In todays episode, we explore our Inner Wisdom for answers about what our deepest fears are.
This is a Powerful question!!! The answers can be simple, yet so profound and obvious when you learn it.
The answer may move you to tears. It’s usually something that you hide from yourself.
When you hear the answer, you will KNOW Intuitively the Truth behind the answer.
Allow yourself to let it surface without judgement. Sometimes simply knowing what it is can be instantly healing on an energetic and Soul level.
You may want to give yourself permission to release this fear that holds you back from stepping into your power and is not for your highest good at this time.
“HigherSelf, please help me release the fear of (name the fear) that holds me back and is not for my highest good at this time. Help me let it go easily and permanently from my energy, my heart, and from my life now. Thank you.”
Try it now if you’re Intuitively guided. If not, try later when you have more time and won’t be distracted for a few minutes.
Close your eyes
Take a few deep and gentle breaths
Ask your HigherSelf the question above or any other question that you would like answered.
Pay attention to all your senses and see what you see, hear, know, smell or taste when you asked the question. Stay there as long as comfortable.
The answers usually come immediately and can be very subtle if you don’t know what you are looking for.
But keep an open mind and an open heart and start to pay attention to those intuitive nudges that appear.

In today’s episode, I discuss why happiness doesn’t come to those who wait. It begins with Awareness. It has to do with knowing what happiness even looks like to you personally because it looks differently to everybody depending on their frame of reference and where they are, or where they’ve been in their life.
So what does happiness look like to you? What does it feel like to you? What does it sound like to you? What is happiness? Do you know what it feels like to be happy? These are questions that you probably never ask yourself, but you owe it to yourself to understand and get to know your own definition of happiness. So that’s what we talk about in this episode.
I also guide you through a little meditation to find out what happiness means to you and for you, at this moment in time and how awareness and learning to go within for answers, helps you understand yourself on a deeper level.
You could simply close your eyes now, take a few deep breaths, and ask your HigherSelf…. HigherSelf…What is happiness?
What does happiness look like to me?
Where do I hold and store happiness in my body?
You’ll be surprised what pops up by simply asking yourself these questions and by stopping long enough to listen for an answer!
You could also ask your HigherSelf to invite the energy of Happiness into your life… into your sacred space, into your home, into your relationships and into your life.
This is how I’d say it….”HigherSelf… I invite the energy of happiness to surround me, my heart, my energy, my home, my life, let me sense it, feel it, know it now, thank you for this blessing.”
Allow yourself time to notice what you're thinking and feeling. Stay in the energy and feeling of happiness for as long as comfortable. Enjoy it. You deserve to be Happy! You are worthy of Happiness!
Remember to write down anything that pops up that you wish to remember in your favorite journal or phone notes will do in a pinch.
Don’t overthink it and have fun exploring and get to know what you really need, what you really want on a deeper level, so you could begin to shine a little bit brighter each day!

