The Crow Strong Podcast focuses on how you can become stronger in your daily life. We will go over our approach to training and our understanding of how to get stronger physically, mentally and spiritually. During the podcast we will also dive into overcoming injuries, addictions, and a poverty mindset. We want to help people who want to overcome life struggles and regain their mental, physical, and spiritual health.

Bryan met up with professional MMA fighter Aaron Bad Bear (Apsaalooke). Aaron went into detail how he started fighting and how he trains his mind and body for the brutal sport of MMA. Aaron also gives advise to young aspiring fighters from the rez.
Bryan met with Chan Bird (Apsaalooke), Elvin and Casaja Fritzler (Apsaalooke).
The group discussed the power of forgiveness and the side effects of unforgiveness.
They went over various teachings of forgiveness given by Jesus and went over some examples of how to forgive others.
