In today's episode, I interview Sarah Thomson, CEO, Owner and Founder of Online Social Butterfly, Mum, Wife & Endo Warrior.
Sarah shares her Endometriosis story and her own personal message of hope to the Endometriosis community.
Sarah is a huge advocate for the Endometriosis Community, she believes we must - talk, talk and talk- this “woman’s disease” needs to come out of the shadows and we need to spread awareness. We need more government funding for research so that one day, there may be a cure, effective treatment and even a diagnostic tool that is not surgery.
Sarah has dealt with period pain since she was in her mid teens, she provides valuable insights into what it's like to live Endometriosis, run a business and she shares her message of hope.

I ended up in an ambulance because of my Endo pain. Like many people with Endometriosis, it took me close to 10 years to get diagnosed. Here I discuss my path to the diagnosis of Stage 4 Endometriosis.
Plus I share my journey of taking so long to get diagnosed.
Eg, apart from painful periods there can be other symptoms like painful sex, ovulation pain, migraines, bowel pain, bloating or unexplained pain in the body. Have you ever had this?
I’ll share with you who I use personally to help me look after myself now and who I use to help my clients.
**I am also a Naturopath and a personal trainer, so if any of this resonates with you, please reach out to ask questions or let me know about your journey.
My email is inspiredhealthbydee@gmail.com**It’s not normal to be in pain.
Ps. My VIP Endo online course has space available throughout the year, message me on inspiredhealthbydee@gmail.com for more info.
Pps. Want to see if I can help you? Use this link to make a time to speak to me here; https://www.inspiredhealthbydee.com/contact/
Throughout the year spaces also become available for personal training. Don't hesitate to ask me about that.
