Mortha virtually meets with Margarita and Ana to talk about his path to research, what his current research is focused on, and who his favorite scientist is!
Dr. Amy Ramsey is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University of Toronto. Dr. Ramsey's research is focused on NMDA receptor biology using animal models of neurodevelopmental disorders. Dr. Brubaker's research is focused in endocrinology and the study of diabetes.