Alignment is the ability to resonate with a particular goal and experience.
It’s a special way of connecting to a specific desire or destiny. That’s what I am speaking about today. I am talking energy, vitality, frequency and resonance.
This is a level of consciousness with the intention to reach a point where your energy will be easily flowing towards the direction that will lead you exactly to your natural rhythm.
Once you establish the perfect rhythm for you, then everything else will elevate to that state of being.
In that state of being you’re like a magnet and easily able to attract what ever it is you desire by gravitating towards it.
This will in essence be your default energetic vibration. It is absolutely possible to continue to stay on this path, in the desired direction of your dreams, or go even higher and assume a greater awareness of frequency.
On the contrary, you can also slip back to a lower frequency and be in the flow of that magnetizing frequency. The lower frequency will attract a lesser desirable path.
Which ever direction you go, you will attract and align with that path. Everything will flow easy to you on a higher or lower level.
It’s important to understand where you are and where you wish to go. It is similar to a GPS. You need to establish the point or destination you want to arrive at and begin calculating what needs to occur in order to reach your preferred destination.
Like your GPS there are options to reach your destination faster with re-routable options to encounter less obstacles to avoid traffic, detours, and construction.
Same for your energetic frequency. You need to be aware of where you’re starting and where you want to end up. That is the best way to describe it.
Obviously it is your choice and free will to change your mind and change direction. However, if you’re here today you are trying to gain clarity on what alignment is and what it’s not. I can tell you that if you’re not happy in a specific area of your life that something about that situation is out of alignment. Also, it may not be the situation at all but rather you are the one out of alignment.
I know that can be hard to hear but I want you to be honest with yourself. What is out of alignment? You or the situation?
This is not something that can easily be understood or changed for those of us who are not ready for change. We may fear change or have anxiety about the unknown. That’s not to say that you cannot begin with awareness and work towards alignment.
First you need to be honest with yourself before you can truly be honest with those around you. I am not saying you are lying or deceiving them but rather you may be unconsciously hiding or masking things from yourself and in turn, that translates to not being honest with them.
So here we are. At a crossroads. Trying to figure it all out. I tell you what though, you are so brave for being here and having an open mind to listen to what I am sharing. You have already made the first step to align with your essence with your Soul. You are here. The rest is up to you.
If something feels good in your heart, you are in alignment.
If something bring your life joy, you are in alignment.
If you are happy and smiling, you are in alignment.
If you find things so easy to do or accomplish and you find yourself loving what you’re doing, you are in alignment.
Today, I want you to notice what light you up, makes you smile, makes you happy, fills your heart with joy and love and go do more of that.
Take more time to align with things that excite you and inspire you.
Take a walk in nature
Cook
Bake
Write
Take pictures
Organize something
Decorate
Create
Paint
Go learn something new
Become a Yoga Teacher
Become an Herbalist
Travel
Go do it! Do whatever your heart desire and go towards that direction. Stay aligned with what matters to you. Don’t waste your time on what doesn’t feel right or good. You are worth it!

Connecting to our Loved Ones who have crossed over into the Spirit Realm is easier than we think and I really want you to know and believe that. In today's episode, I discuss how we can learn to connect to them ourselves by learning a few simple things.
As an Energy Medium, I’ve witnessed many of my family, friends, and clients connect and have amazing experiences to share with others. I also talk about things that you may not know, like how our Loved Ones and pets usually come to say their goodbyes to us within a few days following their passing. It’s incredible how even the most subtle smell of their cologne, symbol like a butterfly, sign like coins and feathers, a brief visit in our visions and dreams, has the power to help us heal, bring us peace of mind, mend our hearts, and ease our grieving process.
Our connection to our loved ones is stronger than you can imagine. That's why we don’t have to be a Medium or go to a Medium to connect to them, to experience their energy, to sense their spirit, or to feel their love. You only need to be aware of a few things.
However, sometimes we unintentionally block our connection because we’re too upset, skeptical, not sure what we’re doing, or we may be scared to try. Sometimes we may want to reach out for help. For this reason, I have created a powerful Visualization which includes my LIV Blueprint Course filled with easy to follow and understand lessons on how your Intuition and Spiritual Senses work and how to use them to connect to your Loved Ones or pets. I will include the link at the end of these show notes.
By the way, I am very sorry about your loss. I’ve also lost loved ones including my father years ago, 5 babies due to miscarriages, a few furry babies that I loved with all my heart and most recently my mother. I know all too well what it feels like to lose loved ones, miss their voice, smell, and hugs. I also know what it’s like to connect to them after they’re gone, which is a beautiful blessing.
All though it's not the same as having them here on Earth and it's in a different way (energetically/spiritually), it's still amazing when they come through. These quick visits make my heart smile, bring me comfort, joy, and mostly peace of mind. I want you to experience that too. I want you to experience them too. I want to help ease your sorrow. I want to help you in some small way, to know that you’re not alone, that they’re safe, not in pain, and that they’re proudly looking down on you and your family. My prayer is that you experience them in some way again, even if its just for one more moment.
