Hope and Samson were married in 2015 with a joint 93k in student loans, and a 2k car loan. Hope being a registered nurse, and Samson a pastor - their joint income was 80k. This was obviously a less than ideal predicament, and they looked high and low for resources to help them tackle their debt. They rolled up their sleeves and got to work. Working primarily the debt snowball that Dave Ramsey recommends they began looking for second and third jobs, and clawed at the chance for overtime. 22 months later they had demolished their debt - in its entirety. Today- their desire is to be the resource that they searched high and low for in 2015. They host events and teach Financial Peace University annually, which is a nine week course. The path was arduous, the incentive wained at times, and most people thought they were crazy were they were in the thick of it. But it was worth it. Their message today is clear: If they can do it, YOU CAN TOO!
