Man The Mic podcast is a place that listeners can come to and hear about current events involving our world in the areas of health, finance, business and sports.
In this episode, we are getting into the groundwork of the previous episode to "Set The Tone." We struggle in our goals not because we do not have the willpower, but because we do not have a roadmap built that outlines and keeps us to a steady pace that gets us to the expected results. We are going to "Set The Temperature" for our well being and our lives to make change. We are going to establish the mode and establish the mood; get the atmosphere set to define the ambiance and focus that will allow goals to be met. This time next year, if you set the tone you will be speaking from a totally different lens and that conversation will be "I Overcame That" and That Challenge doesn't own me!
Being Grounded is one of our foundational focuses on being set in the right place and understanding that most of our trauma is based on the place we were planted, but we have the ability to re-plant ourselves in new spaces to get a different view and new pace to change our lives no matter how it started and grow bigger and better than before.
We are back and its about that time of the season that we find ourselves either grilling and seasoning things and we have to get back into what matters. Real talk, we been going through and stressed out and overwhelmed because we been trying to make things happen or squeeze puzzle pieces we feel should fit and its breaking us. We out here screaming and asking God, why is all this going on in my life right now and it's just a revolving door of bad decisions or failed relationships or doors slammed in your face. I am hear to let you know, as we will discuss in Luke 10 that sometimes those things were supposed to happen because you should be at the feet of the Father finding ways to be encouraged, enlightened and empowered staying connected to the source and not being busy as Martha chose to be instead of staying in the place she was originally.

Which details that God wants to do 3 major things for you in this year and every year for you. He wants to Show up for you, Take care of you and most of all Bring you back home. How many things have tried its best to take you out or trouble you or try to hinder the goodness of the Lord to be expressed in your life and in your house. This year, the Man The Mic podcast will be fired up to stand in the gap for you with timely words of wisdom and thought provoking insight into what God wants and how he wants to do it for us. It's time for you to Win and have VICTORY.
In this episode of Turning the Tables, we talk about some of the things from your life that need to be turned and how sometimes when we get denied or feel delays. We think its the end of the world, but most times it's for self evaluation and regroup then make sound decisions and make your way toward that come up and comeback.
In this season 3 episode, we are looking into the essence of a Mirror. How important and rigid a mirror happens to be in our society. We use in for accents in our home or praise the use of mirrors for driving to having a mirror in our bathrooms. To be honest, mirrors are the eyes we shun to see when we look at ourselves and have a critic or determine a level of appeal based on mirrors. But what if we embraced our scars, hurt and pain and have that "looking in the mirror" experience were we have a heart to heart with ourselves and take the responsibility that I am not ok and need a minute to reflect and regroup and then get back on the path and no matter my past, see the good in me that God gave me in my deck of cards and play the roles that make me the best version of myself.
In this season 3 episode, we are breaking down what faith looks like in everyday form and how manifesting the dreams and desires of God has nothing to do with stuff, but all about understanding His timing and His way and that just because it is not happening now is not a cause to run and hide, but take joy that delay was for a greater good that we just don't see and do not need to see because God removes folks and closes doors and that is all pruning that Jesus talked about when it came to the vineyard. God wants us beautiful no matter what our scars looks like.
In this Season 3 episode 2, we talk straight and get to the point that it's ok to not have all the information or details. Sometimes you just start and go and keep running and if you get knocked down in round 1 or 2, you have 10 other rounds to recover and make impact. We deal with the misnomer about "these are the cards I have been dealt." So what, the cards you have are the golden ticket for you. You just have to change your vision and perspective and the clarity will come. You are going to win this year and it's going to be with the cards you have! I am in agreement with you that the books you are going to win when you take a moment and see, what you have is important and golden and valuable for this time and this space!
In our new Season 3, we are excited to share with our listeners the joy of returning. Every year gives Man The Mic a chance to "Release, Redo, Revive & Rejuvenate" and in this ground breaking season 3 episode 1. We dig deep because our lives have meaning and no matter who or what has told you different stay the course and keep on grinding and remember that the Greatest of these are those that are patient, kind, loving and stay strong no matter the challenge that you have to face.

We take that mental diagram of the shoe and mirror it against life and how we are all designed for a purpose and how we just need to quiet our minds and let the busyness of us settle the cloudiness and allow ourselves to see that we have meaning, our lives have meaning and most of all we are winning everyday we make that choice to be and become great at what we do.
In this episode, we share different types of experiences for staying safe and healthy with the freedom of choice with precautions. Be the best for you and have your stand for something, but keep it real and respect the views of others and stay balanced is always our mantra because the conversation is about love and compassion and respect for you and yours no matter how we see life through our own eyes. Our Second season is in full effect and we are all in. This episode focuses on "There is no place like home". We always equate home as the place of safety and expressing your emotions truthfully, but we want to also show that "Home" is a place of regroup and re-evaluation for your goals, tasks, ambition and dreams.
In this episode, we shine the light on fathers and the role they play no matter if you are a "stepped in" father or a foster father or a spiritual father or mentor to so amazing young adults. We give honor and props and take this episode to share in that love for season 2.
